此前,南京金陵船廠建造了一艘同類(lei)型的(de)4.6萬(wan)噸散貨船,成(cheng)功采用了機械式橫向下水(shui),該廠便(bian)將其(qi)申報了世界(jie)吉尼(ni)斯紀(ji)錄。“卡瓦·普拉塔諾斯”號散貨船比它(ta)超出(chu)了1.1萬(wan)噸,刷新了世界(jie)紀(ji)錄。
5.7萬噸散(san)貨(huo)船(chuan)“卡瓦(wa)·普拉塔(ta)諾斯(si)”號總長189.99米(mi)(mi)(mi),型(xing)寬32.26米(mi)(mi)(mi),型(xing)深18米(mi)(mi)(mi),結構吃水(shui)12.80米(mi)(mi)(mi),主(zhu)機重(zhong)達224噸,是華中(zhong)地區建(jian)造的最大(da)噸位船(chuan)舶。其下水(shui)采用的長航集團武(wu)漢青山船(chuan)廠(chang)10萬噸下水(shui)滑道,總長202米(mi)(mi)(mi)、寬152.72米(mi)(mi)(mi),為(wei)世(shi)界(jie)內(nei)河船(chuan)廠(chang)最大(da)的橫向下水(shui)式(shi)滑道,由葛(ge)洲(zhou)壩集團六(liu)公司青山船(chuan)廠(chang)項(xiang)目部(bu)承建(jian)。施工中(zhong),項(xiang)目部(bu)克服(fu)工期(qi)緊、任(ren)務(wu)重(zhong)、現場(chang)施工組織(zhi)難度大(da),及20余天雪災(zai)天氣(qi)等不(bu)利因素影(ying)響(xiang),精(jing)細管(guan)理(li),科(ke)學組織(zhi)施工,解決了滑道軟基處理(li)、深厚淤泥層上的圍堰填筑與防滲、船(chuan)體下水(shui)自動化控制等技術難題,僅(jin)用3個多月(yue)就(jiu)完成了滑道項(xiang)目的改造任(ren)務(wu)。今年3月(yue),該工程順利通過(guo)驗收(shou),工程質量(liang)被(bei)武(wu)漢市航運質檢站評(ping)定(ding)為(wei)優良(liang)。
在優質(zhi)、高效完成(cheng)世界內(nei)河船(chuan)廠最大(da)橫向(xiang)下水式滑道建(jian)設(she)任務(wu)的同時,葛洲壩人(ren)還順(shun)利(li)完成(cheng)了青(qing)山船(chuan)廠溢流壩、舾裝碼頭建(jian)設(she)和船(chuan)臺擴建(jian)項目的建(jian)設(she),被業主譽為“鐵軍”。
近(jin)年來,葛(ge)洲壩集(ji)團(tuan)大力開拓(tuo)船(chuan)(chuan)塢建(jian)(jian)(jian)造市(shi)場(chang),先后(hou)承建(jian)(jian)(jian)了(le)(le)(le)大連(lian)新(xin)船(chuan)(chuan)重工(gong)(gong)30萬(wan)噸船(chuan)(chuan)塢擴建(jian)(jian)(jian)及10萬(wan)噸船(chuan)(chuan)塢興建(jian)(jian)(jian)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)、渤船(chuan)(chuan)重工(gong)(gong)大型船(chuan)(chuan)舶建(jian)(jian)(jian)造設(she)施(shi)(shi)30萬(wan)噸船(chuan)(chuan)塢興建(jian)(jian)(jian)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng),承建(jian)(jian)(jian)的威海船(chuan)(chuan)廠整體(ti)搬遷擴建(jian)(jian)(jian)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)正在施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)中。與(yu)此(ci)同時,該公(gong)司還(huan)承建(jian)(jian)(jian)了(le)(le)(le)眾多碼(ma)頭(tou)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)和海岸工(gong)(gong)程(cheng),掌握了(le)(le)(le)海岸水下爆(bao)破(po)開挖、沉箱預制(zhi)與(yu)拖運及土石方快速開挖等核(he)心技(ji)術,儲(chu)備了(le)(le)(le)一大批專業人才和設(she)備。
