為服(fu)務國家“節能與(yu)新能源汽車(che)示范推(tui)廣(guang)試點工作”,優化能源消費結構,促進(jin)(jin)發展低碳(tan)經(jing)濟,國家電(dian)(dian)網公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)2010年計劃在公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)經(jing)營區域(yu)內(nei)27個省市(區)全面推(tui)進(jin)(jin)電(dian)(dian)動(dong)汽車(che)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)站建(jian)設,擬建(jian)公(gong)(gong)(gong)用充(chong)電(dian)(dian)站75座、交流充(chong)電(dian)(dian)樁(zhuang)6209臺(tai)以及部分電(dian)(dian)池更換(huan)站,加快推(tui)動(dong)電(dian)(dian)動(dong)汽車(che)產業化發展。
電動汽車充電站是電動汽車的重要基礎支撐系統,也是電動汽車商業化、產業化過程中的重要環節,自2006年以來,國家電網公司已累計內部應用電動車101輛,試點建設充電站30座;與北京市政府合作,參與建設或推動電動公交線路7條,電動公交車58輛;完成《電動汽車充電站通用技術要求》、《電動汽車充電站布置設計導則》和《電動汽車充電站供電系統規范》等企業標準6項;承擔國家863計劃“電動汽車電能供給系統關鍵技術研究與運行考核”課題;編制了《國家電網公司電動汽車充放電設施建設指導意見》,統一規范充放電站建設技術要求、設備選配、智能監控等,基本解決了試點建設工程中的共性問題,為有序開展充電設施建設創造了條件。
電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動汽車環保無污染(ran),且具有顯(xian)著的(de)經濟效益。以比亞迪(di)E6純電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動汽車為例,快充2個小時可充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)57度,可行(xing)駛300公(gong)里。按照北京普通商業電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)價計算(suan),峰(feng)期(qi)(qi)每度電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)1.212元,行(xing)駛300公(gong)里需(xu)69.084元;若利(li)用(yong)谷期(qi)(qi)(23:00-7:00)充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),每度電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)0.409元,僅需(xu)23.313元。而傳統的(de)燃油汽車,以北京93#汽油每升(sheng)(sheng)6.66元、每100公(gong)里耗油8升(sheng)(sheng)計算(suan),行(xing)駛300公(gong)里需(xu)159.84元,費(fei)用(yong)分別是峰(feng)期(qi)(qi)、谷期(qi)(qi)充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動汽車的(de)2.31和6.86倍。
