為創建學習型企(qi)業,提升免费菠萝视(shi)频app下(xia)载,提高企(qi)業執行(xing)力(li),全(quan)(quan)面提升企(qi)業管(guan)理水平(ping),中國(guo)儲備棉(mian)(mian)管(guan)理總(zong)(zong)(zong)公(gong)司(si)(si)(以下(xia)簡(jian)稱“中儲棉(mian)(mian)總(zong)(zong)(zong)公(gong)司(si)(si)”)一直非常重視(shi)培(pei)訓工(gong)作。隨著公(gong)司(si)(si)的改革發(fa)展,對培(pei)訓工(gong)作的要(yao)求也(ye)在日益提升。2011年,中儲棉(mian)(mian)總(zong)(zong)(zong)公(gong)司(si)(si)首次在培(pei)訓工(gong)作中引入(ru)了(le)信(xin)息化管(guan)理,搭建“中國(guo)儲備棉(mian)(mian)管(guan)理總(zong)(zong)(zong)公(gong)司(si)(si)網(wang)絡培(pei)訓學院”開展全(quan)(quan)員培(pei)訓。4月25日,“中國(guo)儲備棉(mian)(mian)管(guan)理總(zong)(zong)(zong)公(gong)司(si)(si)網(wang)絡培(pei)訓學院”啟動儀式(shi)(shi)在中儲棉(mian)(mian)總(zong)(zong)(zong)公(gong)司(si)(si)總(zong)(zong)(zong)部(bu)舉(ju)行(xing)。啟動儀式(shi)(shi)由中儲棉(mian)(mian)總(zong)(zong)(zong)公(gong)司(si)(si)副總(zong)(zong)(zong)經(jing)理侯振武主持,中儲棉(mian)(mian)總(zong)(zong)(zong)公(gong)司(si)(si)黨委書記(ji)、總(zong)(zong)(zong)經(jing)理姚明燁(ye)在會上作了(le)動員講(jiang)話。公(gong)司(si)(si)總(zong)(zong)(zong)部(bu)全(quan)(quan)體干(gan)部(bu)職工(gong)共(gong)50多人參加了(le)啟動儀式(shi)(shi)。
姚明燁同(tong)志在講(jiang)話中(zhong)總結了(le)(le)(le)搭建網絡(luo)培訓(xun)學(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)意義,深入分析(xi)了(le)(le)(le)當(dang)前公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)面臨(lin)的(de)(de)(de)(de)形勢,并(bing)對培訓(xun)做出(chu)了(le)(le)(le)具體(ti)要(yao)(yao)(yao)求。他指出(chu),建立(li)(li)網絡(luo)培訓(xun)學(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)是(shi)(shi)中(zhong)儲棉總公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)改革發展的(de)(de)(de)(de)需(xu)要(yao)(yao)(yao),公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)又好又快發展必須依靠堅強的(de)(de)(de)(de)團隊。當(dang)前和(he)“十二五”期間(jian),公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)圍繞國家所賦予的(de)(de)(de)(de)宏觀調控(kong)任務(wu)提出(chu)了(le)(le)(le)“一個(ge)中(zhong)心”、“三大板塊”的(de)(de)(de)(de)目標,完成這一目標將(jiang)面臨(lin)很多(duo)新的(de)(de)(de)(de)問題,需(xu)要(yao)(yao)(yao)新的(de)(de)(de)(de)知(zhi)識武裝全體(ti)干(gan)部(bu)職工的(de)(de)(de)(de)頭(tou)腦,才能正(zheng)確有力(li)地推動(dong)公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)各項工作的(de)(de)(de)(de)發展。同(tong)時,建立(li)(li)網絡(luo)培訓(xun)學(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)是(shi)(shi)建立(li)(li)學(xue)(xue)(xue)習型企業的(de)(de)(de)(de)需(xu)要(yao)(yao)(yao),也(ye)是(shi)(shi)干(gan)部(bu)職工自身發展的(de)(de)(de)(de)需(xu)要(yao)(yao)(yao)。
姚明(ming)燁進(jin)一步提出(chu)了幾點要(yao)(yao)(yao)求:一是(shi)各(ge)(ge)(ge)級(ji)(ji)(ji)領導(dao)(dao)(dao)干部(bu)(bu)(bu)要(yao)(yao)(yao)高(gao)度重視(shi)網(wang)(wang)絡(luo)培(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)訓工(gong)(gong)作。構建(jian)網(wang)(wang)絡(luo)培(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)訓學(xue)(xue)(xue)院開展全(quan)員培(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)訓,是(shi)公(gong)(gong)司人力資源規(gui)劃(hua)的(de)重要(yao)(yao)(yao)部(bu)(bu)(bu)署,也是(shi)實現公(gong)(gong)司“十二五”規(gui)劃(hua)的(de)重要(yao)(yao)(yao)舉措,各(ge)(ge)(ge)級(ji)(ji)(ji)領導(dao)(dao)(dao)干部(bu)(bu)(bu)務必提高(gao)認識,充分利用(yong)網(wang)(wang)絡(luo)培(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)訓學(xue)(xue)(xue)院這個學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)平(ping)臺,切實發揮(hui)網(wang)(wang)絡(luo)培(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)訓學(xue)(xue)(xue)院的(de)人力資源培(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)養和(he)提升作用(yong);二是(shi)領導(dao)(dao)(dao)干部(bu)(bu)(bu)不僅要(yao)(yao)(yao)帶(dai)頭學(xue)(xue)(xue),還要(yao)(yao)(yao)做好(hao)指(zhi)導(dao)(dao)(dao)工(gong)(gong)作。