12月11日,國(guo)家電網公司重大科技(ji)示范(fan)工(gong)程(cheng)、江蘇(su)南京220千(qian)伏西(xi)環網UPFC(Unified Power Flow Controller 統一(yi)潮流控制器)工(gong)程(cheng)順利投(tou)運(yun)。這是我(wo)國(guo)首個自主知(zhi)識產權(quan)的UPFC工(gong)程(cheng),也是國(guo)際上首個使用(yong)模(mo)塊(kuai)化(hua)多(duo)電平(ping)換流(MMC)技(ji)術的UPFC工(gong)程(cheng),標志著全球能源互聯網最(zui)先(xian)進的柔性交流輸(shu)電技(ji)術在江蘇(su)率先(xian)落地(di),我(wo)國(guo)在柔性交流輸(shu)電技(ji)術上走在了世界最(zui)前列(lie)。
南(nan)京UPFC工程于2015年(nian)4月獲得核(he)準(zhun),6月全(quan)面開工。工程投資2.2億元,占地約18畝(mu)。工程核(he)心(xin)設備是3個(ge)直流側(ce)并聯(lian)的(de)電壓(ya)源換流器(VSC),直流側(ce)額(e)定(ding)電壓(ya)±18千(qian)伏,額(e)定(ding)電流1.1千(qian)安,容量為2×6萬(wan)千(qian)伏安(串聯(lian)側(ce))+6萬(wan)千(qian)伏安(并聯(lian)側(ce))。工程業主(zhu)單(dan)位為國網江蘇省(sheng)電力公(gong)司,成套設備供應商為南(nan)京南(nan)瑞(rui)繼保電氣有限公(gong)司,設計單(dan)位為中能建江蘇省(sheng)電力設計院。
11日9時28分,隨著UPFC裝(zhuang)置并入南(nan)京電(dian)網(wang)(wang),南(nan)京220千伏曉莊(zhuang)至鐵北雙線(xian)輸送功率實現(xian)精準控(kong)制,實現(xian)預設(she)調控(kong)目標12萬千瓦。國(guo)(guo)家電(dian)網(wang)(wang)公(gong)(gong)(gong)司總經(jing)理助理張麗(li)英(ying)宣布南(nan)京西環(huan)網(wang)(wang)UPFC工程投(tou)運成功。該工程充分展示了(le)國(guo)(guo)家電(dian)網(wang)(wang)公(gong)(gong)(gong)司的科技創新(xin)能力,標志(zhi)著公(gong)(gong)(gong)司智能電(dian)網(wang)(wang)高端裝(zhuang)備研(yan)制水平邁上了(le)新(xin)臺階,實現(xian)了(le)“中國(guo)(guo)制造(zao)”和“中國(guo)(guo)引領”。
UPFC作為(wei)柔性交流輸電(dian)(dian)(dian)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)的(de)(de)集大(da)成(cheng)者,代表著未來電(dian)(dian)(dian)力電(dian)(dian)(dian)子技(ji)(ji)術(shu)的(de)(de)發展方向。一(yi)直(zhi)以(yi)來,世界各國(guo)廣泛(fan)關注,進行(xing)了重點研究。UPFC針對(dui)常規電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)建設、改造和運行(xing)中難(nan)以(yi)解決(jue)的(de)(de)潮流控制(zhi)、供電(dian)(dian)(dian)能力提(ti)(ti)升等難(nan)題,通過(guo)大(da)功率電(dian)(dian)(dian)力電(dian)(dian)(dian)子技(ji)(ji)術(shu)的(de)(de)應(ying)用(yong)(yong),使(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)潮流由自(zi)然分布轉(zhuan)變為(wei)智能化靈活控制(zhi),在保(bao)持現有(you)(you)(you)網(wang)(wang)(wang)架結構不變、不新建輸電(dian)(dian)(dian)通道的(de)(de)前提(ti)(ti)下(xia),有(you)(you)(you)效解決(jue)這些問題。UPFC適用(yong)(yong)于經濟(ji)發達(da)地區城(cheng)市電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)供電(dian)(dian)(dian)能力的(de)(de)提(ti)(ti)升,以(yi)及現有(you)(you)(you)電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)的(de)(de)挖潛增效,是構建智能電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)的(de)(de)重要技(ji)(ji)術(shu)手段(duan),具有(you)(you)(you)廣泛(fan)的(de)(de)應(ying)用(yong)(yong)價值。

正是基于UPFC在(zai)電(dian)網潮流智能靈活(huo)控制方面的優勢,國家(jia)(jia)電(dian)網公(gong)司決(jue)(jue)定(ding)在(zai)南京(jing)(jing)實施UPFC工(gong)(gong)程,以解(jie)決(jue)(jue)城市(shi)供電(dian)走廊建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)十分(fen)困難而導致供電(dian)能力(li)受限難題,積(ji)極服務(wu)南京(jing)(jing)西部核心負荷區發展。從項(xiang)目(mu)開工(gong)(gong)到(dao)最終投運,工(gong)(gong)程歷時(shi)6個月,比類似工(gong)(gong)程工(gong)(gong)期縮(suo)短50%以上。在(zai)建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)過(guo)程中(zhong),國網江(jiang)蘇電(dian)力(li)在(zai)國家(jia)(jia)電(dian)網公(gong)司的統一領導下,充分(fen)發揮特高(gao)(gao)壓工(gong)(gong)程建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)經驗,與眾多(duo)參(can)建(jian)(jian)單位(wei)一起,加強協同(tong)創新,克服工(gong)(gong)期緊、系(xi)統復(fu)雜(za)、技術難度大等(deng)困難,全力(li)推進技術創新,實施全過(guo)程標準(zhun)化(hua)建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)管理,高(gao)(gao)標準(zhun)完成了(le)工(gong)(gong)程建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)任務(wu)。
南京西環(huan)網(wang)(wang)(wang)UPFC示范(fan)工程的(de)(de)(de)成功投運(yun),實(shi)現了南京城(cheng)市西部核心區(qu)(qu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)傳(chuan)輸的(de)(de)(de)精準控制,提(ti)升(sheng)該區(qu)(qu)域供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)能力(li)30%以上,為地(di)區(qu)(qu)經濟(ji)(ji)社會發展提(ti)供(gong)了堅強的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)能保(bao)障。同時(shi),該工程將顯著提(ti)高電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)的(de)(de)(de)整(zheng)體科技含量,推(tui)動我國電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)從傳(chuan)統(tong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)向安全、高效、經濟(ji)(ji)、清潔(jie)、互動現代(dai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)的(de)(de)(de)升(sheng)級和跨越(yue),為柔性交流輸電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)技術在(zai)我國的(de)(de)(de)大規模推(tui)廣起到(dao)很好的(de)(de)(de)示范(fan)作(zuo)用。
