11月29日(ri),國(guo)(guo)家電(dian)網(wang)公(gong)司在±500千伏三峽(xia)送出(chu)龍泉—政(zheng)平直流系統,進行了首例超高壓直流輸電(dian)系統現場融冰方(fang)式(shi)試驗。此前處于研究階段的(de)融冰運行方(fang)式(shi)在實際工程上得到成功驗證,試驗填補(bu)了國(guo)(guo)內外(wai)超高壓直流融冰方(fang)式(shi)運行的(de)空白。
年(nian)初發生(sheng)嚴重(zhong)冰災(zai)后(hou),國家電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)公(gong)司積極實(shi)施科技防災(zai)減災(zai),組織有關單位(wei)及設(she)備(bei)制(zhi)造企業開展深入研究,決定利用直流輸(shu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)系統(tong)(tong)可(ke)靈活控(kong)制(zhi)功率方(fang)(fang)向及潮流的特(te)點,實(shi)現直流輸(shu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)系統(tong)(tong)的融冰方(fang)(fang)式運行(xing)。目前(qian),融冰方(fang)(fang)式已順利完成(cheng)了理論(lun)研究、仿真試驗和現場試驗,在不增加、不改動任何一次設(she)備(bei)的情況下,適(shi)當(dang)修改實(shi)際直流輸(shu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)系統(tong)(tong)控(kong)制(zhi)軟件(jian),創新運行(xing)方(fang)(fang)式,驗證了已投(tou)運的各超高壓(ya)直流輸(shu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)系統(tong)(tong)均具備(bei)融冰方(fang)(fang)式運行(xing)條件(jian)。
據了解(jie),11月29日成功(gong)完成的首例超(chao)高壓(ya)(ya)直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)輸電(dian)(dian)融冰方式試(shi)(shi)驗(yan),在±500千(qian)伏龍政直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)系(xi)統先(xian)后進行了融冰方式啟動(dong)、模擬線(xian)路(lu)故障再啟動(dong)、模擬單極(ji)故障停運(yun)(yun)、全(quan)壓(ya)(ya)運(yun)(yun)行下電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)升至(zhi)額定3000安培(pei)運(yun)(yun)行、全(quan)壓(ya)(ya)運(yun)(yun)行下5%過負(fu)荷運(yun)(yun)行、一極(ji)降壓(ya)(ya)一極(ji)全(quan)壓(ya)(ya)不對稱運(yun)(yun)行、雙極(ji)降壓(ya)(ya)運(yun)(yun)行等試(shi)(shi)驗(yan),各項性能指標正(zheng)常(chang)。試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)結果(guo)表明,龍政直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)輸電(dian)(dian)系(xi)統可以安全(quan)應用新融冰方式,電(dian)(dian)源側僅需提供15萬(wan)~20萬(wan)千(qian)瓦的融冰功(gong)率,即可實(shi)現原先(xian)需要(yao)滿(man)功(gong)率運(yun)(yun)行才能達到的效(xiao)果(guo)。直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)線(xian)路(lu)測溫(wen)結果(guo)表明,額定電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)運(yun)(yun)行可以有效(xiao)提高線(xian)路(lu)溫(wen)升,在環境溫(wen)度10~19攝(she)氏度的情況下,導線(xian)平均溫(wen)升為6~8攝(she)氏度。
此次試(shi)驗由國(guo)家電(dian)網(wang)公(gong)司(si)建(jian)運部組織中(zhong)國(guo)電(dian)力科學(xue)研究院、國(guo)網(wang)運行有限(xian)公(gong)司(si)、湖北(bei)(bei)省電(dian)力公(gong)司(si)、安徽(hui)省電(dian)力公(gong)司(si)、北(bei)(bei)京網(wang)聯(lian)直流工(gong)程技術有限(xian)公(gong)司(si)和(he)中(zhong)南電(dian)力設計院及ABB公(gong)司(si)等聯(lian)合進行。
11月30日、12月2日,國(guo)家電網公司分別在宜華(三峽(xia)—上海(hai))直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)系統、江城(三峽(xia)—廣東)直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)系統進行了此項(xiang)試驗。這種新型融冰方式(shi),將在冬季惡劣氣(qi)候條件下對直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)輸電線路起到(dao)重要保障作用。

直(zhi)流輸(shu)電(dian)(dian)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)通常(chang)應(ying)用于(yu)(yu)遠距離(li)、大(da)容量輸(shu)電(dian)(dian)。常(chang)規直(zhi)流輸(shu)電(dian)(dian)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)額定(ding)輸(shu)送(song)(song)功率可達(da)到300萬(wan)千瓦,額定(ding)輸(shu)送(song)(song)電(dian)(dian)流3000安培。當處于(yu)(yu)大(da)電(dian)(dian)流運行(xing)時,電(dian)(dian)流在導線(xian)上(shang)產生(sheng)的熱量可以(yi)緩解線(xian)路覆冰(bing),達(da)到一定(ding)融冰(bing)效果。但冰(bing)雪(xue)災害(hai)(hai)易發時期多(duo)是(shi)水電(dian)(dian)枯水季,輸(shu)電(dian)(dian)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)難以(yi)安排足夠功率使直(zhi)流輸(shu)電(dian)(dian)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)運行(xing)大(da)電(dian)(dian)流工況,因此線(xian)路輸(shu)送(song)(song)電(dian)(dian)力相(xiang)對減少,線(xian)損和發熱相(xiang)應(ying)減少,一旦遭遇超(chao)設計標(biao)準的冰(bing)凍災害(hai)(hai),容易發生(sheng)覆冰(bing)倒塔(ta)。
