近日(ri),中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)在(zai)陜西引(yin)紅濟石調水(shui)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)引(yin)水(shui)隧(sui)(sui)洞(dong)(dong)(dong)IV標施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)采(cai)用目前國(guo)內最長(chang)(chang)的(de)TBM,雙(shuang)護盾TBM刀盤設(she)計(ji)直(zhi)徑3.65米、機身長(chang)(chang)345米,是目前國(guo)內最長(chang)(chang)的(de)TBM。引(yin)水(shui)隧(sui)(sui)洞(dong)(dong)(dong)位于陜西省寶雞(ji)市太白縣(xian)境內,全長(chang)(chang)19795米,設(she)計(ji)高程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)1468米,設(she)計(ji)流量13.5立方米每(mei)秒(miao)。中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)股份(fen)公司承(cheng)建的(de)出口(kou)段(duan)IV標全長(chang)(chang)11095米,具有長(chang)(chang)距離隧(sui)(sui)洞(dong)(dong)(dong)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)通(tong)風、斷層破(po)碎帶(dai)TBM施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)、富(fu)水(shui)段(duan)TBM施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)、長(chang)(chang)距離隧(sui)(sui)洞(dong)(dong)(dong)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)運輸等(deng)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)難點(dian)。隧(sui)(sui)洞(dong)(dong)(dong)地(di)質主要由(you)大(da)理石和花崗巖構成,項(xiang)目施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)組織方式采(cai)用雙(shuang)護盾TBM掘進(jin),施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)存在(zai)斷面小(xiao)、作業空間狹窄、作業線長(chang)(chang)等(deng)制約因素。陜西引(yin)紅濟石調水(shui)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)引(yin)水(shui)隧(sui)(sui)洞(dong)(dong)(dong)IV標TBM順(shun)利(li)步(bu)進(jin),標志(zhi)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)步(bu)入一(yi)個新(xin)的(de)里程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)。引(yin)紅濟石調水(shui)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)項(xiang)目是我(wo)國(guo)南水(shui)北調“引(yin)漢濟渭”工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)的(de)重要組成部分,建成后將緩解西安(an)、寶雞(ji)、咸陽(yang)、渭南等(deng)城(cheng)市用水(shui)緊缺的(de)矛盾,為(wei)推動關中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)地(di)區經濟又快又好發展提供能源保(bao)障。
