法(fa)國(guo)巴黎當地時(shi)間(jian)6月(yue)30日，在中(zhong)法(fa)兩(liang)國(guo)總理(li)見證下(xia)，中(zhong)國(guo)廣核(he)(he)集團(以下(xia)簡稱中(zhong)廣核(he)(he))董事(shi)長(chang)賀禹、法(fa)國(guo)電(dian)力公(gong)司(si)(以下(xia)簡稱EDF)董事(shi)長(chang)兼首(shou)席執(zhi)行(xing)官(guan)讓-貝爾納·列維（Jean-Bernard LÉVY）以及(ji)阿(a)海琺集團(以下(xia)簡稱AREVA)核(he)(he)電(dian)公(gong)司(si)首(shou)席執(zhi)行(xing)官(guan)菲利普˙諾奇(Philippe Knoche)代表三方(fang)企業，簽署了三方(fang)在核(he)(he)反應堆領域建立長(chang)期(qi)合作的意(yi)向(xiang)協(xie)議(yi)書（以下(xia)簡稱協(xie)議(yi)）。

據了解(jie)，此次簽訂的(de)協議，中(zhong)廣(guang)核和(he)EDF將就百萬(wan)(wan)千(qian)(qian)瓦級反應堆(dui)對全球(qiu)市(shi)場(chang)的(de)情況開展市(shi)場(chang)調查(cha)，并討論在全球(qiu)市(shi)場(chang)建(jian)立百萬(wan)(wan)千(qian)(qian)瓦級反應堆(dui)長期(qi)合(he)作(zuo)的(de)可能(neng)性(xing)。同時，中(zhong)廣(guang)核和(he)EDF、AREVA將在150-170萬(wan)(wan)千(qian)(qian)瓦的(de)高功率(lv)反應堆(dui)方(fang)面進行(xing)長期(qi)合(he)作(zuo)，在技術(shu)問題(ti)、全球(qiu)市(shi)場(chang)評估和(he)組織機構和(he)商業模式上，明確開發高功率(lv)反應堆(dui)的(de)共同長期(qi)愿景。

當前(qian)，全球核電(dian)(dian)產(chan)業正(zheng)逐(zhu)步復蘇。據悉，全球已有(you)14個(ge)國家正(zheng)在建設核電(dian)(dian)機組(zu)，40多個(ge)國家正(zheng)在積極謀(mou)劃發展核電(dian)(dian)。未來10年，國外(wai)預計有(you)60至(zhi)70臺新建機組(zu)的市場空(kong)間(jian)(jian)，同(tong)時(shi)還將有(you)30至(zhi)40臺機組(zu)退役，20至(zhi)30臺機組(zu)延壽，核電(dian)(dian)產(chan)業發展的空(kong)間(jian)(jian)巨(ju)大(da)。目前(qian)，我(wo)國已將核電(dian)(dian)“走出去”上升為國家戰略，并(bing)在“一(yi)帶(dai)一(yi)路”建設中(zhong)得到中(zhong)央(yang)高層(ceng)的大(da)力“推介”。

在全球核能發展進入新階(jie)段的背景(jing)下，中廣核和(he)EDF、AREVA強(qiang)強(qiang)聯手建立長期(qi)合作(zuo)關系，標志著中法核能合作(zuo)進一步深化，也為(wei)我國核電企業“走出去”創造了良(liang)好條件。
