日前,中國(guo)航天科工六院41所應用3D打(da)印技術研(yan)制的某型號發(fa)動(dong)機點(dian)火(huo)裝置(zhi)成(cheng)功(gong)通(tong)(tong)過發(fa)動(dong)機地(di)面試車(che)考核。點(dian)火(huo)裝置(zhi)成(cheng)功(gong)通(tong)(tong)過試車(che)考核,標志(zhi)著(zhu)41所將(jiang)3D打(da)印技術首次在固體(ti)火(huo)箭發(fa)動(dong)機試車(che)上(shang)成(cheng)功(gong)應用。
發動(dong)機點(dian)(dian)(dian)火(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)殼(ke)體(ti)(ti)結構復雜,加工(gong)(gong)成(cheng)(cheng)本高,周期(qi)長,難(nan)度(du)大,為(wei)了解決這些瓶頸問題(ti),41所點(dian)(dian)(dian)火(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)技術研究室將3D打(da)(da)(da)印(yin)(yin)技術引入(ru)到點(dian)(dian)(dian)火(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)殼(ke)體(ti)(ti)研制(zhi)過(guo)程中,并聯合國內3D打(da)(da)(da)印(yin)(yin)設備廠商打(da)(da)(da)印(yin)(yin)了首批點(dian)(dian)(dian)火(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)殼(ke)體(ti)(ti)。為(wei)了確(que)保3D打(da)(da)(da)印(yin)(yin)的點(dian)(dian)(dian)火(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)殼(ke)體(ti)(ti)性(xing)能(neng)能(neng)夠(gou)滿足設計(ji)(ji)要(yao)求,前(qian)期(qi),41所設計(ji)(ji)人員對3D打(da)(da)(da)印(yin)(yin)的主要(yao)工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)進(jin)(jin)行了調研,確(que)定了工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)路線,加工(gong)(gong)了上百(bai)個(ge)3D打(da)(da)(da)印(yin)(yin)試樣,并進(jin)(jin)行了多次單項點(dian)(dian)(dian)火(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)試驗(yan),考核點(dian)(dian)(dian)火(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)殼(ke)體(ti)(ti)性(xing)能(neng),為(wei)3D打(da)(da)(da)印(yin)(yin)點(dian)(dian)(dian)火(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)殼(ke)體(ti)(ti)成(cheng)(cheng)功在發動(dong)機試車(che)中的成(cheng)(cheng)功應做打(da)(da)(da)下了基礎,并確(que)保了地面試車(che)的一次成(cheng)(cheng)功。
后續,41所(suo)將在(zai)功能性優(you)先設(she)計、優(you)化設(she)計、設(she)計引導制造等方面充分(fen)利用3D打(da)印(yin)技術的(de)(de)優(you)點,實(shi)現技術應用拓展(zhan),同時,進一步(bu)探(tan)索將3D打(da)印(yin)技術應用到更多類型的(de)(de)點火(huo)裝置(zhi)殼體生產和發動(dong)機(ji)其(qi)他零(ling)部(bu)件產品的(de)(de)生產中,為發動(dong)機(ji)從設(she)計源頭減低(di)成本提供參考和借鑒。
