1月10日,吉林省最(zui)大規模的(de)(de)引水工程——“引松(song)入長”首段引水隧(sui)洞(dong)貫通,它(ta)采用的(de)(de)是中國鐵建重工集團(tuan)依托國家“863計(ji)劃(hua)“自主(zhu)研制的(de)(de)我國首臺(tai)硬巖掘(jue)進(jin)機(ji)(TBM),該設備最(zui)高月掘(jue)進(jin)達1209.8米,創國內TBM掘(jue)進(jin)歷(li)史之(zhi)最(zui)。
吉(ji)林省(sheng)(sheng)中部(bu)(bu)城市引松供(gong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)工(gong)程是松花江豐滿(man)水(shui)(shui)(shui)庫庫區(qu)引水(shui)(shui)(shui)至吉(ji)林省(sheng)(sheng)中部(bu)(bu)地區(qu)的大型調水(shui)(shui)(shui)工(gong)程,是吉(ji)林省(sheng)(sheng)有(you)史以(yi)來調水(shui)(shui)(shui)規模最(zui)(zui)大、輸水(shui)(shui)(shui)線路(lu)最(zui)(zui)長、受水(shui)(shui)(shui)區(qu)域最(zui)(zui)廣(guang)的水(shui)(shui)(shui)利工(gong)程,輸水(shui)(shui)(shui)線路(lu)總長634.96公里,首段21.22公里的引水(shui)(shui)(shui)隧洞采用硬巖掘(jue)進機(TBM)施工(gong),安(an)全穿越巖層多變的特殊不良(liang)地質(zhi)帶,成(cheng)功掘(jue)進6865米,并(bing)創(chuang)造了TBM的月平均進尺756.3米,最(zui)(zui)高日進尺86.5米,5、6月份連續(xu)920米以(yi)上進尺的國(guo)內(nei)TBM施工(gong)新紀錄,創(chuang)國(guo)內(nei)同類隧道(dao)建設之最(zui)(zui)。由于技術保(bao)障,施工(gong)順利,任(ren)務比計(ji)劃工(gong)期提前110天完成(cheng)。
吉(ji)林引松第(di)二標段位于吉(ji)林市(shi)(shi)豐(feng)滿水庫至溫德河左(zuo)岸(an)之間,主(zhu)要(yao)巖(yan)(yan)層為凝灰巖(yan)(yan)和(he)花崗(gang)巖(yan)(yan),其中花崗(gang)巖(yan)(yan)占50%以上,花崗(gang)巖(yan)(yan)巖(yan)(yan)層飽和(he)抗壓強度普遍在200千牛以上,巖(yan)(yan)層極不穩定(ding),支(zhi)護難度高(gao),支(zhi)護工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作量(liang)大(da)。針(zhen)對這(zhe)一(yi)地質特(te)(te)點,鐵建(jian)重工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)TBM研發團隊(dui)經(jing)過(guo)多(duo)方研究考證,結合試驗工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程地質條(tiao)(tiao)件開展(zhan)關鍵技術(shu)研究和(he)科技攻關,突破(po)了(le)大(da)直徑TBM多(duo)系(xi)統協調技術(shu)、大(da)功(gong)率、變載(zai)荷、高(gao)精度電液控制系(xi)統設(she)計與集成(cheng)技術(shu)、關鍵部件狀態監測與診斷技術(shu)以及振(zhen)動分析及減振(zhen)技術(shu)等(deng)(deng)核心技術(shu),針(zhen)對吉(ji)林中部城市(shi)(shi)引松供水工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程輸(shu)水總干線隧洞“長距離、大(da)埋深(shen)、高(gao)應力、高(gao)水壓、高(gao)地溫、大(da)涌水、易(yi)巖(yan)(yan)爆”等(deng)(deng)地質特(te)(te)點和(he)技術(shu)難點,量(liang)身定(ding)做了(le)針(zhen)對性和(he)適應性強的(de)大(da)直徑TBM,把高(gao)強度、高(gao)風險、高(gao)污染的(de)隧道(dao)(dao)掘進工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程作業轉變成(cheng)為相(xiang)對安全(quan)、高(gao)效的(de)綠色施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)模(mo)式,滿足隧道(dao)(dao)建(jian)設(she)快速、優(you)質、高(gao)效、安全(quan)、環保、集成(cheng)化程度高(gao)的(de)要(yao)求,為吉(ji)林飲(yin)水隧道(dao)(dao)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)現代化創造了(le)條(tiao)(tiao)件。
據悉,這(zhe)臺(tai)貫通吉(ji)林飲(yin)水工程的硬巖掘進機(ji)TBM開挖直徑7.93米,總(zong)長205米,總(zong)重(zhong)1500噸,裝機(ji)功率(lv)超過(guo)5000千瓦,集隧(sui)道開挖、支護、出碴(cha)、通風、排水等功能于一(yi)體(ti),能安全環保高效一(yi)次完成隧(sui)道施工,被(bei)國家(jia)列入“十二五”國家(jia)863計劃(hua)和973計劃(hua)進行研究。
“十二五”以來,我國(guo)(guo)(guo)鐵路交通(tong)、公(gong)路交通(tong)、水(shui)利水(shui)電(dian)、城市(shi)軌道交通(tong)、礦(kuang)井建(jian)設、大(da)(da)(da)規(gui)模的(de)(de)輸氣、輸電(dian)、輸水(shui)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)等(deng)基礎(chu)設施建(jian)設已經(jing)全面鋪開,大(da)(da)(da)直(zhi)徑、大(da)(da)(da)埋深、長(chang)距離全斷面隧道工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)越來越多(duo)地(di)采用TBM施工(gong)(gong),國(guo)(guo)(guo)內對TBM的(de)(de)市(shi)場需求(qiu)巨大(da)(da)(da)。引松入長(chang)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)首段(duan)的(de)(de)安(an)全貫通(tong),不(bu)但為(wei)吉林(lin)省(sheng)中(zhong)部城市(shi)引松供水(shui)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)的(de)(de)按期建(jian)成通(tong)水(shui)奠定了(le)(le)基礎(chu),也為(wei)我國(guo)(guo)(guo)重大(da)(da)(da)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)備技(ji)術(shu)的(de)(de)研(yan)發提供了(le)(le)科學數據和寶貴(gui)經(jing)驗,標(biao)志(zhi)著(zhu)我國(guo)(guo)(guo)現代(dai)化隧道施工(gong)(gong)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)備和施工(gong)(gong)技(ji)術(shu)已經(jing)達到世(shi)界領先水(shui)平, 這對于我國(guo)(guo)(guo)高端(duan)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)備制造在(zai)施工(gong)(gong)領域的(de)(de)創新發展具(ju)有(you)里程(cheng)(cheng)碑的(de)(de)意義。
