2月20日,江蘇常州供(gong)電(dian)公(gong)司(si)裝(zhuang)表接電(dian)班班長梁曉冬一行來到“親情電(dian)力”社區(qu)(qu)(qu)服務示范點——潤德半島小區(qu)(qu)(qu),為該(gai)小區(qu)(qu)(qu)居民(min)(min)送上種類(lei)齊全的用電(dian)宣傳材料,并對小區(qu)(qu)(qu)內的老損表箱進行現場修(xiu)復。這是該(gai)公(gong)司(si)面向(xiang)市民(min)(min)推出的又一人(ren)性化(hua)社區(qu)(qu)(qu)服務舉措。
據悉(xi),常州(zhou)供電(dian)公司(si)目(mu)前(qian)有(you)179.6萬戶(hu)用(yong)(yong)電(dian)客戶(hu),其中(zhong)居民(min)(min)客戶(hu)占83%左右,該公司(si)始終將居民(min)(min)用(yong)(yong)電(dian)服務放在(zai)突出(chu)位置。早(zao)在(zai)2007年(nian)8月份,該公司(si)就在(zai)武進(jin)區(qu)建立了(le)社區(qu)客戶(hu)經(jing)理(li)制,確定了(le)27名社區(qu)客戶(hu)經(jing)理(li),運作一段時間后(hou),居民(min)(min)反(fan)響較好(hao),但由于(yu)人手有(you)限、個人專業知識所限等,這(zhe)一制度仍(reng)亟待(dai)完(wan)善。
2008年8月,作為對社(she)區(qu)(qu)客(ke)戶(hu)經理制(zhi)的(de)一(yi)(yi)種完善與優化,“親情(qing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)力”社(she)區(qu)(qu)服(fu)務示(shi)(shi)范(fan)點(dian)(dian)(dian)應運(yun)而生。該公司專門(men)(men)制(zhi)定(ding)新(xin)的(de)服(fu)務流程(cheng),安(an)排專人(ren)負(fu)責對口解(jie)決示(shi)(shi)范(fan)點(dian)(dian)(dian)用(yong)(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)問(wen)題,對一(yi)(yi)些(xie)群眾普遍關心的(de)用(yong)(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)問(wen)題進行及時、有效的(de)答復和解(jie)決,并在(zai)(zai)每個(ge)示(shi)(shi)范(fan)點(dian)(dian)(dian)聘(pin)請小區(qu)(qu)的(de)物(wu)管(guan)主(zhu)任(ren)或(huo)者(zhe)社(she)區(qu)(qu)主(zhu)任(ren)擔任(ren)用(yong)(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)聯絡員。相較于以前的(de)客(ke)戶(hu)經理制(zhi),增加(jia)了用(yong)(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)聯絡員。用(yong)(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)聯絡員對小區(qu)(qu)情(qing)況較為熟悉,便(bian)于掌握第一(yi)(yi)手資料,一(yi)(yi)旦小區(qu)(qu)居(ju)(ju)民(min)有什么用(yong)(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)難(nan)題,可(ke)在(zai)(zai)第一(yi)(yi)時間將情(qing)況反(fan)映(ying)到(dao)用(yong)(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)聯絡員處(chu),由其直接與供電(dian)(dian)(dian)企業(ye)專門(men)(men)負(fu)責人(ren)聯系(xi),專門(men)(men)負(fu)責人(ren)再(zai)將情(qing)況反(fan)映(ying)至相關部門(men)(men),直接解(jie)決。供電(dian)(dian)(dian)企業(ye)專門(men)(men)負(fu)責人(ren)還可(ke)針對各小區(qu)(qu)居(ju)(ju)民(min)用(yong)(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)共性情(qing)況,有針對性地指(zhi)導(dao)用(yong)(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)。
社(she)區用電(dian)(dian)聯(lian)絡員主(zhu)要負責(ze)征(zheng)集社(she)區客戶用電(dian)(dian)方面的(de)意(yi)見和建議(yi);配(pei)合供電(dian)(dian)企業(ye)(ye)做(zuo)(zuo)好電(dian)(dian)費(fei)交納、電(dian)(dian)力(li)法(fa)律法(fa)規、安全用電(dian)(dian)常識等方面的(de)宣傳(chuan)工作;做(zuo)(zuo)好計劃停電(dian)(dian)、電(dian)(dian)表更換、催費(fei)等用電(dian)(dian)信息發布(bu)工作;做(zuo)(zuo)好社(she)區現(xian)場(chang)服務(wu)、走訪的(de)協調工作。社(she)區用電(dian)(dian)聯(lian)絡員的(de)設(she)置,方便了供電(dian)(dian)企業(ye)(ye)面對面聽取社(she)區和居(ju)民客戶用電(dian)(dian)意(yi)見和建議(yi)。
截(jie)至(zhi)目前(qian),已有紅梅西(xi)村、清潭新村等20個(ge)小區成為“親情(qing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)力”社(she)(she)區服(fu)務示范點。一年(nian)多來,常州供電(dian)(dian)(dian)公司(si)多次走(zou)進各小區,及(ji)時提(ti)供用(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)信息預告、現(xian)場辦理用(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)業務,進行上門慰問(wen)、免費搶修等。同時還(huan)舉行電(dian)(dian)(dian)氣知識(shi)講座,組建社(she)(she)區用(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)服(fu)務隊(dui),為老紅軍、軍烈屬、孤寡老人等免費提(ti)供服(fu)務。
今年,該(gai)公司將繼續推進“親(qin)情電力”社區服(fu)務示(shi)范(fan)點建(jian)設,加強與(yu)社區的聯動,在用(yong)電信息(xi)公告、用(yong)電知識宣(xuan)傳上依托社區,幫(bang)助培訓社區電工,從而更(geng)廣泛地收集居民(min)(min)用(yong)電訴求,更(geng)好(hao)地服(fu)務居民(min)(min)客(ke)戶。
