近日,國家(jia)電網(wang)(wang)公司科技項(xiang)目(mu)“接(jie)入城(cheng)市(shi)供電網(wang)(wang)百(bai)千瓦級屋頂太(tai)(tai)陽能光伏(fu)并(bing)網(wang)(wang)電站試驗(yan)平臺研究與實施”通(tong)過驗(yan)收,標志著國內首次(ci)在既有框架(jia)結構高層建筑上建設大型(xing)光伏(fu)系統工程取得(de)成功,為(wei)推動太(tai)(tai)陽能大規模開發利(li)用以及(ji)光伏(fu)發電項(xiang)目(mu)并(bing)網(wang)(wang)運行提供了(le)重要(yao)技術支持(chi)。
為有(you)效促進(jin)(jin)節能(neng)(neng)減(jian)排(pai),國家電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)公(gong)司積極開展太陽能(neng)(neng)等新能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)項目(mu)建(jian)設及并(bing)(bing)(bing)(bing)網(wang)(wang)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)。國家電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)在對分(fen)布式(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)和并(bing)(bing)(bing)(bing)網(wang)(wang)等一(yi)(yi)系列(lie)理(li)論(lun)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)的基礎上,于(yu)(yu)去年(nian)底在所(suo)屬(shu)浙(zhe)江省(sheng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)力公(gong)司生產(chan)調(diao)度(du)大樓屋頂分(fen)別(bie)建(jian)設了(le)一(yi)(yi)座(zuo)單(dan)相5千(qian)瓦(wa)光(guang)(guang)(guang)伏(fu)220伏(fu)并(bing)(bing)(bing)(bing)網(wang)(wang)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)、一(yi)(yi)座(zuo)250千(qian)瓦(wa)光(guang)(guang)(guang)伏(fu)10千(qian)伏(fu)高壓并(bing)(bing)(bing)(bing)網(wang)(wang)示范(fan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)和一(yi)(yi)座(zuo)60千(qian)瓦(wa)光(guang)(guang)(guang)伏(fu)三(san)相400伏(fu)并(bing)(bing)(bing)(bing)網(wang)(wang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan),并(bing)(bing)(bing)(bing)開發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)研(yan)(yan)制了(le)多功能(neng)(neng)光(guang)(guang)(guang)伏(fu)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)并(bing)(bing)(bing)(bing)網(wang)(wang)系統試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)平臺,對光(guang)(guang)(guang)伏(fu)并(bing)(bing)(bing)(bing)網(wang)(wang)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)系統安全性能(neng)(neng)、運(yun)(yun)行效率等進(jin)(jin)行全面細致的試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu),針對太陽能(neng)(neng)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)特點(dian),制定(ding)了(le)確保電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)安全穩定(ding)運(yun)(yun)行的光(guang)(guang)(guang)伏(fu)系統并(bing)(bing)(bing)(bing)網(wang)(wang)技(ji)術規范(fan)。三(san)座(zuo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)于(yu)(yu)今年(nian)1月(yue)2日(ri)(ri)正式(shi)并(bing)(bing)(bing)(bing)網(wang)(wang)投入運(yun)(yun)行,截至4月(yue)28日(ri)(ri),已累計發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)807小(xiao)時,發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)5.52萬(wan)千(qian)瓦(wa)時,減(jian)少二氧(yang)化(hua)碳(tan)排(pai)放3.1噸(dun),運(yun)(yun)行狀態良(liang)好,系統穩定(ding)。與(yu)采用玻璃幕墻的一(yi)(yi)體化(hua)光(guang)(guang)(guang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)建(jian)筑不同,該大型光(guang)(guang)(guang)伏(fu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)系統與(yu)建(jian)筑物本(ben)身物理(li)分(fen)離,市場(chang)推廣(guang)應用范(fan)圍十分(fen)廣(guang)闊。據(ju)測算,該系統年(nian)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)(neng)力預(yu)計約為30萬(wan)千(qian)瓦(wa)時,每(mei)年(nian)可(ke)減(jian)排(pai)二氧(yang)化(hua)碳(tan)約17萬(wan)噸(dun),減(jian)排(pai)氧(yang)化(hua)氮(dan)約22萬(wan)噸(dun),產(chan)生電(dian)(dian)(dian)費收入近120萬(wan)元。
