中(zhong)冶集(ji)團(tuan)寶冶建設(she)立(li)項開發的《電(dian)力(li)線(xian)(xian)組網輔(fu)助電(dian)纜(lan)敷設(she)及安全監控系(xi)統技術研究》于(yu)11月29日通(tong)過中(zhong)冶寶冶建設(she)結題驗收。這個項目成(cheng)功地利用(yong)新興的電(dian)力(li)線(xian)(xian)通(tong)信PLC技術,實現了音頻、視頻信號(hao)在(zai)電(dian)力(li)線(xian)(xian)上的載波傳(chuan)輸,為(wei)在(zai)隧道涵洞等復雜環境中(zhong)安全敷設(she)電(dian)纜(lan)提(ti)供信息傳(chuan)遞支撐,該項技術成(cheng)果達到了國內同行業領先(xian)水(shui)平。
在環(huan)境復雜的(de)隧(sui)道(dao)里敷設電(dian)(dian)纜,整體協調(diao)配(pei)合(he)尤為(wei)重要,沒有一(yi)個良好的(de)信(xin)(xin)息(xi)溝通(tong)(tong)(tong)平臺,很難(nan)確保步調(diao)一(yi)致、安(an)全挺進。針對電(dian)(dian)纜隧(sui)道(dao)封閉性強、無(wu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)信(xin)(xin)號屏蔽(bi)嚴重的(de)環(huan)境,電(dian)(dian)裝專(zhuan)業技術(shu)人員開展“電(dian)(dian)力(li)線(xian)(xian)(xian)通(tong)(tong)(tong)信(xin)(xin)技術(shu)PLC”的(de)創新(xin)應用研究,以解決電(dian)(dian)纜敷設的(de)指(zhi)揮協調(diao)信(xin)(xin)息(xi)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)輸問題。電(dian)(dian)力(li)線(xian)(xian)(xian)通(tong)(tong)(tong)信(xin)(xin)技術(shu),簡稱PLC,它是應用電(dian)(dian)力(li)線(xian)(xian)(xian)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)輸數(shu)據(ju)和(he)話音信(xin)(xin)號的(de)一(yi)種(zhong)通(tong)(tong)(tong)信(xin)(xin)方式。該(gai)技術(shu)把載有信(xin)(xin)息(xi)的(de)高頻加(jia)載于(yu)電(dian)(dian)流,然后用電(dian)(dian)線(xian)(xian)(xian)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)輸,接受信(xin)(xin)息(xi)的(de)調(diao)制解調(diao)器再把高頻從電(dian)(dian)流中分(fen)離出來,并(bing)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)送到(dao)計算機或電(dian)(dian)話,以實(shi)現(xian)信(xin)(xin)息(xi)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)遞。這項技術(shu)的(de)應用,不需(xu)要重新(xin)布線(xian)(xian)(xian),而在現(xian)有電(dian)(dian)線(xian)(xian)(xian)上實(shi)現(xian)電(dian)(dian)力(li)、數(shu)據(ju)、語(yu)音和(he)視頻等多業務的(de)承(cheng)載,也(ye)就是實(shi)現(xian)“四網合(he)一(yi)”。
其(qi)技術(shu)特征是(shi),結構靈活,不受(shou)環境(jing)的限制,有(you)電即可(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)組建網(wang)(wang)(wang)絡(luo),電力線是(shi)其(qi)最基礎(chu)(chu)的網(wang)(wang)(wang)絡(luo),應用范圍之廣,規模之大其(qi)他網(wang)(wang)(wang)絡(luo)無(wu)法比擬(ni)。同時可(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)以靈活接入端口,使(shi)資(zi)源(yuan)得(de)到充分利用,其(qi)移動性(xing)可(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)與無(wu)線局域網(wang)(wang)(wang)WLAN媲美。傳(chuan)(chuan)輸的質(zhi)量(liang)高(gao)、速(su)度快、帶寬穩定。可(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)以充分利用現有(you)的低壓(ya)配電網(wang)(wang)(wang)絡(luo)基礎(chu)(chu)設施,無(wu)需進行(xing)通訊電纜施工,較(jiao)傳(chuan)(chuan)統的有(you)線傳(chuan)(chuan)輸和無(wu)線傳(chuan)(chuan)輸技術(shu),PLC成本更(geng)低,資(zi)源(yuan)更(geng)節(jie)省(sheng),而(er)且可(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)擴展(zhan)性(xing)和可(ke)(ke)(ke)(ke)管(guan)理性(xing)更(geng)強(qiang)。
這項技術在現場應用中,視頻監控圖像清晰,指揮協調中心通過視頻實現對隧道內電纜敷設施工現場的監控;音頻控制實現語音廣播和點對點語音對話,及時協調發出指令,反饋現場信息,使電纜敷設安全優質高效推進。電裝將PLC技術,在國內工業復雜環境中率先進行嘗試,為我國冶金建設行業普遍存在的隧道電纜敷設控制難問題提供了有力的解決方案,使中冶集團寶冶建設在供配電施工技術方面處于冶金建設行業領先水平,增強中冶寶冶建設核心競爭力和市場影響力。
