日前,在重慶市沙坪壩區鳳(feng)鳴山工地上,中國鐵(tie)建重工集(ji)團自(zi)(zi)主(zhu)研(yan)(yan)制(zhi)的單護盾TBM——領航1號成功始發(fa)。這是國內自(zi)(zi)主(zhu)研(yan)(yan)制(zhi)的單護盾TBM首次(ci)用(yong)于城市地鐵(tie)施工。
據(ju)悉,重慶軌道交通(tong)環線(xian)(xian)設站33座,全長(chang)約(yue)51公里,作為重慶市軌道交通(tong)線(xian)(xian)網的(de)重要組成(cheng)部分(fen),具(ju)有重要的(de)連接功(gong)能,是線(xian)(xian)網中最重要的(de)骨干線(xian)(xian)路,計劃于2017年建成(cheng)通(tong)車。根據(ju)重慶地(di)鐵地(di)質以砂質泥巖(yan)、砂巖(yan)及泥質粉砂巖(yan)為主的(de)情況(kuang),鐵建重工(gong)(gong)(gong)設計的(de)這臺單護盾(dun)(dun)TBM是首(shou)次在國內用于城市地(di)鐵施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong),與(yu)盾(dun)(dun)構(gou)法(fa)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)相比,單護盾(dun)(dun)TBM解決了(le)原盾(dun)(dun)構(gou)法(fa)稀渣外運污染環境的(de)難(nan)題,更(geng)加環保。在施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)上,單護盾(dun)(dun)TBM不需(xu)要使用主軸承密封(feng)油脂、泡沫(mo)劑(ji)、膨潤(run)土等(deng)渣土改良劑(ji),出渣效率高,工(gong)(gong)(gong)序簡化,施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)速度更(geng)快,同時每米(mi)可(ke)節省主軸承密封(feng)油脂和(he)泡沫(mo)劑(ji)等(deng)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)材料成(cheng)本約(yue)300元(yuan),此項(xiang)目3個TBM區(qu)間(jian)隧道總長(chang)約(yue)6公里至7公里,可(ke)減少施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)成(cheng)本約(yue)200萬元(yuan)。
專家認為,鐵(tie)建重工將單護(hu)盾TBM用于城市地(di)鐵(tie)施工,除了(le)在(zai)環(huan)保、經濟上都有顯著的效果外,還拓(tuo)寬(kuan)了(le)國內單護(hu)盾TBM的應用領域。
