南方電(dian)網公司認真落(luo)實(shi)國家綠色發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)戰略(lve),自(zi)2010年在全(quan)國率先啟動(dong)(dong)節能發(fa)(fa)電(dian)調度以(yi)來,積(ji)極(ji)推(tui)動(dong)(dong)電(dian)源(yuan)結構優(you)化(hua),大(da)力消納西部清潔能源(yuan),全(quan)力支持煤(mei)機除塵(chen)脫硫脫硝環保改造(zao),減(jian)(jian)少(shao)污(wu)染物排(pai)放,節能減(jian)(jian)排(pai)成效顯著(zhu)。“十(shi)二五”期間,共減(jian)(jian)少(shao)標煤(mei)消耗3902萬噸,減(jian)(jian)排(pai)二氧化(hua)碳1.04億噸、二氧化(hua)硫83萬噸;單位發(fa)(fa)受電(dian)量(liang)化(hua)石能耗從215克/千瓦時降至144克/千瓦時,下(xia)降了33%。
南方電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)公司(si)采(cai)取的(de)主要措(cuo)施有(you):一是(shi)(shi)發(fa)(fa)揮(hui)西(xi)(xi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)東送大平(ping)臺(tai)(tai)資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)優化配置作用,開展(zhan)跨流域(yu)水庫優化調度(du)和水火電(dian)(dian)(dian)聯(lian)合優化調度(du),消納西(xi)(xi)部(bu)清潔(jie)能(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)。西(xi)(xi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)東送送電(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)力新增1140萬(wan)(wan)千(qian)(qian)瓦,目前南方電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)已形成(cheng)“八回交流、八回直流”共16條(tiao)500千(qian)(qian)伏及以上西(xi)(xi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)東送輸電(dian)(dian)(dian)通道(dao),最大送電(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)力達到(dao)3500萬(wan)(wan)千(qian)(qian)瓦,累計(ji)(ji)(ji)送電(dian)(dian)(dian)量7150億千(qian)(qian)瓦時。二(er)是(shi)(shi)推動(dong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)結構(gou)優化,大力支持水、核、風(feng)、光等(deng)清潔(jie)能(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)發(fa)(fa)展(zhan),提高(gao)非(fei)化石能(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)裝機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)比(bi)例(li)。“十二(er)五(wu)”期間,清潔(jie)能(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)裝機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(水、核、風(feng)、太陽能(neng))由(you)(you)5898萬(wan)(wan)千(qian)(qian)瓦增加(jia)至(zhi)12337萬(wan)(wan)千(qian)(qian)瓦,非(fei)化石能(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)裝機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)比(bi)例(li)由(you)(you)39.6%提高(gao)至(zhi)50.3%,發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)量占總發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)量的(de)52%,高(gao)于全(quan)國平(ping)均水平(ping)。三(san)是(shi)(shi)推動(dong)煤(mei)(mei)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)環保(bao)改造。截(jie)至(zhi)2015年(nian)底(di),累計(ji)(ji)(ji)完成(cheng)全(quan)網(wang)全(quan)部(bu)267臺(tai)(tai)煤(mei)(mei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)(10450萬(wan)(wan)千(qian)(qian)瓦)的(de)除塵(chen)、脫硫(liu)(liu)、脫硝環保(bao)改造;完成(cheng)廣東35臺(tai)(tai)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)的(de)“超(chao)低排放(fang)”技(ji)術改造,排放(fang)標準(zhun)降(jiang)低至(zhi)燃(ran)氣機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)水平(ping),大幅降(jiang)低珠(zhu)三(san)角發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)污染物排放(fang)。預計(ji)(ji)(ji)“十三(san)五(wu)”末,全(quan)網(wang)90%煤(mei)(mei)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)可(ke)完成(cheng)“超(chao)低排放(fang)”改造,可(ke)減排二(er)氧(yang)化硫(liu)(liu)17.4萬(wan)(wan)噸、氮氧(yang)化物8.97萬(wan)(wan)噸、煙塵(chen)2.04萬(wan)(wan)噸。四是(shi)(shi)扎實推進節能(neng)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)調度(du)技(ji)術支持系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)建設,實現燃(ran)煤(mei)(mei)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)按(an)照能(neng)耗(hao)及污染物排放(fang)水平(ping)由(you)(you)低到(dao)高(gao)排序安排發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)。截(jie)至(zhi)2015年(nian)底(di),全(quan)網(wang)267臺(tai)(tai)燃(ran)煤(mei)(mei)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)全(quan)部(bu)接入脫硫(liu)(liu)在(zai)線監測(ce)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong),227臺(tai)(tai)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)接入脫硝在(zai)線監測(ce)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong),200臺(tai)(tai)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)接入煤(mei)(mei)耗(hao)在(zai)線監測(ce)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)。預計(ji)(ji)(ji)到(dao)2016年(nian)底(di),所有(you)燃(ran)煤(mei)(mei)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)均接入脫硫(liu)(liu)、脫硝及煤(mei)(mei)耗(hao)在(zai)線監測(ce)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)。
