我國大型水陸兩棲飛機AG600機身對接下線

7月(yue)17日,在中航(hang)工業通飛(fei)(fei)(fei)珠海(hai)基地,我國(guo)自(zi)主研制的(de)“三個(ge)大(da)飛(fei)(fei)(fei)機(ji)”之一(yi)的(de)大(da)型(xing)滅火/水上救(jiu)(jiu)援(yuan)水陸兩棲(qi)飛(fei)(fei)(fei)機(ji)(以下簡稱AG600)機(ji)身段完成(cheng)對接,全面進入總裝階段,這(zhe)是AG600研制進程中的(de)又(you)一(yi)個(ge)重要(yao)里程碑,標志著該機(ji)向2015年底前在珠海(hai)完成(cheng)總裝邁(mai)出了關鍵(jian)一(yi)步。AG600是當(dang)今世界上在研的(de)最大(da)一(yi)款水陸兩棲(qi)飛(fei)(fei)(fei)機(ji),是為滿足森(sen)林滅火和水上救(jiu)(jiu)援(yuan)的(de)迫切需要(yao),我國(guo)首次研制的(de)大(da)型(xing)特種用(yong)(yong)途(tu)民用(yong)(yong)飛(fei)(fei)(fei)機(ji),是國(guo)家應急救(jiu)(jiu)援(yuan)體系(xi)建設急需的(de)重大(da)航(hang)空裝備,對我國(guo)經濟發(fa)展和轉型(xing)升級具有重大(da)意義。

AG600是國家立項的(de)大(da)(da)型(xing)民用飛(fei)(fei)機(ji)(ji)(ji)項目,按照“主(zhu)承(cheng)制商(shang)-供應商(shang)”的(de)“大(da)(da)協作(zuo)(zuo)”模式,充分調動中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)航(hang)(hang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)集(ji)團公(gong)(gong)司乃至全國資源參與型(xing)號研制,聚集(ji)行業(ye)(ye)力量,開(kai)展項目研制工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)。AG600作(zuo)(zuo)為大(da)(da)型(xing)特種飛(fei)(fei)機(ji)(ji)(ji),對我國民機(ji)(ji)(ji)產業(ye)(ye)的(de)發(fa)展具有里程碑的(de)意義(yi),通過項目研制將(jiang)有力促(cu)進(jin)通用航(hang)(hang)空產業(ye)(ye)的(de)“大(da)(da)跨(kua)越”;同時(shi),促(cu)進(jin)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)航(hang)(hang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)通飛(fei)(fei)有效融入區(qu)域發(fa)展經(jing)濟圈,實現中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)航(hang)(hang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)與廣東省及珠(zhu)海市(shi)政府(fu)的(de)“大(da)(da)融合”。從型(xing)號研制啟動至今,相繼完(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)了初步設計評(ping)審和(he)詳細設計評(ping)審,實現了氣水動布局、起落架布局等關鍵(jian)技術(shu)和(he)眾多技術(shu)難點突破,2014年上半年進(jin)入工(gong)(gong)(gong)程制造階段。2014年12月(yue)29日,AG600首個大(da)(da)部件中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)身(shen)在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)航(hang)(hang)飛(fei)(fei)機(ji)(ji)(ji)西(xi)安分公(gong)(gong)司成(cheng)(cheng)功下(xia)(xia)架;2015年3月(yue)12日,AG600中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)央翼段大(da)(da)部件在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)航(hang)(hang)飛(fei)(fei)機(ji)(ji)(ji)西(xi)安分公(gong)(gong)司下(xia)(xia)架;3月(yue)13日,由中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)航(hang)(hang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)成(cheng)(cheng)飛(fei)(fei)民機(ji)(ji)(ji)及成(cheng)(cheng)飛(fei)(fei)承(cheng)擔的(de)機(ji)(ji)(ji)頭大(da)(da)部件在(zai)成(cheng)(cheng)都(dou)順利(li)完(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)總裝(zhuang)下(xia)(xia)架;4月(yue)27日,AG600中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)后(hou)機(ji)(ji)(ji)身(shen)、后(hou)機(ji)(ji)(ji)身(shen)在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)航(hang)(hang)飛(fei)(fei)機(ji)(ji)(ji)漢(han)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)分公(gong)(gong)司下(xia)(xia)架;7月(yue)5日,AG600發(fa)動機(ji)(ji)(ji)短艙及支架在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)航(hang)(hang)通飛(fei)(fei)華(hua)北公(gong)(gong)司下(xia)(xia)架交付。

