12月12日(ri),廣(guang)(guang)東省(sheng)省(sheng)情(qing)調(diao)查(cha)研究中心公(gong)布2016廣(guang)(guang)東省(sheng)地(di)方(fang)政(zheng)府公(gong)共服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(供電)公(gong)眾評(ping)價專項調(diao)查(cha)報告,南方(fang)電網(wang)公(gong)司在(zai)廣(guang)(guang)東省(sheng)地(di)方(fang)政(zheng)府公(gong)共服(fu)務(wu)(wu)公(gong)眾滿意度測(ce)評(ping)中連續(xu)八年排名第一;公(gong)司在(zai)廣(guang)(guang)州、深(shen)圳等(deng)20個廣(guang)(guang)東地(di)市供電服(fu)務(wu)(wu)的滿意度也均位(wei)列(lie)各市政(zheng)府公(gong)共服(fu)務(wu)(wu)首(shou)位(wei)。
本次(ci)專項調(diao)查(cha)對公用事業(ye)、公共交通、公共教育、社會保障等(deng)十類公共服(fu)務(wu)領域,涵蓋供(gong)電、供(gong)水、供(gong)氣、氣象、電信、有線電視、郵(you)政、銀(yin)行(xing)、保險等(deng)40項具體公共服(fu)務(wu)進行(xing)了評估(gu)與分析(xi)。
今年以來,南方電(dian)(dian)(dian)網公司持(chi)續深化全(quan)(quan)方位客戶(hu)服(fu)務(wu)體(ti)系建設,通過有效的傳遞機制,重點(dian)改進供電(dian)(dian)(dian)穩定(ding)、供電(dian)(dian)(dian)安(an)全(quan)(quan)、客戶(hu)溝通、問題處理等(deng)(deng)環節。在停電(dian)(dian)(dian)處理、電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓質量、供電(dian)(dian)(dian)安(an)全(quan)(quan)、用電(dian)(dian)(dian)業務(wu)辦理、抄表收費、服(fu)務(wu)渠道(dao)等(deng)(deng)供電(dian)(dian)(dian)服(fu)務(wu)六個專(zhuan)項測評指標(biao)中,公司供電(dian)(dian)(dian)安(an)全(quan)(quan)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓質量的滿(man)意度高于其他四個專(zhuan)項指標(biao),且供電(dian)(dian)(dian)安(an)全(quan)(quan)的滿(man)意度最(zui)高,獲得公眾的充(chong)分肯定(ding)。
