中鐵四局一公司焦桐經理部為將農民工權益落到實處,積極采取多項措施,建立起農民工工資發放保障長效機制,真正為農民工權益撐起了“保護傘”。
一是(shi)(shi)建立了農(nong)民(min)(min)(min)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)個人檔案(an)和考(kao)勤(qin)制(zhi)度(du)(du)。經理部(bu)為每位(wei)農(nong)民(min)(min)(min)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)都(dou)建立了個人檔案(an),每日(ri)核(he)查(cha)農(nong)民(min)(min)(min)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)出(chu)勤(qin)情況,細致(zhi)建立工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)臺(tai)帳,確保有(you)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)必有(you)酬。二是(shi)(shi)限時發放(fang)農(nong)民(min)(min)(min)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)。經理部(bu)要求在計量款到賬后五個工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)日(ri)內,及(ji)時支付(fu)農(nong)民(min)(min)(min)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)。三(san)是(shi)(shi)實(shi)行公示制(zhi)度(du)(du)。每月月底,經理部(bu)將(jiang)各勞務隊當月累計完(wan)成工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)量、各勞務隊支付(fu)及(ji)借(jie)支情況及(ji)農(nong)民(min)(min)(min)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)發放(fang)情況等綜(zong)合信息張(zhang)榜公布,公開透明,形成監督。四是(shi)(shi)每季度(du)(du)檢(jian)查(cha)農(nong)民(min)(min)(min)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)發放(fang)落實(shi)情況。內容包括核(he)查(cha)勞務工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)人員變動、農(nong)民(min)(min)(min)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)發放(fang)表簽字、走訪調查(cha)等。五是(shi)(shi)建立農(nong)民(min)(min)(min)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)最低(di)(di)生活保障制(zhi)度(du)(du)。經理部(bu)向因工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)受傷(shang)或(huo)生病(bing)農(nong)民(min)(min)(min)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),每月按(an)時發放(fang)最低(di)(di)生活保障金。