隨(sui)著AG600中機(ji)身(shen)(shen)、機(ji)頭(tou)(tou)、中后(hou)機(ji)身(shen)(shen)、后(hou)機(ji)身(shen)(shen)等大部件陸續運抵(di)珠海,中航工業通飛作為(wei)責任主體全面(mian)進(jin)入(ru)研制(zhi)攻堅狀態。5月(yue)(yue)14日(ri),隨(sui)著機(ji)頭(tou)(tou)緩(huan)緩(huan)吊(diao)起、上(shang)架、柔(rou)性支(zhi)撐定(ding)位(wei)器入(ru)點,成功(gong)完(wan)成AG600飛機(ji)機(ji)頭(tou)(tou)吊(diao)裝(zhuang)入(ru)位(wei),順(shun)利打響了(le)(le)AG600飛機(ji)總(zong)裝(zhuang)研制(zhi)第一(yi)(yi)槍。5月(yue)(yue)18日(ri),開(kai)始AG600后(hou)機(ji)身(shen)(shen)吊(diao)裝(zhuang)入(ru)位(wei)工作,并進(jin)行了(le)(le)后(hou)機(ji)身(shen)(shen)與(yu)中機(ji)身(shen)(shen)的(de)預對(dui)接(jie),基(ji)本實(shi)現對(dui)合到位(wei)。5月(yue)(yue)22日(ri)上(shang)午,AG600中機(ji)身(shen)(shen)與(yu)機(ji)頭(tou)(tou)、中后(hou)機(ji)身(shen)(shen)成功(gong)對(dui)接(jie)到理論位(wei)置,為(wei)全機(ji)身(shen)(shen)對(dui)接(jie)打下了(le)(le)良好的(de)基(ji)礎。5月(yue)(yue)29日(ri)下午,AG600全機(ji)身(shen)(shen)對(dui)接(jie)開(kai)鉚正式(shi)進(jin)行,經過裝(zhuang)配(pei)生產(chan)一(yi)(yi)線員工一(yi)(yi)周(zhou)的(de)努力,于6月(yue)(yue)5日(ri)晚完(wan)成了(le)(le)機(ji)頭(tou)(tou)與(yu)中機(ji)身(shen)(shen)船底對(dui)接(jie)鉚接(jie)。

自(zi)AG600飛機001架(jia)(jia)中機身吊裝(zhuang)上架(jia)(jia)以(yi)來,中航工業(ye)通飛群(qun)策群(qun)力,與各參(can)研(yan)參(can)制單(dan)位密切協(xie)作(zuo),經(jing)過(guo)歷(li)時兩個多月(yue)的(de)奮(fen)戰,克(ke)服了一(yi)系列的(de)困難,先后攻克(ke)了機身三段(duan)調姿、中央(yang)翼對接(jie)調姿、翼身接(jie)頭孔(kong)(kong)精加工等難關,實現了AG600研(yan)制預期的(de)階(jie)段(duan)目標(biao),完(wan)成(cheng)了機身三段(duan)調姿對接(jie)、起落架(jia)(jia)安裝(zhuang)、中央(yang)翼鉸孔(kong)(kong)安裝(zhuang)等工作(zuo),奠定了全面進入總(zong)裝(zhuang)的(de)重要基礎(chu)。

自此,機體總(zong)長達39.3米的AG600機身正式對(dui)接(jie)完(wan)成(cheng)。這標(biao)志著項(xiang)目研(yan)制取得了重(zhong)要的階段性成(cheng)果,為下一階段的全面總(zong)裝工作奠(dian)定了堅實的基礎。根據(ju)計(ji)劃(hua),2015年(nian)底前AG600飛機將完(wan)成(cheng)總(zong)裝,2016年(nian)上半年(nian)實現首(shou)飛。

