寶鋼“十五”重大項目
我國最大寬厚板工程“中國軋機之王”投產
由中冶集團寶冶建設承建的寶鋼“十五”重大項目5米寬厚板軋機一期工程已圓滿建成,于近期進行熱負荷試車獲得成功,軋出第一塊寬厚板。這項被稱為“中國軋機之王”的我國最大的寬厚板工程的建成投產,對提升我國綜合國力和國際競爭能力,具有重要的戰略意義。
寶鋼寬厚板軋機工程建在寶鋼一煉鋼區域內,鋼水由一煉鋼3座300噸轉爐經二次精煉后供應。工程分兩期建設,一期建設一架四輥可逆精軋機,一架立輥軋機,軋制最大寬度4.8米,長25米,厚150毫米,年產140萬噸寬厚板。二期增建一架粗軋機,生產規模擴展到180萬噸,最大軋制厚度可達400毫米。產品以船用板及管線板為主,同時還生產建筑、鍋爐容器、模具等國內緊缺鋼板品種,專用板約占90%左右。這項工程的建設將改變我國5米級造船用板,大口徑、長距離、高鋼級、抗硫化氫管線用板長期依賴進口的狀況。中國造船巨頭中國船舶工業集團公司已與寶鋼簽訂戰略合作協議,借助寶鋼的5米級寬厚板軋機造船板的供板能力,擴大造船規模和造船能級,其目標是今年將躋身世界造船業前5強,2010年進入前3強,至2015年成為世界第一造船集團。
因(yin)為5米(mi)級寬(kuan)厚(hou)(hou)板(ban)軋(ya)機(ji)(ji)在(zai)我國是第一(yi)(yi)次建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she),中(zhong)冶(ye)集團寶冶(ye)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)在(zai)這項工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)中(zhong)遇到了許(xu)多困難(nan)(nan)。他(ta)(ta)們(men)加強工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)協調(diao)管理(li),通過(guo)(guo)科技(ji)攻(gong)關、科技(ji)創新(xin)(xin)(xin)和(he)(he)采用一(yi)(yi)系(xi)(xi)(xi)列(lie)新(xin)(xin)(xin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)(yi)新(xin)(xin)(xin)技(ji)術(shu),先后攻(gong)克(ke)了深(shen)(shen)坑(keng)深(shen)(shen)基礎施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)、軋(ya)機(ji)(ji)安(an)裝(zhuang)、機(ji)(ji)電儀(yi)設(she)(she)備調(diao)試等一(yi)(yi)系(xi)(xi)(xi)列(lie)難(nan)(nan)關。被(bei)稱(cheng)為寬(kuan)厚(hou)(hou)板(ban)“血(xue)脈工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)”的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)全(quan)長1100米(mi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)地(di)(di)(di)(di)下管廊(lang),先后從地(di)(di)(di)(di)下穿越6條鐵路、3條公(gong)路和(he)(he)31條光纜,在(zai)管廊(lang)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)過(guo)(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)運(yun)送鋼(gang)錠模的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)火車(che)和(he)(he)運(yun)送建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)物資的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)重型車(che)輛(liang)川(chuan)流不息(xi)“隆隆”通過(guo)(guo),地(di)(di)(di)(di)基處(chu)在(zai)不斷的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)撓動(dong)之中(zhong)。他(ta)(ta)們(men)制訂了有幾(ji)十道工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)序的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)復雜而(er)嚴謹的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)方(fang)案,采取(qu)了一(yi)(yi)系(xi)(xi)(xi)列(lie)有效的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)技(ji)術(shu)措施(shi)(shi),使地(di)(di)(di)(di)下管廊(lang)全(quan)線貫通。號稱(cheng)“天下第一(yi)(yi)坑(keng)”的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)寬(kuan)厚(hou)(hou)板(ban)漩流池,由(you)于開發(fa)成(cheng)(cheng)功成(cheng)(cheng)熟(shu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)地(di)(di)(di)(di)下連續墻施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)(yi),優化內(nei)襯(chen)結構(gou)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)(yi)和(he)(he)深(shen)(shen)井降水(shui)方(fang)案,并采用信息(xi)化施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),使有30多米(mi)深(shen)(shen)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)漩流池結構(gou)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)獲得圓(yuan)滿(man)成(cheng)(cheng)功。寬(kuan)厚(hou)(hou)板(ban)單(dan)片軋(ya)機(ji)(ji)牌坊(fang)高(gao)15米(mi),寬(kuan)4.7米(mi),厚(hou)(hou)2.2米(mi),重397噸,在(zai)軋(ya)機(ji)(ji)底座上(shang)就位以(yi)后猶(you)如高(gao)高(gao)聳立的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)“凱旋門”。他(ta)(ta)們(men)大膽提出由(you)平臥(wo)吊(diao)(diao)(diao)裝(zhuang)改為地(di)(di)(di)(di)發(fa)面(mian)側(ce)翻后吊(diao)(diao)(diao)至3.8米(mi)深(shen)(shen)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)換輥坑(keng)內(nei)再(zai)更換吊(diao)(diao)(diao)具起吊(diao)(diao)(diao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)軋(ya)機(ji)(ji)牌坊(fang)安(an)裝(zhuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)(yi)新(xin)(xin)(xin)思路,圓(yuan)滿(man)解(jie)決了由(you)于軋(ya)機(ji)(ji)牌坊(fang)推遲半年進場而(er)帶來(lai)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)不能(neng)保證投產工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)期的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)難(nan)(nan)題。寶鋼(gang)寬(kuan)厚(hou)(hou)板(ban)漩流池施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)新(xin)(xin)(xin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)(yi)和(he)(he)5米(mi)級軋(ya)機(ji)(ji)牌坊(fang)側(ce)立安(an)裝(zhuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)技(ji)術(shu)已通過(guo)(guo)中(zhong)冶(ye)集團專家鑒定,獲得一(yi)(yi)致(zhi)好評。這項工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)自2002年9月28日打下第一(yi)(yi)根樁起,經(jing)過(guo)(guo)寶冶(ye)職工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)29個月拼搶,至熱負荷試車(che)成(cheng)(cheng)功,完全(quan)按照合同工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)期建(jian)(jian)(jian)成(cheng)(cheng)。
