日前,中(zhong)國電建成(cheng)(cheng)功中(zhong)標成(cheng)(cheng)都軌道交(jiao)通市(shi)場18號線(xian)PPP項目,這是中(zhong)國電建繼成(cheng)(cheng)都地鐵4號線(xian)二期工程在(zai)成(cheng)(cheng)都軌道交(jiao)通市(shi)場取得的又一重大突破,成(cheng)(cheng)功打開了中(zhong)國電建在(zai)成(cheng)(cheng)都軌道交(jiao)通市(shi)場可持續發展的新(xin)局(ju)面。
成(cheng)(cheng)都(dou)(dou)地鐵18號(hao)線工(gong)程(cheng)是(shi)成(cheng)(cheng)都(dou)(dou)市第一條采取全口徑PPP模式建設(she)的(de)軌(gui)道交通項(xiang)目(mu)。該項(xiang)目(mu)位于四川省成(cheng)(cheng)都(dou)(dou)市,線路全長67.93公(gong)(gong)(gong)里,總投資額(e)約為347億元;股(gu)份公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)將與成(cheng)(cheng)都(dou)(dou)地鐵公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)按照70%、30%的(de)持股(gu)比例共同(tong)組建項(xiang)目(mu)公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si),并由(you)項(xiang)目(mu)公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)負責本項(xiang)目(mu)的(de)投資、設(she)計、建設(she)、運(yun)營(ying)管理、運(yun)營(ying)維護以及授權范圍內的(de)非客運(yun)服(fu)務業(ye)務經(jing)營(ying)。
18號(hao)線(xian)作為成都天府(fu)國(guo)際機場(chang)的軌(gui)(gui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)交(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)通(tong)線(xian)路(lu),也是(shi)天府(fu)新(xin)區連接主城區并提(ti)供快速(su)服務(wu)功能的主要通(tong)道(dao)(dao)(dao),其在(zai)國(guo)內(nei)軌(gui)(gui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)交(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)通(tong)市場(chang)領(ling)域擁(yong)有多(duo)個“第(di)一”,即(ji)第(di)一速(su)度,國(guo)內(nei)擬(ni)建第(di)一條(tiao)設(she)計運行時速(su)為140km/h的軌(gui)(gui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)交(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)通(tong)(地(di)鐵)線(xian)路(lu);第(di)一長度:國(guo)內(nei)在(zai)建的最長城市軌(gui)(gui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)交(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)通(tong)(地(di)鐵)線(xian)路(lu);第(di)一隧(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao):龍(long)泉山一號(hao)隧(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)全(quan)長9.7km,是(shi)國(guo)內(nei)在(zai)建的最長的城市軌(gui)(gui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)交(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)通(tong)(地(di)鐵)山嶺高瓦斯隧(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao);第(di)一模式:是(shi)成都市第(di)一條(tiao)采用“全(quan)口徑(jing)PPP模式”實施的軌(gui)(gui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)交(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)通(tong)項(xiang)目。
此次中標(biao),進一步彰(zhang)顯了(le)(le)中國(guo)電建在城市軌(gui)道(dao)交通市場的(de)品牌影響力,為成(cheng)都軌(gui)道(dao)交通成(cheng)網建設(she)增添了(le)(le)新的(de)力量,為公司加快轉型發(fa)展升(sheng)級注入(ru)了(le)(le)源源不竭的(de)動(dong)力。
