中(zhong)(zhong)國建(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)設(she)(she)計(ji)研(yan)究院(簡稱建(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)設(she)(she)計(ji)集團)國家住宅與居住環境工(gong)程技術(shu)研(yan)究中(zhong)(zhong)心積極開展(zhan)“BIRE技術(shu)在災區(qu)(qu)農(nong)村(cun)(cun)小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)學(xue)重(zhong)建(jian)(jian)(jian)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)研(yan)究與示范”課(ke)題(ti)研(yan)究。該(gai)課(ke)題(ti)旨在將我(wo)國建(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)節能(neng)的(de)(de)主流發展(zhan)技術(shu)――“可(ke)再(zai)生能(neng)源與建(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)集成(Building Integrated Renewable Energy以下簡稱BIRE)”,引(yin)入(ru)到學(xue)校的(de)(de)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)中(zhong)(zhong)來,開發適合(he)當(dang)地氣候條(tiao)件,利用地方(fang)資源材料,傳承地方(fang)綠(lv)色(se)觀念和建(jian)(jian)(jian)造技藝,融入(ru)BIRE技術(shu)的(de)(de)農(nong)村(cun)(cun)小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)學(xue)成套設(she)(she)計(ji)技術(shu)方(fang)案,保證災區(qu)(qu)小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)學(xue)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)滿足全(quan)生命周期結構安全(quan)、投資經濟、運行可(ke)靠的(de)(de)要(yao)求。該(gai)課(ke)題(ti)成果將應用于建(jian)(jian)(jian)立農(nong)村(cun)(cun)BIRE示范小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)學(xue),通(tong)過實際運行能(neng)耗的(de)(de)監測分析,優化農(nong)村(cun)(cun)BIRE小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)學(xue)設(she)(she)計(ji)技術(shu),最(zui)終形成《災區(qu)(qu)農(nong)村(cun)(cun)BIRE小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)學(xue)設(she)(she)計(ji)圖冊》、《災區(qu)(qu)農(nong)村(cun)(cun)BIRE小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)學(xue)建(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)工(gong)程技術(shu)措施》,用于指導我(wo)國在災區(qu)(qu)或同類氣候區(qu)(qu)采用BIRE技術(shu)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)的(de)(de)小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)學(xue),降低使用能(neng)耗,提高(gao)可(ke)持續(xu)運營水(shui)平(ping)。
