近日,國家電網公(gong)司(si)2016年(nian)年(nian)中工作會議(yi)透露,公(gong)司(si)將全面構建(jian)“互聯網+”營銷(xiao)服務渠道,統(tong)一建(jian)設開放、互動(dong)的線(xian)上智能(neng)服務平臺,深(shen)化大數(shu)據應用(yong)和(he)移(yi)動(dong)作業應用(yong),分試點驗證、應用(yong)建(jian)設和(he)體系完善三(san)個階段全面建(jian)成“互聯網+”營銷(xiao)服務應用(yong)工作體系。
近年來,在(zai)公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)(si)黨(dang)組的堅強領導(dao)下,公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)(si)積(ji)極(ji)開(kai)(kai)展“互聯(lian)網+”營銷(xiao)服(fu)務(wu)(wu)應(ying)用(yong)工作,并取得階段性(xing)成果,有關(guan)項目成功(gong)入(ru)選國家發改委評選的中國“互聯(lian)網+”行動百佳實踐案例。公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)(si)拓(tuo)展電(dian)子渠道,建(jian)成“掌上電(dian)力”手機(ji)APP、95598網站(zhan)、“電(dian)e寶(bao)”、車(che)聯(lian)網等線(xian)上服(fu)務(wu)(wu)渠道,注冊客(ke)戶數(shu)累(lei)計達(da)5148.71萬戶,已(yi)覆蓋(gai)除國網西藏電(dian)力有限公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)(si)外的26個省(市)公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)(si);推廣現場(chang)移(yi)動作業(ye)(ye),建(jian)設營銷(xiao)服(fu)務(wu)(wu)移(yi)動業(ye)(ye)務(wu)(wu)應(ying)用(yong)平(ping)臺,配置(zhi)移(yi)動作業(ye)(ye)終端5.7萬臺,現場(chang)服(fu)務(wu)(wu)效(xiao)率和客(ke)戶感知度大幅提(ti)升;開(kai)(kai)展營銷(xiao)大數(shu)據分析(xi),有效(xiao)支撐(cheng)公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)(si)提(ti)質(zhi)增效(xiao)和服(fu)務(wu)(wu)提(ti)升;開(kai)(kai)展業(ye)(ye)擴(kuo)(kuo)全(quan)流程管控(kong),試點建(jian)設業(ye)(ye)擴(kuo)(kuo)全(quan)流程信息(xi)公(gong)(gong)(gong)開(kai)(kai)與實時管控(kong)平(ping)臺,促進(jin)業(ye)(ye)擴(kuo)(kuo)提(ti)質(zhi)增效(xiao);支撐(cheng)新型業(ye)(ye)務(wu)(wu)開(kai)(kai)展,累(lei)計接(jie)入(ru)“多表合一”采集用(yong)戶41.95萬戶,2.6萬個充電(dian)樁接(jie)入(ru)車(che)聯(lian)網,積(ji)極(ji)培育公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)(si)新的效(xiao)益增長點。
當前,電(dian)力改(gai)革(ge)加(jia)快推進,互(hu)聯(lian)網技術飛速發展(zhan),售(shou)電(dian)側改(gai)革(ge)對營銷(xiao)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)提出(chu)新的(de)要求。公(gong)司黨組高度重視“互(hu)聯(lian)網+”營銷(xiao)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)應用(yong)工(gong)作,進行專題研究,提出(chu)具體要求。下一(yi)步(bu),公(gong)司將大力拓展(zhan)“互(hu)聯(lian)網+”營銷(xiao)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)應用(yong)工(gong)作的(de)廣(guang)度和深度,全面提升公(gong)司服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)水平(ping)和服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)效(xiao)率。
公(gong)司(si)“互(hu)聯(lian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)+”營(ying)(ying)銷(xiao)(xiao)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務應(ying)(ying)(ying)用(yong)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)的目(mu)標(biao)是,全(quan)(quan)面(mian)構(gou)建“互(hu)聯(lian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)+”營(ying)(ying)銷(xiao)(xiao)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務渠道,統(tong)一(yi)(yi)建設(she)開(kai)(kai)放、互(hu)動(dong)的線上(shang)智(zhi)能(neng)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務平臺,深化(hua)大(da)數據(ju)(ju)應(ying)(ying)(ying)用(yong)和(he)(he)移(yi)動(dong)作(zuo)(zuo)業(ye)應(ying)(ying)(ying)用(yong),分三個(ge)階(jie)(jie)段全(quan)(quan)面(mian)建成(cheng)(cheng)“互(hu)聯(lian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)+”營(ying)(ying)銷(xiao)(xiao)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務應(ying)(ying)(ying)用(yong)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)體系(xi)。試點(dian)驗證階(jie)(jie)段(2016年):強化(hua)統(tong)一(yi)(yi)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務平臺和(he)(he)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務渠道頂層設(she)計(ji),明確工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)方案和(he)(he)里程(cheng)碑計(ji)劃(hua),完成(cheng)(cheng)業(ye)擴報裝全(quan)(quan)流程(cheng)管控、電費抄核收一(yi)(yi)體化(hua)作(zuo)(zuo)業(ye)、大(da)數據(ju)(ju)分析、資(zi)產在線管控等典型業(ye)務試點(dian)驗證和(he)(he)推廣(guang)應(ying)(ying)(ying)用(yong)。應(ying)(ying)(ying)用(yong)建設(she)階(jie)(jie)段(2017年-2018年):全(quan)(quan)面(mian)開(kai)(kai)展線上(shang)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務渠道、現(xian)場移(yi)動(dong)作(zuo)(zuo)業(ye)、大(da)數據(ju)(ju)分析和(he)(he)跨界公(gong)共服(fu)(fu)(fu)務應(ying)(ying)(ying)用(yong);完成(cheng)(cheng)電費電子賬(zhang)單和(he)(he)電子發票推廣(guang);實現(xian)“掌上(shang)電力”手機APP居(ju)民版(ban)全(quan)(quan)業(ye)務功(gong)能(neng)應(ying)(ying)(ying)用(yong)和(he)(he)企業(ye)版(ban)高壓客戶全(quan)(quan)覆蓋,達(da)到營(ying)(ying)銷(xiao)(xiao)全(quan)(quan)業(ye)務線上(shang)辦理。體系(xi)完善(shan)階(jie)(jie)段(2019年-2020年):總結“互(hu)聯(lian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)+”營(ying)(ying)銷(xiao)(xiao)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務應(ying)(ying)(ying)用(yong)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)情況,推行基于客戶差異化(hua)需求的營(ying)(ying)銷(xiao)(xiao)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務策略,開(kai)(kai)展服(fu)(fu)(fu)務創新能(neng)力評價,持(chi)續優化(hua)完善(shan),全(quan)(quan)面(mian)建成(cheng)(cheng)公(gong)司(si)“互(hu)聯(lian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)+”營(ying)(ying)銷(xiao)(xiao)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務應(ying)(ying)(ying)用(yong)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)體系(xi)。
