中(zhong)國石(shi)油科(ke)技(ji)工(gong)作(zuo)近年來在(zai)突出(chu)為主營(ying)業(ye)務服務,注重(zhong)在(zai)科(ke)技(ji)軟實力提升的同(tong)時,創(chuang)造性(xing)地(di)開展(zhan)技(ji)術(shu)有形化工(gong)作(zuo),推動科(ke)技(ji)成果(guo)向現實生產力轉(zhuan)化。
2007年,中(zhong)(zhong)國石油(you)科(ke)技(ji)管(guan)理部就(jiu)著(zhu)手選擇具有(you)(you)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)優(you)勢、海外(wai)(wai)需求(qiu)急的(de)稠油(you)、低滲透、氣舉三項(xiang)(xiang)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu),作為(wei)有(you)(you)形(xing)化試點。2008年,繼續推動(dong)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)有(you)(you)形(xing)化,取得實(shi)質性(xing)進(jin)展(zhan)和(he)階段(duan)性(xing)成果。目(mu)前初步完成的(de)9項(xiang)(xiang)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)有(you)(you)形(xing)化,技(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)提煉有(you)(you)針對性(xing),有(you)(you)特(te)色,先(xian)進(jin)適用(yong),有(you)(you)一(yi)定(ding)的(de)感染力和(he)沖擊力,為(wei)塑(su)造技(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)品牌形(xing)象(xiang)打(da)下較好基礎。部分有(you)(you)形(xing)化技(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)已經參與到(dao)國際技(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)交流(liu)與合作和(he)海外(wai)(wai)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)招投標中(zhong)(zhong),獲得成功應用(yong)。
據介紹(shao),技(ji)(ji)術及其(qi)創新(xin)的終(zhong)極目標(biao)要(yao)在生(sheng)產(chan)實踐中得(de)到應(ying)(ying)用(yong)并體現、發揮最大的價值(zhi),通(tong)過技(ji)(ji)術有(you)(you)(you)(you)形(xing)化(hua)工作(zuo),可(ke)以(yi)有(you)(you)(you)(you)效(xiao)地(di)將技(ji)(ji)術成(cheng)(cheng)果(guo)進行集成(cheng)(cheng)配套,在海內外業務發展(zhan)需求與技(ji)(ji)術研發和成(cheng)(cheng)果(guo)應(ying)(ying)用(yong)之間(jian)建立一個高效(xiao)、順暢、有(you)(you)(you)(you)形(xing)的溝通(tong)平臺和橋(qiao)梁,及時(shi)滿足中國石(shi)油海內外業務發展(zhan)的需要(yao)。技(ji)(ji)術有(you)(you)(you)(you)形(xing)化(hua)工作(zuo)不(bu)僅可(ke)以(yi)使隱性(xing)技(ji)(ji)術顯性(xing)化(hua)利于(yu)傳承,也可(ke)以(yi)在更(geng)(geng)大范(fan)圍內、更(geng)(geng)高層次上將技(ji)(ji)術成(cheng)(cheng)果(guo)推廣(guang)應(ying)(ying)用(yong)和品(pin)牌化(hua)運(yun)作(zuo),擴(kuo)大現有(you)(you)(you)(you)技(ji)(ji)術成(cheng)(cheng)果(guo)的應(ying)(ying)用(yong)范(fan)圍、應(ying)(ying)用(yong)效(xiao)果(guo),產(chan)生(sheng)更(geng)(geng)高的附(fu)加價值(zhi),進一步提升中國石(shi)油的競爭能力和技(ji)(ji)術創新(xin)能力。
