12月(yue)13日,中國建筑(zhu)工程總公司所屬中建西部建設自主(zhu)研(yan)發的“寬溫域聚羧酸減水劑合成技術(shu)的開發與應用”,中建三局研(yan)發的“建筑(zhu)工業化混凝土預制構件生(sheng)產線(xian)研(yan)究(jiu)與應用”經湖(hu)北(bei)省住建廳鑒定,達到國際先進(jin)水平。
聚羧酸減(jian)水(shui)劑(ji)(ji)作為(wei)一(yi)種新型(xing)高(gao)性能減(jian)水(shui)劑(ji)(ji),有著摻量低、減(jian)水(shui)率(lv)高(gao)、坍(tan)落度損失小等優點,已在(zai)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)中(zhong)(zhong)廣泛應(ying)用(yong)(yong),但(dan)目前(qian)都(dou)是在(zai)較高(gao)溫(wen)度下(xia)合(he)成,工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)復雜、能耗較高(gao)。“寬溫(wen)域聚羧酸減(jian)水(shui)劑(ji)(ji)合(he)成技術的開發(fa)與應(ying)用(yong)(yong)”實現了(le)5-50℃變溫(wen)條件下(xia)聚羧酸減(jian)水(shui)劑(ji)(ji)的可控合(he)成,打破了(le)長期以來的加熱引發(fa)合(he)成的固定模式,實現了(le)常溫(wen)自發(fa)反(fan)應(ying),整個合(he)成過程中(zhong)(zhong)無(wu)需加熱,工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)簡(jian)單,能耗低,無(wu)“三廢”排放,且產品性能穩定,可滿足不同混凝土(tu)的工(gong)(gong)作性能和使用(yong)(yong)要求,具(ju)有顯著的經濟和社會(hui)效益。
“建(jian)(jian)筑工業化(hua)(hua)(hua)混凝(ning)土(tu)預(yu)制(zhi)構(gou)(gou)(gou)件生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)線(xian)(xian)(xian)研(yan)(yan)究與應(ying)用(yong)”重點圍繞(rao)預(yu)制(zhi)構(gou)(gou)(gou)件生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)整體規(gui)劃(hua)(hua)、自(zi)(zi)動(dong)化(hua)(hua)(hua)預(yu)制(zhi)構(gou)(gou)(gou)件生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)流水線(xian)(xian)(xian)創新(xin)等五個方(fang)面進行研(yan)(yan)究,充分(fen)實(shi)現了(le)(le)(le)設(she)(she)施(shi)先進、自(zi)(zi)動(dong)化(hua)(hua)(hua)程度(du)高(gao)、綠色環保的(de)目(mu)標,并為國內(nei)發(fa)展(zhan)建(jian)(jian)筑產(chan)(chan)(chan)業現代化(hua)(hua)(hua)項目(mu)提供了(le)(le)(le)經驗。(1)預(yu)制(zhi)構(gou)(gou)(gou)件生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)整體規(gui)劃(hua)(hua)研(yan)(yan)究對(dui)構(gou)(gou)(gou)件生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)工藝(yi)配套(tao)設(she)(she)施(shi)、產(chan)(chan)(chan)能配置進行優(you)化(hua)(hua)(hua),實(shi)現綠色工廠的(de)建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she);(2)自(zi)(zi)動(dong)化(hua)(hua)(hua)預(yu)制(zhi)構(gou)(gou)(gou)件生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)流水線(xian)(xian)(xian)創新(xin)研(yan)(yan)究設(she)(she)計、研(yan)(yan)制(zhi)了(le)(le)(le)立體分(fen)倉式養護(hu)窯、構(gou)(gou)(gou)件粗糙面自(zi)(zi)動(dong)沖洗機(ji)、模具高(gao)效(xiao)運(yun)轉輥(gun)道、鋼(gang)筋骨架高(gao)效(xiao)運(yun)轉擺(bai)渡等設(she)(she)備,并采用(yong)了(le)(le)(le)激光投影定(ding)位先進技術;(3)半自(zi)(zi)動(dong)化(hua)(hua)(hua)異型構(gou)(gou)(gou)件生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)線(xian)(xian)(xian)創新(xin)研(yan)(yan)究開發(fa)、研(yan)(yan)制(zhi)了(le)(le)(le)具有自(zi)(zi)主(zhu)知識產(chan)(chan)(chan)權的(de)半龍門移動(dong)式可升降布料機(ji)、扇形(xing)折疊式養護(hu)罩等設(she)(she)施(shi),提高(gao)了(le)(le)(le)異型構(gou)(gou)(gou)件生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)線(xian)(xian)(xian)的(de)自(zi)(zi)動(dong)化(hua)(hua)(hua)程度(du);(4)配套(tao)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)線(xian)(xian)(xian)創新(xin)研(yan)(yan)究主(zhu)要(yao)對(dui)鋼(gang)筋配套(tao)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)線(xian)(xian)(xian)的(de)布局、核(he)心(xin)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)設(she)(she)備、輸送(song)系統進行優(you)化(hua)(hua)(hua);改(gai)進、實(shi)現了(le)(le)(le)混凝(ning)土(tu)自(zi)(zi)動(dong)化(hua)(hua)(hua)運(yun)送(song),提高(gao)了(le)(le)(le)混凝(ning)土(tu)輸送(song)和(he)布料效(xiao)率(lv);(5)預(yu)制(zhi)構(gou)(gou)(gou)件生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)信息(xi)化(hua)(hua)(hua)應(ying)用(yong)研(yan)(yan)究利用(yong)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)線(xian)(xian)(xian)和(he)設(she)(she)備自(zi)(zi)動(dong)控(kong)制(zhi)、實(shi)時(shi)視(shi)頻監控(kong)系統,通過預(yu)置芯片等措施(shi),實(shi)現預(yu)制(zhi)構(gou)(gou)(gou)件從生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)、運(yun)輸到安裝全生(sheng)(sheng)命(ming)的(de)質量跟蹤。
