12月30日上午10時,隨著“和諧號(hao)”電力機車的一聲長鳴,34018次貨運列車從(cong)天水(shui)火車站緩緩駛(shi)出,標志著由中國(guo)鐵建十九、二十一局集團等單位(wei)參建的天平(ping)鐵路正式開(kai)通(tong)運營。
天平鐵路總(zong)投資54億元(yuan),為國家(jia)鐵路一(yi)級單(dan)線(xian)(xian)電(dian)氣化(hua)鐵路。該項(xiang)目全長(chang)(chang)123公(gong)里,新(xin)建(jian)正(zheng)線(xian)(xian)長(chang)(chang)度(du)98.9公(gong)里,全線(xian)(xian)橋(qiao)隧總(zong)長(chang)(chang)為78.004公(gong)里,占(zhan)線(xian)(xian)路長(chang)(chang)度(du)的(de)68.14%。
由中國鐵建十九局集(ji)團承建的關(guan)山(shan)特(te)長隧道是天平鐵路的關(guan)鍵控制工程(cheng),全長15634米(mi),是目前在建的鐵路單(dan)(dan)建第二長隧,它位于六(liu)盤山(shan)深處,沿(yan)途(tu)山(shan)險林密、道路崎嶇、雨雪充沛、人煙稀少,施工和生(sheng)活環境非常差。關(guan)山(shan)隧道歷經(jing)北秦嶺褶(zhe)皺(zhou)帶、六(liu)盤山(shan)褶(zhe)皺(zhou)帶、鄂爾多斯地(di)(di)(di)(di)臺三(san)個(ge)大(da)地(di)(di)(di)(di)構造(zao)單(dan)(dan)元,多種構造(zao)交叉穿織,復(fu)合疊置,褶(zhe)曲(qu)、斷裂較為(wei)發育(yu)。另外,受多種區(qu)域(yu)構造(zao)復(fu)合穿插作(zuo)用(yong)的影響,沿(yan)線途(tu)經(jing)地(di)(di)(di)(di)區(qu)斷層較發育(yu),巖(yan)(yan)(yan)漿(jiang)侵入面(mian)積亦廣,沿(yan)途(tu)經(jing)過地(di)(di)(di)(di)區(qu)內特(te)殊巖(yan)(yan)(yan)土主(zhu)要(yao)為(wei)濕陷性黃(huang)土、膨脹巖(yan)(yan)(yan)土和軟弱地(di)(di)(di)(di)基三(san)大(da)類。不良地(di)(di)(di)(di)質現象時常發生(sheng),曾經(jing)遭遇(yu)高地(di)(di)(di)(di)應力(li)及硬巖(yan)(yan)(yan)大(da)變形等(deng)世(shi)界罕見的施工難題,經(jing)過國內知名專家學者和科(ke)研(yan)單(dan)(dan)位的共(gong)同攻關(guan),經(jing)過兩年(nian)多的奮(fen)斗得(de)以攻克。
天(tian)(tian)(tian)平鐵路(lu)(lu)的(de)開通(tong),結束了天(tian)(tian)(tian)水市清水縣、張家(jia)川縣不通(tong)鐵路(lu)(lu)的(de)歷史,形(xing)成(cheng)了縱貫(guan)甘肅(su)東(dong)南(nan)(nan)部(bu)區(qu)(qu)域、輻射周邊(bian)經(jing)濟產(chan)業帶(dai)的(de)地(di)區(qu)(qu)鐵路(lu)(lu)干線(xian),打造了隴(long)東(dong)、寧(ning)夏(xia)及內(nei)蒙(meng)古部(bu)分地(di)區(qu)(qu)與天(tian)(tian)(tian)水、隴(long)南(nan)(nan)以(yi)南(nan)(nan)、定(ding)西(xi)以(yi)東(dong)地(di)區(qu)(qu)的(de)便捷新通(tong)道(dao)(dao)。同(tong)時(shi),天(tian)(tian)(tian)平鐵路(lu)(lu)將形(xing)成(cheng)縱貫(guan)我省東(dong)南(nan)(nan)部(bu)區(qu)(qu)域、輻射周邊(bian)經(jing)濟產(chan)業帶(dai)的(de)地(di)區(qu)(qu)鐵路(lu)(lu)干線(xian),構成(cheng)隴(long)東(dong)、寧(ning)夏(xia)及內(nei)蒙(meng)古部(bu)分地(di)區(qu)(qu)與天(tian)(tian)(tian)水、隴(long)南(nan)(nan)以(yi)南(nan)(nan)、蘭州以(yi)東(dong)地(di)區(qu)(qu)的(de)便捷通(tong)道(dao)(dao)。
據悉,天平(ping)鐵(tie)路的(de)建成,對于緩解(jie)區(qu)域鐵(tie)路交通(tong)壓力(li),促(cu)進(jin)華亭煤炭的(de)開(kai)發(fa)(fa)(fa)外運,加大(da)對外物流和人流,改善投資環境,促(cu)進(jin)區(qu)域經(jing)濟社會發(fa)(fa)(fa)展具有重要(yao)意義。同時,在天水(shui)(shui)(shui)清水(shui)(shui)(shui)縣、張家(jia)川縣等地(di)設站,將這兩個原先沒有鐵(tie)路的(de)地(di)方(fang)連通(tong)到平(ping)涼、慶(qing)陽、天水(shui)(shui)(shui)一線的(de)鐵(tie)路樞紐上(shang)來,便于當(dang)地(di)的(de)物產外運,有利于促(cu)進(jin)當(dang)地(di)經(jing)濟發(fa)(fa)(fa)展,也將為西隴海蘭新經(jing)濟帶和關中經(jing)濟開(kai)發(fa)(fa)(fa)區(qu)建設提供(gong)可靠(kao)的(de)能(neng)源(yuan)建設保障,將有力(li)地(di)帶動(dong)區(qu)域經(jing)濟可持續(xu)發(fa)(fa)(fa)展。
