為了探索新的生產工藝和生產程序,節約成本,中國水電集團向家壩砂石項目部通過對長距離膠帶機輸送線滿載高強度試運行試驗后,顯著降低了空載運行的用電成本,取得了良好效果。
向家壩砂石系統長距離膠帶機輸送線系統由5條膠帶機組成,長達31公里。出于設備安全的考慮,該系統在設計上要求實行空載啟動、停機,因此系統每次運行時,開機后空載運行時間和停機后空載運行時間均為2.5小時,即系統每運行一次,整個輸送線空載運行時間達5小時,每次耗電約27000度(不包括相關的A、C系列膠帶機耗電量),電價按0.45元/度計算,空載運行用電成本約為12000元。
長距離(li)膠帶機輸(shu)(shu)送(song)線是(shi)向家(jia)壩(ba)砂石系(xi)統(tong)的(de)(de)生命線,在(zai)保證系(xi)統(tong)設(she)(she)備使用壽(shou)命和(he)(he)安(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)運(yun)(yun)(yun)行(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)前提下,只有(you)延(yan)長重載運(yun)(yun)(yun)行(xing)(xing)時(shi)(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)(jian),減少啟(qi)、停機次(ci)(ci)(ci)數,才能(neng)提高(gao)生產(chan)效(xiao)率(lv),降(jiang)低運(yun)(yun)(yun)行(xing)(xing)成本和(he)(he)員工(gong)(gong)勞動強度,于是(shi)做了(le)(le)一(yi)次(ci)(ci)(ci)滿(man)載高(gao)強度試(shi)運(yun)(yun)(yun)行(xing)(xing)試(shi)。首先,項目部相(xiang)關人員以及工(gong)(gong)區全(quan)(quan)(quan)體運(yun)(yun)(yun)行(xing)(xing)人員在(zai)一(yi)天半時(shi)(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)(jian)內對長距離(li)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)系(xi)統(tong)的(de)(de)設(she)(she)備進(jin)行(xing)(xing)了(le)(le)全(quan)(quan)(quan)面檢修,把設(she)(she)備、人員調整到(dao)最佳狀態;其次(ci)(ci)(ci)是(shi)做好運(yun)(yun)(yun)行(xing)(xing)、監(jian)控(kong)人員分(fen)工(gong)(gong)安(an)排,做好意外事故應急預案(an);最后(hou)是(shi)嚴密監(jian)控(kong)中控(kong)室匯總的(de)(de)CST等(deng)關鍵設(she)(she)備的(de)(de)運(yun)(yun)(yun)行(xing)(xing)情(qing)況(kuang)。運(yun)(yun)(yun)行(xing)(xing)期(qi)間(jian)(jian)(jian),工(gong)(gong)區主任、安(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)員和(he)(he)技(ji)術員對B1—B5膠帶機沿線再(zai)次(ci)(ci)(ci)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)了(le)(le)一(yi)次(ci)(ci)(ci)全(quan)(quan)(quan)面的(de)(de)巡檢,詳細了(le)(le)解了(le)(le)設(she)(she)備的(de)(de)運(yun)(yun)(yun)行(xing)(xing)情(qing)況(kuang)、現(xian)場安(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)情(qing)況(kuang)、值班人員的(de)(de)精(jing)神狀態、工(gong)(gong)作情(qing)況(kuang)等(deng),直至輸(shu)(shu)送(song)線按要求成功停機,連(lian)續(xu)不間(jian)(jian)(jian)斷(duan)運(yun)(yun)(yun)行(xing)(xing)長達34小時(shi)(shi)(shi)(含啟(qi)動、停機時(shi)(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)(jian)),平均輸(shu)(shu)送(song)量為2800噸/小時(shi)(shi)(shi)左右,共(gong)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)半成品(pin)82000噸。電能(neng)利用率(lv)較以前16小時(shi)(shi)(shi)/次(ci)(ci)(ci)(含啟(qi)動、停機時(shi)(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)(jian))的(de)(de)運(yun)(yun)(yun)行(xing)(xing)工(gong)(gong)況(kuang)大有(you)提高(gao),降(jiang)低了(le)(le)空載運(yun)(yun)(yun)行(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)用電成本,也檢驗(yan)了(le)(le)長距離(li)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)線系(xi)統(tong)在(zai)高(gao)峰期(qi)的(de)(de)運(yun)(yun)(yun)行(xing)(xing)可(ke)靠性(xing)和(he)(he)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)能(neng)力。
