10月27日,中(zhong)冶(ye)寶冶(ye)參與施工的總投(tou)資達(da)20多億元(yuan)、年吞吐(tu)總量達(da)5000萬噸的寶鋼(gang)馬跡山(shan)港二(er)期工程建成投(tou)產(chan)。
寶(bao)(bao)鋼(gang)集團(tuan)的(de)重(zhong)要配套項(xiang)目——馬跡(ji)山(shan)港,是(shi)我國(guo)首座信(xin)息化、數字化、智(zhi)能(neng)化港區,位于浙江嵊泗縣境內(nei)的(de)馬關鎮。作為國(guo)內(nei)最大的(de)鋼(gang)鐵(tie)(tie)企業,寶(bao)(bao)鋼(gang)集團(tuan)與多(duo)家國(guo)外大型礦(kuang)(kuang)石(shi)供應商分別(bie)簽(qian)訂有長(chang)期(qi)礦(kuang)(kuang)石(shi)采購(gou)合同,而國(guo)內(nei)鐵(tie)(tie)礦(kuang)(kuang)石(shi)專用(yong)碼(ma)頭(tou)接(jie)卸能(neng)力普遍緊張,導致進口礦(kuang)(kuang)石(shi)不能(neng)及時中轉到貨,并產生巨額壓港費(fei)用(yong)。為解(jie)決這一矛(mao)盾,經國(guo)家計(ji)委批準建設此港。其一期(qi)工程設計(ji)年(nian)吞吐量2000萬噸(dun)。此港1997年(nian),由中冶(ye)寶(bao)(bao)冶(ye)等單(dan)位開始建造(zao),2002年(nian)12月建成投產。
隨著寶(bao)鋼集團公司建(jian)設我(wo)國“鋼鐵精品基(ji)(ji)(ji)地”產(chan)(chan)業的(de)(de)發展,計劃到2010年(nian)(nian)時(shi)年(nian)(nian)需(xu)進(jin)(jin)口鐵礦(kuang)石(shi)(shi)3600萬(wan)(wan)(wan)噸(dun)的(de)(de)供給量(liang)(liang),此港(gang)的(de)(de)吞(tun)(tun)吐(tu)能(neng)力(li)已嚴重不足。為此,經國家有關(guan)部門批(pi)準(zhun),在馬(ma)跡(ji)(ji)山(shan)港(gang)一(yi)期(qi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)的(de)(de)基(ji)(ji)(ji)礎(chu)上予以(yi)擴建(jian),工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)設計年(nian)(nian)吞(tun)(tun)吐(tu)量(liang)(liang)3000萬(wan)(wan)(wan)噸(dun),30萬(wan)(wan)(wan)噸(dun)級的(de)(de)卸船泊位(wei)1個、1萬(wan)(wan)(wan)噸(dun)級和5萬(wan)(wan)(wan)噸(dun)級的(de)(de)裝船泊位(wei)各1個,圍海形(xing)成32萬(wan)(wan)(wan)平(ping)方米(mi)的(de)(de)礦(kuang)石(shi)(shi)堆(dui)場(chang)1座,以(yi)及配套和輔助設施,以(yi)進(jin)(jin)一(yi)步提高碼頭及堆(dui)場(chang)的(de)(de)吞(tun)(tun)吐(tu)能(neng)力(li)。馬(ma)跡(ji)(ji)山(shan)港(gang)二期(qi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)2005年(nian)(nian)12月(yue)28日正式開工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)建(jian)設,其礦(kuang)石(shi)(shi)堆(dui)場(chang)等(deng)仍由中(zhong)冶(ye)寶(bao)冶(ye)填海圍地建(jian)造。在中(zhong)冶(ye)寶(bao)冶(ye)馬(ma)跡(ji)(ji)山(shan)項目部的(de)(de)統籌安(an)排(pai)上下,馬(ma)跡(ji)(ji)山(shan)港(gang)二期(qi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)礦(kuang)石(shi)(shi)堆(dui)場(chang)等(deng)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)比合同(tong)要求工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)期(qi)提前(qian)1個月(yue)竣工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),為整個工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)投(tou)產(chan)(chan)奠定了(le)良好(hao)基(ji)(ji)(ji)礎(chu)。馬(ma)跡(ji)(ji)山(shan)港(gang)二期(qi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)10月(yue)27日建(jian)成投(tou)產(chan)(chan)后,連同(tong)其一(yi)期(qi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)的(de)(de)設施,形(xing)成年(nian)(nian)接卸進(jin)(jin)口鐵礦(kuang)石(shi)(shi)3000萬(wan)(wan)(wan)噸(dun)、吞(tun)(tun)吐(tu)量(liang)(liang)5000萬(wan)(wan)(wan)噸(dun)以(yi)上的(de)(de)中(zhong)轉能(neng)力(li)。
馬跡山(shan)港(gang)(gang)作為寶鋼及(ji)(ji)長(chang)(chang)江(jiang)中下游鋼鐵(tie)企業(ye)進口鐵(tie)礦(kuang)石(shi)服務的中轉(zhuan)港(gang)(gang),一期(qi)工程投產后(hou),包(bao)括(kuo)二期(qi)工程邊生產邊施工期(qi)間,先后(hou)開通了(le)遠(yuan)至巴西(xi)、秘魯、加拿大(da)(da)、委內瑞拉、澳(ao)大(da)(da)利亞等南北美洲、大(da)(da)洋(yang)洲等國家和地區(qu)的航線,創造了(le)接(jie)(jie)靠(kao)當(dang)今世界(jie)上(shang)噸位最大(da)(da)的散裝貨輪“博格斯(si)坦”號等24項歷史(shi)紀錄,僅2006年(nian)就(jiu)完成鐵(tie)礦(kuang)石(shi)吞(tun)吐量(liang)2616.91萬噸,降低(di)物流成本1.17億元,初步顯示出了(le)建設馬跡山(shan)礦(kuang)石(shi)中轉(zhuan)港(gang)(gang)的較大(da)(da)經(jing)濟價值,還將有效緩解華(hua)東地區(qu)沿(yan)海港(gang)(gang)口大(da)(da)型礦(kuang)石(shi)碼(ma)頭接(jie)(jie)卸能力不足的矛盾,適應長(chang)(chang)江(jiang)三角洲及(ji)(ji)長(chang)(chang)江(jiang)沿(yan)線地區(qu)鋼鐵(tie)業(ye)的發展。
