國網江蘇電力科研成果保障沿海風電安全并網

  4月24日,江(jiang)蘇(su)省電(dian)(dian)力(li)公司電(dian)(dian)力(li)科學研究院應用“沿(yan)海(hai)大(da)規模(mo)風(feng)電(dian)(dian)并網(wang)檢(jian)測(ce)與安全(quan)運(yun)行關(guan)鍵技術及應用”科技項目研究成(cheng)(cheng)果,順利完(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)了(le)國華(hua)射陽(農牧(mu)公司)4.95萬千瓦(wa)低風(feng)速風(feng)電(dian)(dian)場動態無功補償裝置的(de)性能(neng)檢(jian)測(ce)和調試。國網(wang)江(jiang)蘇(su)電(dian)(dian)力(li)深化(hua)沿(yan)海(hai)大(da)規模(mo)風(feng)電(dian)(dian)并網(wang)檢(jian)測(ce)與安全(quan)運(yun)行關(guan)鍵技術及應用,提升了(le)沿(yan)海(hai)風(feng)電(dian)(dian)場無功控制能(neng)力(li),有效保(bao)障了(le)風(feng)電(dian)(dian)場并網(wang)安全(quan)。

  根(gen)據(ju)國家風電“十二五”發展(zhan)規(gui)劃(hua),到(dao)2015年,江蘇沿(yan)(yan)(yan)海(hai)(hai)風電裝機容量將(jiang)達到(dao)600萬千瓦(wa);東部沿(yan)(yan)(yan)海(hai)(hai)地(di)區也(ye)將(jiang)規(gui)劃(hua)建設千萬千瓦(wa)級風電基地(di),未來將(jiang)形成海(hai)(hai)上風電“三峽”。面對(dui)沿(yan)(yan)(yan)海(hai)(hai)大(da)規(gui)模風電安全并網(wang)技術需求,國網(wang)江蘇電力、中國電力科學研(yan)究(jiu)院(yuan)、國網(wang)智能電網(wang)研(yan)究(jiu)院(yuan)聯合(he)開展(zhan)了“沿(yan)(yan)(yan)海(hai)(hai)大(da)規(gui)模風電并網(wang)檢測與安全運行(xing)關(guan)鍵技術及應(ying)用”相關(guan)研(yan)究(jiu)和攻關(guan)。

  自2011年開始,該項目研究成果陸續在江蘇(su)沿(yan)海13家(jia)海上風(feng)(feng)(feng)電(dian)場(chang)、機(ji)組(zu)制造廠家(jia)、公(gong)司系統多個單(dan)位應用。國網(wang)江蘇(su)電(dian)力發現(xian)并整改(gai)56.4萬(wan)千瓦不具備低壓穿越能力的風(feng)(feng)(feng)電(dian)機(ji)組(zu),有效保障了風(feng)(feng)(feng)電(dian)場(chang)并網(wang)安全;完成了總(zong)容量14萬(wan)千乏固定式靜止無功發生器(qi)性能檢測與調(diao)試,提升了沿(yan)海風(feng)(feng)(feng)電(dian)場(chang)無功控(kong)制能力。

  該項(xiang)目研制(zhi)了(le)(le)擁有(you)(you)35千伏、0.8萬(wan)千瓦容量(liang),能夠兼顧海上(shang)和陸(lu)上(shang)風機(ji)測試、適(shi)應沿海鹽(yan)堿高濕氣象(xiang)環境(jing)的(de)(de)移動式低(di)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)穿越檢(jian)測裝置。有(you)(you)了(le)(le)該裝置,就可(ke)以(yi)很方便地檢(jian)測出風電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)組(zu)是否具備(bei)低(di)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)穿越能力(li)。據(ju)介(jie)紹,當端電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)降低(di)到一定值時,如電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)出現(xian)(xian)(xian)短時故障,只(zhi)有(you)(you)具備(bei)了(le)(le)低(di)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)穿越能力(li)的(de)(de)風電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)組(zu)才可(ke)實(shi)現(xian)(xian)(xian)不脫離電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)而繼續(xu)維持運行,甚(shen)至還可(ke)為系(xi)統提供一定無功補償以(yi)幫助系(xi)統恢復電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya),從而避(bi)免了(le)(le)大規模風電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)組(zu)脫網(wang)現(xian)(xian)(xian)象(xiang)。同(tong)時,該項(xiang)目在(zai)國內(nei)外首創了(le)(le)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)抗(kang)(kang)參數(shu)自適(shi)應匹配(pei)的(de)(de)風電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)組(zu)低(di)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)穿越能力(li)檢(jian)測技術,攻克了(le)(le)系(xi)統阻抗(kang)(kang)、短路電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)抗(kang)(kang)和限流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)抗(kang)(kang)不易(yi)精確(que)匹配(pei)的(de)(de)難題,實(shi)現(xian)(xian)(xian)了(le)(le)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)跌落精度1%之內(nei)的(de)(de)精確(que)控(kong)制(zhi)。

  此外,該項目還開發了(le)具備分功率區段數據(ju)處理能力的(de)(de)電(dian)能質(zhi)量(liang)在線(xian)監(jian)測(ce)(ce)終端(duan),可實現對海量(liang)數據(ju)的(de)(de)在線(xian)計算(suan)分析,提(ti)高(gao)了(le)風電(dian)電(dian)能質(zhi)量(liang)的(de)(de)在線(xian)監(jian)測(ce)(ce)水平;研(yan)究了(le)調(diao)峰調(diao)頻等運行策略以及千萬(wan)千瓦級沿(yan)海風電(dian)接納能力評(ping)估技術,提(ti)高(gao)了(le)電(dian)網的(de)(de)風電(dian)接納能力。
