中鐵電氣化局溝海鐵路
電(dian)氣化改造(zao)牽引供(gong)電(dian)工程開工
7月11日,中國鐵(tie)路(lu)工(gong)程總(zong)公司所屬的(de)中鐵(tie)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)氣(qi)化(hua)局(ju)承(cheng)建的(de)溝(gou)海鐵(tie)路(lu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)氣(qi)化(hua)改造牽引供電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)工(gong)程立桿儀(yi)式(shi)在溝(gou)幫子--五七區(qu)間1KM+73M處(chu)舉行(xing)。沈陽(yang)鐵(tie)路(lu)局(ju)工(gong)程建設指揮部、中鐵(tie)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)氣(qi)化(hua)局(ju)集團溝(gou)海電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)化(hua)工(gong)程項(xiang)目經(jing)理(li)部、鄭州(zhou)(zhou)中原(yuan)監理(li)公司溝(gou)海電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)化(hua)工(gong)程監理(li)站(zhan)、錦州(zhou)(zhou)鐵(tie)路(lu)分局(ju)站(zhan)前工(gong)程指揮部、錦州(zhou)(zhou)鐵(tie)路(lu)分局(ju)機務(wu)分處(chu)等單(dan)位領導(dao)參加了立桿儀(yi)式(shi)。
溝海(hai)(hai)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)路(lu)(lu)電(dian)氣化改造牽(qian)引供電(dian)工(gong)程(cheng)全部在(zai)遼(liao)寧省境內,西端與秦沈鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)路(lu)(lu)客運專線溝通(tong),東(dong)端和(he)哈(ha)大線鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)路(lu)(lu)相連(lian),是華(hua)北連(lian)通(tong)東(dong)北沿(yan)海(hai)(hai)地區的(de)(de)(de)一(yi)條捷(jie)徑,線路(lu)(lu)全長102.5正線公(gong)里。溝海(hai)(hai)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)路(lu)(lu)電(dian)氣化改造牽(qian)引供電(dian)工(gong)程(cheng)是中(zhong)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)電(dian)氣化局(ju)集(ji)團中(zhong)標的(de)(de)(de)第一(yi)個施(shi)工(gong)總承包(bao)項目(mu),由中(zhong)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)電(dian)化局(ju)集(ji)團、鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)道第三勘察設計院和(he)設備材料(liao)供應(ying)商組成聯(lian)合(he)體,共(gong)同(tong)完成該項目(mu)接(jie)觸網、變電(dian)及房建工(gong)程(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)施(shi)工(gong)圖設計、工(gong)程(cheng)施(shi)工(gong)和(he)物資供應(ying)全部任務(wu),該管理(li)模(mo)式是鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)道部對鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)路(lu)(lu)基(ji)建管理(li)改革(ge)的(de)(de)(de)一(yi)次重要嘗試,在(zai)全路(lu)(lu)尚(shang)屬首例。
溝海(hai)電氣化(hua)鐵(tie)路建(jian)(jian)成(cheng)開通后,將進一步增強我國東(dong)北鐵(tie)路路網的機動性和靈活性,列車運行(xing)速(su)度由原來的80公(gong)里(li)(li)/小(xiao)時提高至160公(gong)里(li)(li)/小(xiao)時,成(cheng)為(wei)國鐵(tie)I級干線,對于(yu)我國東(dong)北沿海(hai)地(di)區(qu)的能(neng)源供(gong)應、環境保護、經濟發展將起到極大的促進作(zuo)用,同(tong)時對振(zhen)興東(dong)北老工業基(ji)地(di)、加(jia)速(su)東(dong)北沿海(hai)地(di)區(qu)開發建(jian)(jian)設都具有重要意義。