網(wang)(wang)絡(luo)培(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)訓學(xue)(xue)(xue)院的(de)構建(jian)是(shi)一項長期的(de)系統性工(gong)(gong)作,各(ge)(ge)(ge)級(ji)(ji)(ji)領導(dao)(dao)(dao)干部(bu)(bu)(bu)要(yao)(yao)(yao)帶(dai)頭學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi),發揮(hui)表率(lv)作用(yong),同時要(yao)(yao)(yao)充分發揮(hui)管理(li)(li)(li)和(he)監(jian)督職(zhi)(zhi)能,把網(wang)(wang)絡(luo)培(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)訓學(xue)(xue)(xue)院作為團(tuan)隊(dui)建(jian)設(she)的(de)陣(zhen)地,積(ji)極(ji)幫助和(he)指(zhi)導(dao)(dao)(dao)下級(ji)(ji)(ji)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)開展學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)。在課程(cheng)挑(tiao)選的(de)過程(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong),各(ge)(ge)(ge)級(ji)(ji)(ji)領導(dao)(dao)(dao)要(yao)(yao)(yao)做好(hao)具體的(de)指(zhi)導(dao)(dao)(dao)工(gong)(gong)作,從黨中(zhong)(zhong)央國務院的(de)方針政策(ce)、與(yu)(yu)業(ye)務知識相(xiang)關的(de)經濟理(li)(li)(li)論的(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)、提高(gao)自(zi)身素養的(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)三(san)個方面(mian)入手,有所側(ce)重、互為補充;三(san)是(shi)要(yao)(yao)(yao)保(bao)證學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)時間。各(ge)(ge)(ge)級(ji)(ji)(ji)干部(bu)(bu)(bu)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)要(yao)(yao)(yao)合理(li)(li)(li)安排(pai)學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)時間,保(bao)證學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)進(jin)度。一方面(mian)要(yao)(yao)(yao)組織好(hao)集中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)和(he)討(tao)論,通過面(mian)對面(mian)的(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)交(jiao)流鞏固學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)成果;另一方面(mian),要(yao)(yao)(yao)利用(yong)好(hao)網(wang)(wang)絡(luo)在線交(jiao)流平(ping)臺,加強學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)交(jiao)流和(he)溝通,形成網(wang)(wang)上與(yu)(yu)網(wang)(wang)下、個人學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)與(yu)(yu)團(tuan)隊(dui)學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)的(de)立體化學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)體系;四是(shi)要(yao)(yao)(yao)跟蹤(zong)考核(he),保(bao)證學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)質量。公(gong)(gong)司已經發布了培(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)訓通知和(he)考核(he)相(xiang)關規(gui)定,培(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)訓結(jie)束(shu)后,公(gong)(gong)司將(jiang)按層級(ji)(ji)(ji)進(jin)行相(xiang)應考核(he),對優秀(xiu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)員進(jin)行表彰獎(jiang)勵;五是(shi)要(yao)(yao)(yao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)以致用(yong)。把學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)成果運(yun)用(yong)到實踐中(zhong)(zhong)是(shi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)的(de)最終目的(de),要(yao)(yao)(yao)多思考、勤動(dong)腦,將(jiang)所學(xue)(xue)(xue)知識運(yun)用(yong)到推動(dong)中(zhong)(zhong)儲棉總公(gong)(gong)司改(gai)革發展中(zhong)(zhong)去,改(gai)進(jin)工(gong)(gong)作方法,提高(gao)管理(li)(li)(li)水平(ping)。
啟動儀式上,網絡培(pei)訓學院(yuan)(yuan)承建方時代光華教育發(fa)展(zhan)有限公司(si)為中儲棉總(zong)公司(si)授予(yu)了“中國儲備棉管理總(zong)公司(si)網絡培(pei)訓學院(yuan)(yuan)”銅牌(pai),就網絡培(pei)訓及其發(fa)展(zhan)情況進行(xing)(xing)了相關介紹,并對全(quan)體參會人員(yuan)進行(xing)(xing)了網絡培(pei)訓學院(yuan)(yuan)平臺使(shi)用(yong)操作培(pei)訓。
