近日,中國(guo)電(dian)(dian)子科(ke)(ke)技集團(tuan)公司第22研(yan)究(jiu)所(suo)(suo)(suo)提出的地(di)面(mian)(mian)雨衰減(jian)預(yu)報模式,在(zai)瑞士(shi)日內瓦舉行的國(guo)際(ji)電(dian)(dian)信(xin)聯盟(meng)無線電(dian)(dian)通信(xin)部門(簡稱(cheng)ITU-R)第三研(yan)究(jiu)組(無線電(dian)(dian)波傳(chuan)(chuan)播(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo))及3J(傳(chuan)(chuan)播(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)要素)、3M(點對點和地(di)對空傳(chuan)(chuan)播(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo))、3K(點對面(mian)(mian)傳(chuan)(chuan)播(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo))、3L(電(dian)(dian)離層傳(chuan)(chuan)播(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)及無線電(dian)(dian)噪(zao)聲(sheng))工(gong)作組會(hui)議上被(bei)國(guo)際(ji)電(dian)(dian)信(xin)聯盟(meng)所(suo)(suo)(suo)采(cai)納(na),成為(wei)地(di)面(mian)(mian)雨衰減(jian)預(yu)測(ce)國(guo)際(ji)標準。這是(shi)中國(guo)電(dian)(dian)科(ke)(ke)22所(suo)(suo)(suo)又一項降(jiang)雨傳(chuan)(chuan)播(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)研(yan)究(jiu)成果為(wei)國(guo)際(ji)電(dian)(dian)聯所(suo)(suo)(suo)采(cai)納(na),表明(ming)22所(suo)(suo)(suo)在(zai)降(jiang)雨傳(chuan)(chuan)播(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)特性研(yan)究(jiu)方面(mian)(mian)繼續處于國(guo)際(ji)領先水平。目前,22所(suo)(suo)(suo)已有十項研(yan)究(jiu)成果形成國(guo)際(ji)標準。
