近日,中國鋁業公司為首批13名首席工程師舉行了簡樸而隆重的授聘儀式,并簽訂了績效合同書。此次受聘的首批首席工程師是氧化鋁、電解鋁、碳素、化學品氧化鋁、鋁加工、采礦等6個主要專業領域,引領公司學科發展方向、在國內外享有較高聲譽的學科專業帶頭人。
首席工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)師(shi)的(de)正式授聘,標志著中鋁公司實(shi)施五(wu)級(ji)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)師(shi)制度、建(jian)設(she)高(gao)素質科(ke)技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)隊伍進(jin)入(ru)了(le)一(yi)個新階段。2007年10月,中鋁公司出臺(tai)(tai)(tai)了(le)《科(ke)技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)人(ren)(ren)(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)激勵暫行辦(ban)法》,在(zai)繼承傳統科(ke)技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)人(ren)(ren)(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)管(guan)理優(you)秀思想(xiang)和(he)吸(xi)收(shou)現代(dai)人(ren)(ren)(ren)力資源管(guan)理先進(jin)理念的(de)基礎上,建(jian)立(li)(li)了(le)適應公司發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)、具有公司特色(se)的(de)科(ke)技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)人(ren)(ren)(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)職業(ye)發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)通(tong)道(dao),即(ji)五(wu)級(ji)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)師(shi)制度:首席工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)師(shi)、主任(ren)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)師(shi)、主管(guan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)師(shi)、區域(yu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)師(shi)、支持工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)師(shi)。五(wu)級(ji)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)師(shi)制度建(jian)立(li)(li)了(le)科(ke)技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)人(ren)(ren)(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)與管(guan)理人(ren)(ren)(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)通(tong)道(dao)并行、共(gong)存(cun)、互(hu)通(tong)的(de)一(yi)種職業(ye)成(cheng)長(chang)與發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)平臺(tai)(tai)(tai),實(shi)行責權利相統一(yi)和(he)動(dong)態管(guan)理的(de)原則。五(wu)級(ji)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)師(shi)制度是(shi)中鋁公司貫徹(che)《國(guo)家中長(chang)期科(ke)學(xue)和(he)技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)術發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)規劃(hua)綱要(yao)》(2006—2020年)和(he)落實(shi)公司第二次科(ke)技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)大(da)會提(ti)(ti)出的(de)“221”科(ke)技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)的(de)重要(yao)舉措。《辦(ban)法》的(de)出臺(tai)(tai)(tai),為進(jin)一(yi)步提(ti)(ti)高(gao)公司廣大(da)科(ke)技(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)人(ren)(ren)(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)的(de)積(ji)極性、主動(dong)性和(he)創(chuang)造性,更好地吸(xi)引人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)、培育(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)、用好人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)、留(liu)住人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai),增強公司核(he)心競爭力發(fa)(fa)揮了(le)積(ji)極的(de)作用。
