國網公司三個“十一五”國家科技支撐計劃項目通過驗收

  6月14日(ri),國家(jia)電(dian)網公(gong)司牽頭(tou)組織承擔的(de)“十一五(wu)”國家(jia)科(ke)技(ji)支撐(cheng)計(ji)劃重大(da)(da)(da)重點項目(mu)--“特(te)高壓輸變電(dian)系統開發與示范”、“大(da)(da)(da)電(dian)網安全關鍵(jian)技(ji)術研(yan)(yan)究”和(he)“風電(dian)場接入(ru)電(dian)力系統關鍵(jian)技(ji)術研(yan)(yan)究”等三(san)個項目(mu)順(shun)利(li)通(tong)過(guo)國家(jia)科(ke)學技(ji)術部組織的(de)技(ji)術及(ji)財務驗收。驗收專家(jia)組對三(san)個項目(mu)所取得的(de)成(cheng)果及(ji)對我國電(dian)網發展的(de)重大(da)(da)(da)支撐(cheng)作用給(gei)予了高度評價(jia)。  

  “十一(yi)五”期間,隨著我國經濟的(de)(de)快速(su)發展,工業化、城鎮化進(jin)程不斷加(jia)快,我國電(dian)網發展面(mian)臨前所未有(you)的(de)(de)挑(tiao)戰。能(neng)源(yuan)需求尤其(qi)是電(dian)力(li)需求持續增長,能(neng)源(yuan)資源(yuan)與(yu)生(sheng)產力(li)發展逆(ni)向(xiang)分布,風電(dian)、光伏發電(dian)等新(xin)能(neng)源(yuan)發電(dian)快速(su)發展,亟需研究(jiu)特高壓輸變(bian)電(dian)技(ji)術、大規模集(ji)中(zhong)式風電(dian)場接入電(dian)網技(ji)術問(wen)題(ti),破解能(neng)源(yuan)資源(yuan)大規模大范圍優化配置的(de)(de)技(ji)術難題(ti)。

  國家科(ke)學技(ji)術(shu)部高(gao)度關注(zhu)我國能源(yuan)和電(dian)(dian)網(wang)發展問題,將(jiang)特高(gao)壓技(ji)術(shu)及(ji)裝備研發列入《國家中長期科(ke)學和技(ji)術(shu)發展規劃綱要》。2006-2008年,“特高(gao)壓輸變電(dian)(dian)系(xi)統(tong)開發與示范”、“大電(dian)(dian)網(wang)安全關鍵(jian)技(ji)術(shu)研究(jiu)”、“風電(dian)(dian)場接(jie)入電(dian)(dian)網(wang)關鍵(jian)技(ji)術(shu)研究(jiu)”等項目被列入“十一五(wu)”國家科(ke)技(ji)支撐(cheng)計劃。

  幾年來,國(guo)家電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網公司牽頭(tou)組織國(guo)內科研(yan)、設(she)計、制(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)、高(gao)(gao)(gao)校等共計59個單位的(de)(de)(de)數千位科研(yan)人員參與了(le)(le)“特(te)(te)高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)輸變(bian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)系(xi)統(tong)開發(fa)(fa)與示(shi)范(fan)”、“大(da)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網安(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)關鍵技(ji)(ji)(ji)術研(yan)究(jiu)”和“風電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場接入電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)(li)系(xi)統(tong)關鍵技(ji)(ji)(ji)術研(yan)究(jiu)”研(yan)究(jiu)工(gong)作(zuo),圓滿完(wan)(wan)(wan)成(cheng)了(le)(le)各(ge)項研(yan)究(jiu)內容,實現了(le)(le)項目預定(ding)(ding)目標,項目取得(de)豐碩成(cheng)果。在特(te)(te)高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)輸電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術方(fang)(fang)(fang)面(mian),全(quan)(quan)(quan)面(mian)掌握(wo)了(le)(le)1000kV特(te)(te)高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)交流和±800kV直流關鍵技(ji)(ji)(ji)術和設(she)備(bei)制(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)核心技(ji)(ji)(ji)術,占領了(le)(le)世界特(te)(te)高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術的(de)(de)(de)制(zhi)(zhi)高(gao)(gao)(gao)點,為(wei)我(wo)國(guo)自主研(yan)發(fa)(fa)、設(she)計和建設(she)的(de)(de)(de)1000kV特(te)(te)高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)交流試驗(yan)(yan)示(shi)范(fan)工(gong)程(cheng)和±800kV直流試驗(yan)(yan)示(shi)范(fan)工(gong)程(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)順(shun)利投運提供了(le)(le)全(quan)(quan)(quan)面(mian)的(de)(de)(de)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術支撐,實現了(le)(le)我(wo)國(guo)在遠距離、大(da)容量、低(di)損耗的(de)(de)(de)特(te)(te)高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)輸變(bian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)核心技(ji)(ji)(ji)術和設(she)備(bei)國(guo)產化上的(de)(de)(de)重大(da)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術突破,全(quan)(quan)(quan)面(mian)提升(sheng)了(le)(le)我(wo)國(guo)輸變(bian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)工(gong)程(cheng)科研(yan)、設(she)計和設(she)備(bei)制(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)水平(ping)。在大(da)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網安(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)運行(xing)方(fang)(fang)(fang)面(mian),完(wan)(wan)(wan)成(cheng)了(le)(le)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機組及其控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)統(tong)建模(mo)(mo)方(fang)(fang)(fang)法(fa)、負荷(he)模(mo)(mo)型建模(mo)(mo)理論(lun)(lun)和方(fang)(fang)(fang)法(fa)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)(li)市(shi)場仿真系(xi)統(tong)市(shi)場行(xing)為(wei)模(mo)(mo)擬(ni)模(mo)(mo)塊研(yan)發(fa)(fa);完(wan)(wan)(wan)成(cheng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)(li)系(xi)統(tong)多時間尺度全(quan)(quan)(quan)過程(cheng)仿真程(cheng)序、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網在線安(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)預警(jing)及防御系(xi)統(tong)、多功能(neng)安(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)穩定(ding)(ding)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)裝置研(yan)制(zhi)(zhi)并(bing)投入實際(ji)應用,制(zhi)(zhi)定(ding)(ding)了(le)(le)相應的(de)(de)(de)規范(fan)和標準(zhun)。在風電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)接入電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網技(ji)(ji)(ji)術方(fang)(fang)(fang)面(mian),完(wan)(wan)(wan)成(cheng)全(quan)(quan)(quan)部基(ji)礎理論(lun)(lun)研(yan)究(jiu)及應用技(ji)(ji)(ji)術研(yan)究(jiu)工(gong)作(zuo),開發(fa)(fa)完(wan)(wan)(wan)成(cheng)模(mo)(mo)型模(mo)(mo)塊、分析軟件、預測系(xi)統(tong)、控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)統(tong)等并(bing)用于實際(ji)工(gong)程(cheng),完(wan)(wan)(wan)成(cheng)相關標準(zhun)制(zhi)(zhi)定(ding)(ding),有力(li)(li)(li)支撐了(le)(le)我(wo)國(guo)風電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)發(fa)(fa)展。
