9月3日,隨著112米鋼管提籃拱成功架設,由中鐵大橋局承建的武廣客運專線梁家灣特大橋合龍,該橋全長1413.71米,位于湖南臨湘境內,跨越京珠高速公路的主跨橋型為鋼管提籃拱。
梁家灣(wan)特(te)大橋拱(gong)(gong)肋采取懸鏈線線型,平面內矢高(gao)22.4米(mi)(mi),吊桿布置采用(yong)尼(ni)爾森體系。中鐵大橋局積(ji)極開展技術攻關(guan),尤其是針(zhen)對跨越(yue)京(jing)珠(zhu)高(gao)速公(gong)(gong)路的(de)(de)(de)主(zhu)跨112米(mi)(mi)鋼(gang)管(guan)提籃拱(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)(de)安(an)(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang),多(duo)次組(zu)織技術專(zhuan)家對關(guan)鍵(jian)工(gong)序(xu)的(de)(de)(de)施(shi)工(gong)方案進行認真研討和(he)評審,制訂了(le)在(zai)不影響(xiang)高(gao)速公(gong)(gong)路通(tong)車安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)情(qing)況下,采用(yong)兩臺150噸履帶吊機(ji)進行主(zhu)拱(gong)(gong)安(an)(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)的(de)(de)(de)科(ke)學施(shi)工(gong)方案,并派駐(zhu)技術、安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)小組(zu)進駐(zhu)工(gong)地,協(xie)助和(he)指(zhi)(zhi)導現場施(shi)工(gong)。項目部通(tong)過科(ke)學嚴謹(jin)的(de)(de)(de)協(xie)調指(zhi)(zhi)揮,克服(fu)了(le)施(shi)工(gong)期間雷雨、大風(feng)等惡劣自然天氣影響(xiang),在(zai)保(bao)障京(jing)珠(zhu)高(gao)速公(gong)(gong)路通(tong)車安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)的(de)(de)(de)同時(shi),安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)、優質地實現了(le)主(zhu)跨鋼(gang)管(guan)提籃拱(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)(de)順利合龍。
