4月1日,中鐵四局施工的甬臺溫鐵路雁蕩山特大橋順利實現合攏。雁蕩山特大橋全長1603.06m,位于國家級名勝景區雁蕩山境內,橋體穿越灘涂小河網,橫跨甬臺溫高速公路及104國道,施工環境十分復雜。大橋共有46個墩臺,橋臺為雙線矩形空心橋臺,橋墩為雙線圓端形墩,梁型包含多種不同類型的簡支箱梁、疊合拱鋼梁和連續梁等,施工工藝復雜。特別是在橋梁制造過程中,分別涉及到移動模架、移動支架、支架連續梁、疊合拱鋼梁等工法,科技含量很高,是甬臺溫鐵路全線重點控制工程之一。
在施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)過程(cheng)中(zhong),針(zhen)對雁蕩(dang)山大橋科(ke)技(ji)(ji)含量(liang)(liang)高、施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)序復雜、施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)環境惡(e)劣、安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)風險大等實(shi)(shi)際(ji)情(qing)況,將安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)質(zhi)量(liang)(liang)責(ze)任層層分(fen)解,實(shi)(shi)行安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)質(zhi)量(liang)(liang)人人包保(bao),建立起嚴密的安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)質(zhi)量(liang)(liang)保(bao)證(zheng)體系。成(cheng)立QC科(ke)技(ji)(ji)攻關(guan)(guan)小(xiao)組,圍(wei)繞不同時(shi)期的施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)重難點開展攻關(guan)(guan),先后攻克了(le)耐久性混(hun)凝(ning)土配比、水中(zhong)墩施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)、移(yi)動模架制梁、2-90米疊合(he)拱鋼箱梁拼裝、頂推、落梁、主(zhu)拱拼裝等施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)關(guan)(guan)鍵(jian)難點,為(wei)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)質(zhi)量(liang)(liang)有序可控提供了(le)強有力的技(ji)(ji)術保(bao)證(zheng)。
