近日,國(guo)(guo)家(jia)(jia)自(zi)(zi)(zi)然(ran)(ran)科學基(ji)金委(wei)員會公(gong)布了(le)2015年國(guo)(guo)家(jia)(jia)自(zi)(zi)(zi)然(ran)(ran)科學基(ji)金申報項目的(de)(de)評審結果,中國(guo)(guo)電(dian)(dian)科院申報的(de)(de)“大(da)規模風電(dian)(dian)接入弱交(jiao)流電(dian)(dian)網的(de)(de)機網交(jiao)互作用機理與控(kong)制(zhi)研(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)”“考慮臺風非平穩性和豎(shu)向風影(ying)響(xiang)的(de)(de)輸電(dian)(dian)桿塔風荷載模型(xing)(xing)”“面向高(gao)滲透(tou)率分布式(shi)光伏的(de)(de)分層儲能系統(tong)布局配置優化研(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)”“儲能系統(tong)輔(fu)助火電(dian)(dian)廠AGC調頻的(de)(de)動態協同(tong)運行(xing)特性研(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)”“高(gao)壓直流輸電(dian)(dian)線路(lu)下空間顆(ke)粒物荷電(dian)(dian)及運動模型(xing)(xing)研(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)”“考慮不同(tong)滲透(tou)率條件的(de)(de)分布式(shi)逆變系統(tong)自(zi)(zi)(zi)適(shi)應(ying)并網差異(yi)化控(kong)制(zhi)策略研(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)”等6個項目獲國(guo)(guo)家(jia)(jia)自(zi)(zi)(zi)然(ran)(ran)科學基(ji)金委(wei)批準立(li)項。
其(qi)中(zhong)“大規模風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)接入弱交流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)的(de)機(ji)(ji)網(wang)交互作(zuo)(zuo)用(yong)機(ji)(ji)理與(yu)控(kong)制(zhi)研(yan)究(jiu)”是中(zhong)國電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)科院新能源所申報的(de)面上項目,該項目研(yan)究(jiu)背景(jing)為伴隨風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)在電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)中(zhong)的(de)比例不(bu)斷增大、風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)輸送距離不(bu)斷增加,大規模風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)接入弱交流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)下的(de)運(yun)行(xing)和(he)控(kong)制(zhi)所面臨(lin)的(de)新技術挑戰,且(qie)基(ji)于(yu)現有強電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)運(yun)行(xing)環境設計的(de)風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)機(ji)(ji)控(kong)制(zhi)技術難以(yi)適應,風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)機(ji)(ji)集群之間(jian)及其(qi)與(yu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)之間(jian)耦合交互作(zuo)(zuo)用(yong)突出(chu)等問題。
該項(xiang)目(mu)主要(yao)研(yan)究內(nei)容為大(da)規模風(feng)(feng)(feng)電(dian)(dian)接(jie)(jie)入弱(ruo)交(jiao)流電(dian)(dian)網的機網交(jiao)互作用機理(li)與(yu)控(kong)制(zhi)技術,揭(jie)示大(da)規模風(feng)(feng)(feng)電(dian)(dian)接(jie)(jie)入弱(ruo)交(jiao)流電(dian)(dian)網的機網交(jiao)互作用機理(li),并(bing)針對風(feng)(feng)(feng)電(dian)(dian)故(gu)障穿越和風(feng)(feng)(feng)電(dian)(dian)并(bing)網系(xi)統振(zhen)蕩(dang)特性(xing)提出風(feng)(feng)(feng)電(dian)(dian)優化控(kong)制(zhi)策(ce)略(lve),為建立大(da)規模風(feng)(feng)(feng)電(dian)(dian)接(jie)(jie)入弱(ruo)交(jiao)流電(dian)(dian)網研(yan)究體系(xi)奠定理(li)論基礎,解決我(wo)國大(da)規模風(feng)(feng)(feng)電(dian)(dian)并(bing)網安全運行面臨的技術難題。
另外5項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)為(wei)青年科(ke)學基(ji)金(jin)項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu),其中(zhong)電工(gong)所獲批(pi)2項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang),高壓(ya)所、工(gong)程所、配電所各獲批(pi)1項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)。
國(guo)家(jia)(jia)自然(ran)科學基(ji)(ji)金(jin)項目(mu)是面向全(quan)國(guo)、采取競爭機制擇優支持科技(ji)工(gong)作者從事(shi)基(ji)(ji)礎(chu)研(yan)(yan)究和應(ying)用基(ji)(ji)礎(chu)研(yan)(yan)究的(de)國(guo)家(jia)(jia)科技(ji)項目(mu)。與往年(nian)相(xiang)比,今年(nian)獲(huo)國(guo)家(jia)(jia)自然(ran)基(ji)(ji)金(jin)資助項目(mu)的(de)負責人呈現年(nian)輕化趨勢,中國(guo)電科院獲(huo)資助6個(ge)項目(mu)的(de)負責人,平(ping)均(jun)年(nian)齡為34.5歲(sui)。
