在世人矚(zhu)目的南(nan)極(ji)(ji)長城站(zhan)、中(zhong)(zhong)山站(zhan),將再度(du)留(liu)下中(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)建(jian)(jian)(jian)工(gong)(gong)集(ji)團員工(gong)(gong)的足跡。11月(yue)5日,中(zhong)(zhong)國中(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)建(jian)(jian)(jian)工(gong)(gong)集(ji)團在北京總部舉行隆重儀式,歡(huan)送中(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)建(jian)(jian)(jian)工(gong)(gong)隨中(zhong)(zhong)國第24次南(nan)極(ji)(ji)科(ke)(ke)(ke)考(kao)(kao)隊第六(liu)次開赴南(nan)極(ji)(ji)的建(jian)(jian)(jian)設者光榮(rong)出(chu)征。11月(yue)12日,全體南(nan)極(ji)(ji)科(ke)(ke)(ke)考(kao)(kao)站(zhan)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設者將從上海出(chu)發,搭乘中(zhong)(zhong)國南(nan)極(ji)(ji)科(ke)(ke)(ke)考(kao)(kao)船“雪龍號(hao)”遠涉(she)12000多公(gong)里,歷時27天,抵(di)達南(nan)極(ji)(ji),開始實施(shi)中(zhong)(zhong)國南(nan)極(ji)(ji)“十五”能力科(ke)(ke)(ke)考(kao)(kao)站(zhan)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設項目,整(zheng)個工(gong)(gong)程計劃在2~3年內完成。
中鐵建(jian)工(gong)在2002年(nian)至2006年(nian)期間,曾參加了(le)(le)第19至23次(ci)中國(guo)南(nan)極(ji)(ji)長城、中山(shan)(shan)站(zhan)的科考(kao)隊(dui),圓滿完成(cheng)了(le)(le)中山(shan)(shan)、長城兩站(zhan)后勤保(bao)障任(ren)務,為(wei)這次(ci)科考(kao)站(zhan)大規模擴建(jian)創造了(le)(le)條件,打下了(le)(le)良好基礎。中鐵建(jian)工(gong)集團把(ba)參與南(nan)極(ji)(ji)科學考(kao)察、建(jian)設南(nan)極(ji)(ji)科考(kao)站(zhan),作為(wei)企業發展的崇高使命,立(li)下了(le)(le)在南(nan)極(ji)(ji)展示中國(guo)工(gong)人階級施工(gong)能力和風(feng)采的雄心(xin)壯志。
“十五(wu)”能(neng)力(li)科(ke)考(kao)(kao)(kao)站(zhan)建(jian)(jian)設(she)項(xiang)目包括為(wei)科(ke)學研(yan)(yan)究建(jian)(jian)設(she)科(ke)研(yan)(yan)綜(zong)(zong)合樓、科(ke)學觀測站(zhan)以及科(ke)研(yan)(yan)后(hou)勤保(bao)障附屬設(she)施(shi)。為(wei)進一(yi)步(bu)提(ti)升中(zhong)國(guo)對南(nan)極科(ke)考(kao)(kao)(kao)能(neng)力(li),為(wei)人類認識和利(li)用南(nan)極做出貢(gong)獻,充分展示我國(guo)綜(zong)(zong)合國(guo)力(li),推進國(guo)家(jia)海洋強國(guo)戰略(lve),國(guo)家(jia)把(ba)南(nan)極科(ke)考(kao)(kao)(kao)站(zhan)建(jian)(jian)設(she)作(zuo)為(wei)“十五(wu)”能(neng)力(li)建(jian)(jian)設(she)項(xiang)目。據(ju)了解(jie),中(zhong)國(guo)極地考(kao)(kao)(kao)察“十五(wu)”能(neng)力(li)科(ke)考(kao)(kao)(kao)站(zhan)建(jian)(jian)設(she)項(xiang)目,是國(guo)家(jia)80年代初在南(nan)極建(jian)(jian)立集裝式的(de)簡易科(ke)學考(kao)(kao)(kao)察站(zhan)以來,第一(yi)次大規(gui)模(mo)利(li)用現代建(jian)(jian)筑材(cai)料和技術(shu)進行(xing)投資擴建(jian)(jian),擴建(jian)(jian)后(hou)的(de)科(ke)考(kao)(kao)(kao)站(zhan)將極大地提(ti)升中(zhong)國(guo)對南(nan)極的(de)科(ke)學考(kao)(kao)(kao)察能(neng)力(li)和影響。
南極中山站施工自然環境惡劣,施工期僅有12月至次年2月的3個月時間。為保證施工進度,科學合理安排施工順序、保證物資供應,中鐵建工集團從施工一線抽調骨干技術人員組建了精干高效的項目施工隊伍,并在上海設立了后勤保障供應基地確保工程順利實施。為確保南極極地的施工和環保工作,中鐵建工集團制定了專項環保預案,全方位實行“無痕跡”施工,確保南極凈土不受污染。
