2月22日,中國建筑工(gong)程(cheng)總公司所屬(shu)中建三(san)局應用于武漢三(san)官漢江(jiang)公路大(da)橋的鎖扣鋼管樁圍(wei)堰施工(gong)技術(shu),經湖北省住房和城鄉(xiang)建設廳(ting)鑒定,達到(dao)國內領(ling)先水(shui)平(ping)。
鎖扣(kou)(kou)鋼(gang)管樁圍(wei)(wei)(wei)堰(yan)技(ji)術,是(shi)一(yi)種(zhong)采用支護鋼(gang)管樁、陰(C型)陽(yang)(O型)鎖扣(kou)(kou)、圈梁內(nei)支撐組成的(de)新型C-O型鎖扣(kou)(kou)鋼(gang)管樁圍(wei)(wei)(wei)堰(yan)。該(gai)圍(wei)(wei)(wei)堰(yan)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)藝簡(jian)單、速度快且圍(wei)(wei)(wei)堰(yan)材料(liao)均可(ke)回收再次利(li)用,在不良地質(zhi)、復雜水(shui)環境(jing)下施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)便捷、工(gong)(gong)作面阻礙小,圍(wei)(wei)(wei)堰(yan)結(jie)構施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)時可(ke)進行散拼(pin),不需要大型施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)船(chuan)舶,對航道影響小;同(tong)時,通過(guo)提高(gao)C-O鎖扣(kou)(kou)加工(gong)(gong)精度,減小鎖扣(kou)(kou)間隙(xi),保(bao)證了深水(shui)水(shui)密(mi)性,解決了在深水(shui)、復雜覆層等地質(zhi)條件下工(gong)(gong)期要求嚴(yan)、止水(shui)效(xiao)果差、安全(quan)風險(xian)大、環保(bao)要求高(gao)的(de)圍(wei)(wei)(wei)堰(yan)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)難題。