AG600飛機(ji)按照(zhao)“水(shui)陸兩棲、一(yi)(yi)機(ji)多(duo)(duo)型、系(xi)列發(fa)展”的(de)設(she)計思路,采用單(dan)船身、懸(xuan)臂(bei)上單(dan)翼(yi)布局及前三(san)點(dian)可(ke)(ke)收放式起(qi)落架(jia),選(xuan)裝(zhuang)4臺渦槳發(fa)動(dong)機(ji),最(zui)大起(qi)飛重(zhong)量53.5噸,20秒內(nei)可(ke)(ke)一(yi)(yi)次(ci)汲水(shui)12噸。具有執(zhi)行森林滅(mie)火(huo)、水(shui)上救援(yuan)等多(duo)(duo)項特種任務能力(li),可(ke)(ke)根據(ju)用戶的(de)需(xu)要(yao)(yao)加改裝(zhuang)必(bi)要(yao)(yao)的(de)設(she)備,滿足執(zhi)行海洋(yang)環境監測、資源探測、客貨運輸等任務的(de)需(xu)要(yao)(yao)。這款飛機(ji)的(de)最(zui)大特點(dian)是既(ji)能在陸地上起(qi)降,又(you)能在水(shui)面(mian)上起(qi)降,可(ke)(ke)在水(shui)源與火(huo)場之(zhi)間多(duo)(duo)次(ci)往(wang)返投(tou)水(shui)滅(mie)火(huo),除水(shui)面(mian)低空(kong)搜索外,還可(ke)(ke)在水(shui)面(mian)停泊實施(shi)救援(yuan)行動(dong),水(shui)上應(ying)急救援(yuan)一(yi)(yi)次(ci)可(ke)(ke)救護50名遇險人員。

在AG600研制(zhi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)航(hang)(hang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)業各單(dan)(dan)位通力(li)合作(zuo),中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)航(hang)(hang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)業通飛(fei)作(zuo)為(wei)責任主(zhu)體,中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)航(hang)(hang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)業特飛(fei)所(suo)/中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)航(hang)(hang)通飛(fei)研究院(yuan)作(zuo)為(wei)總(zong)設計師單(dan)(dan)位,中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)航(hang)(hang)通飛(fei)華南公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)作(zuo)為(wei)飛(fei)機(ji)(ji)主(zhu)承(cheng)(cheng)制(zhi)單(dan)(dan)位,統籌行業力(li)量(liang),開展飛(fei)機(ji)(ji)研制(zhi)。其中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)航(hang)(hang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)業成飛(fei)民機(ji)(ji)承(cheng)(cheng)擔(dan)機(ji)(ji)頭的(de)(de)制(zhi)造(zao)(zao)(zao),中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)航(hang)(hang)飛(fei)機(ji)(ji)西安分公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)承(cheng)(cheng)擔(dan)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)機(ji)(ji)身(shen)和機(ji)(ji)翼(yi)的(de)(de)制(zhi)造(zao)(zao)(zao),中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)航(hang)(hang)飛(fei)機(ji)(ji)漢中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)分公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)承(cheng)(cheng)擔(dan)后機(ji)(ji)身(shen)和尾(wei)翼(yi)的(de)(de)制(zhi)造(zao)(zao)(zao),中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)航(hang)(hang)通飛(fei)華北公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)承(cheng)(cheng)擔(dan)發動機(ji)(ji)短艙的(de)(de)制(zhi)造(zao)(zao)(zao),中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)航(hang)(hang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)業復(fu)材中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)承(cheng)(cheng)擔(dan)碳纖維(wei)復(fu)合材料部件(jian)的(de)(de)制(zhi)造(zao)(zao)(zao),中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)航(hang)(hang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)業南方承(cheng)(cheng)擔(dan)發動機(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)研制(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo),其余主(zhu)要部件(jian)和系(xi)統也由中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)航(hang)(hang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)業所(suo)屬相關單(dan)(dan)位研制(zhi)。

2014年11月,在第十屆中(zhong)國國際航空航天博(bo)覽會上,AG600獲(huo)得兩架意(yi)向訂單(dan),目前AG600已取得了(le)17架意(yi)向訂單(dan),展(zhan)現了(le)良好的(de)市場前景(jing)。主要是林(lin)業部門用(yong)(yong)于(yu)(yu)森林(lin)滅(mie)火,海(hai)(hai)(hai)洋局用(yong)(yong)于(yu)(yu)海(hai)(hai)(hai)洋監測(ce)、海(hai)(hai)(hai)上救援,海(hai)(hai)(hai)警用(yong)(yong)于(yu)(yu)海(hai)(hai)(hai)上維權執法,以(yi)及海(hai)(hai)(hai)洋測(ce)繪、遠海(hai)(hai)(hai)島礁人員和(he)貨物運輸等(deng)。
