國家電網建成電力系統仿真國家工程實驗室

  近日,由國家電網公司所屬中國電力科學研究院建設的電力系統仿真國家工程實驗室通過國家發改委組織的驗收,標志著我國在大規模電力系統仿真領域實現重大關鍵技術突破。該實驗室針對我國特高壓電網和大型交直流混合電網建設運行的安全需要,開展了一系列基礎、應用研究及重大關鍵技術研發,實現了對大型復雜電力系統進行全方位仿真,在仿真規模、仿真能力和綜合研究水平等方面居于國際領先地位,全面促進了我國具有自主知識產權及世界領先水平的電網規劃、運行仿真核心技術體系的形成,將為全面掌握大型復雜電網運行和控制機理,實現電網事故預演和大電網動態安全預警,保障我國電力系統安全經濟運行發揮關鍵作用。

  電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)仿(fang)真是指通(tong)過建(jian)立數(shu)學模(mo)型(xing)和(he)(he)(he)參數(shu),分析電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)中各元(yuan)素性質(zhi)及相互(hu)關系(xi)(xi),并據(ju)此進(jin)行試(shi)驗和(he)(he)(he)定(ding)量分析,獲得電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)規劃(hua)、設(she)計(ji)、運(yun)行所(suo)需的(de)各種(zhong)(zhong)參考(kao)數(shu)據(ju)。近年來,隨著我(wo)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網的(de)快(kuai)速發展,保(bao)障大電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網安全穩定(ding)運(yun)行的(de)任務十分艱(jian)巨(ju)。該實驗室(shi)(shi)建(jian)成(cheng)(cheng)了(le)(le)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)全數(shu)字仿(fang)真、動態物理模(mo)擬(ni)(ni)、數(shu)模(mo)混合(he)仿(fang)真、運(yun)行和(he)(he)(he)安全監控(kong)等(deng)試(shi)驗研究平臺,擁有(you)4套(tao)±500千(qian)伏雙極(ji)長距(ju)離直流輸(shu)(shu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)、2套(tao)±800千(qian)伏雙極(ji)長距(ju)離直流輸(shu)(shu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)、1套(tao)柔(rou)性直流輸(shu)(shu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)、1套(tao)涵蓋特高(gao)(gao)壓等(deng)多(duo)種(zhong)(zhong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓等(deng)級交流系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)物理仿(fang)真裝置及全數(shu)字仿(fang)真裝置,配有(you)14臺發電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機組、特高(gao)(gao)壓交/直流輸(shu)(shu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)模(mo)擬(ni)(ni)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)、各種(zhong)(zhong)負(fu)荷模(mo)型(xing)和(he)(he)(he)可控(kong)串補、可控(kong)高(gao)(gao)抗(kang)(kang)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子式互(hu)感器等(deng)新型(xing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)設(she)備和(he)(he)(he)元(yuan)件以及全數(shu)字實時仿(fang)真系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)、能量管理系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)、廣域量測系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)和(he)(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)市場仿(fang)真系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)等(deng)應(ying)用系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)。實驗室(shi)(shi)建(jian)設(she)過程(cheng)中承擔了(le)(le)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)家973計(ji)劃(hua)、科技(ji)支撐計(ji)劃(hua)、國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)家發改(gai)委、國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)家自然科學基金(jin)和(he)(he)(he)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)家電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網公司(si)重大科研項(xiang)目(mu)75項(xiang),已取得專(zhuan)利、著作權及申(shen)請發明(ming)專(zhuan)利共(gong)36項(xiang),培養博士7名、碩士17名。研究成(cheng)(cheng)果在行業關鍵技(ji)術(shu)(shu)創(chuang)新和(he)(he)(he)推廣應(ying)用方面(mian)發揮了(le)(le)輻射和(he)(he)(he)帶動作用,為(wei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網規劃(hua)、建(jian)設(she)和(he)(he)(he)運(yun)行提供了(le)(le)強有(you)力(li)(li)的(de)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)保(bao)障,在抗(kang)(kang)災保(bao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)、奧運(yun)保(bao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)等(deng)工(gong)作中發揮了(le)(le)重要作用。
