經過四(si)年多的艱(jian)苦(ku)努力,目前,葛洲壩集團與中(zhong)(zhong)鐵隧道集團聯(lian)合(he)承(cheng)建的南水(shui)北(bei)調(diao)中(zhong)(zhong)線一期穿(chuan)黃工(gong)程(cheng)II-A標總(zong)長3450米(mi)的過黃河隧洞已(yi)掘進到3000米(mi)處,整個(ge)隧洞11月(yue)中(zhong)(zhong)旬有望全線貫通。這(zhe)將是人類歷(li)史上首(shou)次穿(chuan)越黃河。
南水(shui)北調中(zhong)(zhong)線(xian)穿(chuan)黃(huang)(huang)(huang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)是南水(shui)北調工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong)投資(zi)較大、施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)難度最(zui)高、立交規模最(zui)大的(de)控制工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)期(qi)建筑(zhu)物(wu),也是人(ren)類歷史上最(zui)宏大的(de)穿(chuan)越大江大河工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)。該(gai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)的(de)兩(liang)條(tiao)穿(chuan)黃(huang)(huang)(huang)隧(sui)(sui)(sui)洞(dong),是整(zheng)個(ge)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong)最(zui)引人(ren)注目(mu)的(de)控制性項目(mu),每條(tiao)隧(sui)(sui)(sui)洞(dong)長(chang)4250米,包括(kuo)800米長(chang)的(de)邙山隧(sui)(sui)(sui)洞(dong)和(he)總長(chang)3450米的(de)過黃(huang)(huang)(huang)河隧(sui)(sui)(sui)洞(dong),單洞(dong)直徑(jing)7米,采用目(mu)前世界(jie)上較為先進(jin)的(de)盾構技(ji)術(shu)進(jin)行挖掘(jue)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),技(ji)術(shu)含量高,施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)期(qi)長(chang)。工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)于2005年9月開工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),計劃于2010年3月竣工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)。葛洲壩(ba)集(ji)團與中(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)隧(sui)(sui)(sui)道集(ji)團組成的(de)南水(shui)北調中(zhong)(zhong)線(xian)一期(qi)穿(chuan)黃(huang)(huang)(huang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)聯(lian)合體,承(cheng)擔了II-A標(biao)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)任務,主要(yao)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)項目(mu)包括(kuo)北岸(an)豎井(jing)、南岸(an)豎井(jing)、過河隧(sui)(sui)(sui)洞(dong)段、邙山隧(sui)(sui)(sui)洞(dong)段、出口建筑(zhu)物(wu)、北岸(an)防護堤等項目(mu)的(de)土建及設(she)備(bei)安裝(zhuang)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)。葛洲壩(ba)集(ji)團五(wu)公司代(dai)表葛洲壩(ba)集(ji)團履約(yue)。
開(kai)工(gong)(gong)以來,葛洲壩(ba)建設(she)(she)者們(men)開(kai)展技術攻關(guan),狠(hen)抓(zhua)質量(liang)、安全監控(kong),圓滿完成(cheng)了盾構(gou)(gou)機(ji)的(de)(de)組(zu)裝、調試,豎井(jing)開(kai)挖,確保了隧(sui)洞(dong)掘進(jin)(jin)施工(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)順利進(jin)(jin)行。2008年6月(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue),盾構(gou)(gou)機(ji)整機(ji)始(shi)發。經(jing)過一年多的(de)(de)艱苦努(nu)力,于今(jin)年7月(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)掘進(jin)(jin)至2600米處,進(jin)(jin)入(ru)黃(huang)(huang)河河床(chuang)底施工(gong)(gong),正式(shi)開(kai)始(shi)穿(chuan)越黃(huang)(huang)河之旅。8月(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)20日,盾構(gou)(gou)機(ji)進(jin)(jin)入(ru)主河道段施工(gong)(gong)。截(jie)至9月(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)15日,盾構(gou)(gou)機(ji)已在主河道段掘進(jin)(jin)220米,順利到達3000米處,距離南(nan)岸豎井(jing)僅(jin)剩450米。項目部(bu)經(jing)理部(bu)預測(ce),在地(di)質條件不發生重大(da)變化(hua)和掘進(jin)(jin)設(she)(she)備正常(chang)的(de)(de)情況下,盾構(gou)(gou)機(ji)可望于11月(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)中旬(xun)到達南(nan)岸豎井(jing),完成(cheng)過河段隧(sui)洞(dong)施工(gong)(gong)。屆(jie)時,南(nan)水北調中線(xian)一期穿(chuan)黃(huang)(huang)工(gong)(gong)程II-A標的(de)(de)過黃(huang)(huang)河隧(sui)洞(dong)將(jiang)(jiang)全線(xian)貫通,亙(gen)古流淌(tang)的(de)(de)黃(huang)(huang)河也將(jiang)(jiang)首次被人類(lei)穿(chuan)越。
