2月(yue)28日,國內首(shou)(shou)座(zuo)柔性(xing)直流換流站——35千伏南(nan)風換流站首(shou)(shou)次充電(dian)。該換流站的(de)啟動(dong),意(yi)味著(zhu)(zhu)我國柔性(xing)直流輸電(dian)技術的(de)研究、開發和(he)應用進(jin)入(ru)了(le)一個新的(de)時代,標志著(zhu)(zhu)我國清潔能源(yuan)的(de)接入(ru)技術達(da)到了(le)國際領先(xian)水平。
上(shang)海超高壓公司相關負責(ze)人(ren)介紹:“柔性直(zhi)流(liu)輸電(dian)技術能(neng)有效(xiao)提(ti)(ti)高電(dian)網(wang)接納清潔能(neng)源(yuan)的能(neng)力,使換流(liu)站(zhan)更(geng)加綠色、低(di)碳(tan)、環保。與(yu)傳統(tong)換流(liu)站(zhan)相比,柔性換流(liu)站(zhan)變電(dian)損耗比傳統(tong)站(zhan)更(geng)低(di),輸電(dian)效(xiao)率更(geng)高,而(er)且造(zao)價較(jiao)低(di),可以提(ti)(ti)升電(dian)網(wang)基礎設(she)施資源(yuan)利(li)用率和供(gong)電(dian)可靠性,達到節(jie)能(neng)減排(pai)的目的。
據悉,上海南匯風電(dian)(dian)場柔性(xing)直(zhi)(zhi)流輸電(dian)(dian)工(gong)程(cheng)是(shi)國家電(dian)(dian)網(wang)公(gong)司(si)智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)變(bian)電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)建設(she)的示范工(gong)程(cheng)。該工(gong)程(cheng)是(shi)國家電(dian)(dian)網(wang)公(gong)司(si)2010年智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)電(dian)(dian)網(wang)建設(she)體系(xi)的重(zhong)大科(ke)技示范項目(mu)和堅強智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)電(dian)(dian)網(wang)建設(she)的第(di)二(er)批試點項目(mu)。工(gong)程(cheng)包括兩個(ge)直(zhi)(zhi)流換(huan)流站(zhan)(zhan)和8千(qian)(qian)米直(zhi)(zhi)流輸電(dian)(dian)線路。本次啟動的為(wei)風電(dian)(dian)側(ce)——35千(qian)(qian)伏南風換(huan)流站(zhan)(zhan),其(qi)額(e)定(ding)運行容量為(wei)1.8萬千(qian)(qian)瓦,直(zhi)(zhi)流額(e)定(ding)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)為(wei)±30千(qian)(qian)伏,直(zhi)(zhi)流額(e)定(ding)電(dian)(dian)流為(wei)300安。該換(huan)流站(zhan)(zhan)對于(yu)風電(dian)(dian)穩定(ding)并入上海電(dian)(dian)網(wang)提供了(le)技術(shu)支撐。
本(ben)次(ci)35千伏南風換流(liu)(liu)站工(gong)(gong)程建設(she)由上(shang)海超高壓公(gong)司(si)負(fu)責。中國電科院(yuan)等參與設(she)備的(de)研(yan)制(zhi)和調試。上(shang)海市(shi)電力公(gong)司(si)高度重視(shi)此次(ci)柔(rou)性直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)示(shi)范工(gong)(gong)程,專(zhuan)門整合多方(fang)資(zi)源(yuan),就(jiu)柔(rou)性直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)換流(liu)(liu)站技術進行研(yan)究,制(zhi)定了從(cong)建設(she)到運行管理的(de)一整套方(fang)案(an)。本(ben)次(ci)柔(rou)性直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)示(shi)范工(gong)(gong)程是(shi)智能電網(wang)系統理論研(yan)究成果轉化為工(gong)(gong)程實(shi)踐的(de)應用(yong)典范。

柔性直流輸(shu)(shu)電(dian)技術是迄(qi)今(jin)為止工程應(ying)用(yong)中最(zui)先進的電(dian)力電(dian)子(zi)技術,也是智能電(dian)網關鍵技術之(zhi)一(yi)(yi)。在風(feng)電(dian)領域,風(feng)電(dian)場(chang)發電(dian)能力受(shou)制(zhi)(zhi)于風(feng)力的大小(xiao),傳統的直流站對換流后的輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)功率基本不可調。柔性直流輸(shu)(shu)電(dian)技術通過“絕(jue)緣柵極(ji)雙極(ji)型(xing)晶體管”,能實(shi)時(shi)、精(jing)確地控制(zhi)(zhi)發電(dian)功率。這就(jiu)好比給變電(dian)站裝上了一(yi)(yi)個“蓄(xu)電(dian)池(chi)”,使人們能更自如地控制(zhi)(zhi)輸(shu)(shu)電(dian)線(xian)路的電(dian)流大小(xiao)和輸(shu)(shu)送狀態。
柔(rou)性直(zhi)流輸電(dian)(dian)技術還是解決大面(mian)積區域停電(dian)(dian)、實(shi)現遠(yuan)距離(li)孤立送(song)電(dian)(dian)的有效途徑。在相聯的交(jiao)流系統因(yin)(yin)故(gu)障全(quan)部停電(dian)(dian)后,網內柔(rou)性直(zhi)流部分(fen)因(yin)(yin)不受交(jiao)流電(dian)(dian)網故(gu)障影響,成(cheng)為孤立小(xiao)電(dian)(dian)網仍維持運(yun)行,此(ci)時(shi)即可帶動無(wu)自啟動能力的發電(dian)(dian)機組,逐漸擴大恢(hui)復范圍,完(wan)成(cheng)整個系統“黑啟動”過程。在新能源(yuan)日益加快發展的背景下,柔(rou)性直(zhi)流輸電(dian)(dian)技術具(ju)有重要應用價值(zhi)。
