8月(yue)30日(ri),大(da)(da)(da)(da)連船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)舶(bo)重(zhong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)集團(tuan)有限公司(si)為中(zhong)海(hai)集團(tuan)建(jian)造(zao)的(de)29.8萬噸油船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)3號船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)圓滿完成(cheng)三大(da)(da)(da)(da)段(duan)(duan)對(dui)(dui)接(jie)。這(zhe)是該公司(si)繼在(zai)29.8萬噸油船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)、浮式生產(chan)儲油船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)等產(chan)品上,成(cheng)功(gong)實施兩大(da)(da)(da)(da)段(duan)(duan)對(dui)(dui)接(jie)建(jian)造(zao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝后,取得(de)的(de)又一重(zhong)大(da)(da)(da)(da)成(cheng)果(guo)。首次(ci)采(cai)用三大(da)(da)(da)(da)段(duan)(duan)對(dui)(dui)接(jie)方(fang)法建(jian)造(zao)大(da)(da)(da)(da)型油船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan),不(bu)僅標(biao)志著(zhu)大(da)(da)(da)(da)連船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)舶(bo)重(zhong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)在(zai)大(da)(da)(da)(da)型船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)舶(bo)建(jian)造(zao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝方(fang)法上取得(de)了新的(de)突破,同時(shi)也為提高我國船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)舶(bo)建(jian)造(zao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝水(shui)平增添了亮(liang)麗(li)一筆。
大(da)(da)(da)連(lian)船(chuan)舶重工(gong)整合重組(zu)后(hou),合理(li)利用(yong)現(xian)有資源,不(bu)(bu)斷(duan)優(you)化建造(zao)工(gong)藝和(he)(he)建造(zao)方(fang)法,最(zui)大(da)(da)(da)限度(du)為生產提速、擴大(da)(da)(da)產能增添新的(de)籌碼。經過前期的(de)周密(mi)策劃,今年初,公司決定在29.8萬噸油船(chuan)3號船(chuan)上采(cai)用(yong)三(san)大(da)(da)(da)段(duan)(duan)對接(jie)建造(zao)方(fang)法,以(yi)便更(geng)充分地利用(yong)現(xian)有造(zao)船(chuan)資源,提高(gao)生產效率。以(yi)往的(de)兩大(da)(da)(da)段(duan)(duan)對接(jie),艏(shou)(shou)半段(duan)(duan)和(he)(he)艉半段(duan)(duan)是在水(shui)(shui)上漂浮的(de)狀態下落墩,施工(gong)和(he)(he)對接(jie)難度(du)相對減(jian)輕,而此次三(san)大(da)(da)(da)段(duan)(duan)(艏(shou)(shou)半段(duan)(duan)、艉半段(duan)(duan)、中(zhong)間(jian)平行體)對接(jie),艏(shou)(shou)半段(duan)(duan)是在塢內原地不(bu)(bu)動的(de)情(qing)況下,向艙(cang)室(shi)開艙(cang)放水(shui)(shui),既要保(bao)證該進(jin)(jin)水(shui)(shui)的(de)艙(cang)室(shi)進(jin)(jin)水(shui)(shui)、不(bu)(bu)進(jin)(jin)水(shui)(shui)的(de)艙(cang)室(shi)不(bu)(bu)進(jin)(jin)水(shui)(shui),又要保(bao)證中(zhong)間(jian)平行體落墩狀態與(yu)艏(shou)(shou)半段(duan)(duan)落墩位(wei)置高(gao)低、前后(hou)保(bao)持平衡,這無疑(yi)大(da)(da)(da)大(da)(da)(da)增加了施工(gong)難度(du)。
為(wei)確保三大(da)段(duan)對(dui)接(jie)的(de)(de)成功實施(shi)(shi)(shi),大(da)連船(chuan)舶重工(gong)(gong)有針對(dui)性地(di)加大(da)了(le)(le)(le)生(sheng)產組(zu)織(zhi)(zhi)力度(du),改(gai)變了(le)(le)(le)以(yi)往(wang)塢(wu)墩的(de)(de)鋪設(she)方法(fa)(fa),下發(fa)了(le)(le)(le)新的(de)(de)塢(wu)墩鋪設(she)管(guan)理規定,并加大(da)了(le)(le)(le)每(mei)個墩位的(de)(de)檢查(cha)確認;針對(dui)艏半(ban)段(duan)是在(zai)(zai)塢(wu)內開艙放水(shui)環節,組(zu)織(zhi)(zhi)相關(guan)部(bu)門進(jin)行了(le)(le)(le)三級專檢確認制,確保一次放水(shui)成功。另外,從8月初開始,施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)單位不僅加大(da)了(le)(le)(le)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)計劃考核的(de)(de)力度(du),而(er)且圍繞三大(da)段(duan)對(dui)接(jie)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong),組(zu)織(zhi)(zhi)召(zhao)開了(le)(le)(le)多次準備(bei)會議。每(mei)天對(dui)計劃的(de)(de)落實及時跟蹤,做到日日統計、周周通報。在(zai)(zai)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)組(zu)織(zhi)(zhi)上,采(cai)用專人專項(xiang)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)組(zu)織(zhi)(zhi)方法(fa)(fa),保證(zheng)對(dui)接(jie)工(gong)(gong)作計劃無漏(lou)項(xiang)、施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)無遺(yi)漏(lou)、操作無錯誤(wu)。在(zai)(zai)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)管(guan)理上,對(dui)該船(chuan)艉(wei)半(ban)段(duan)的(de)(de)船(chuan)體(ti)吊(diao)裝、焊(han)后(hou)消化、下水(shui)前施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)項(xiang)目組(zu)織(zhi)(zhi)監控。
8月30日(ri)凌晨1:00,大(da)(da)連(lian)船舶重工(gong)圓滿完成(cheng)了(le)(le)29.8萬噸(dun)3號船三大(da)(da)段(duan)對接(jie)施工(gong)任務,整個施工(gong)時間(jian)比(bi)計劃提前了(le)(le)5個小時,三大(da)(da)段(duan)對接(jie)效(xiao)果遠遠好(hao)于預期(qi)目標(biao)。
