4月9日下午15時,由中(zhong)國(guo)鐵(tie)建(jian)(jian)(jian)十一局集團四公司擔負施工的福(fu)建(jian)(jian)(jian)省在建(jian)(jian)(jian)最長公路隧(sui)道(dao)——京臺高速公路牛巖(yan)山特長隧(sui)道(dao)右洞(dong)貫通(tong)。中(zhong)國(guo)鐵(tie)建(jian)(jian)(jian)承建(jian)(jian)(jian)的隧(sui)道(dao)左(zuo)洞(dong)已于去年11月27日貫通(tong),為(wei)今年9月底全線通(tong)車打下了堅實的基(ji)礎(chu)。
(北(bei)(bei))京臺(tai)(北(bei)(bei))高速(su)(su)公路(lu)(lu)(國家高速(su)(su)公路(lu)(lu)網(wang)(wang)編號G3),是國家高速(su)(su)規劃(7918網(wang)(wang))中(zhong)一條重要(yao)(yao)的(de)縱向主干線(xian),起點(dian)在北(bei)(bei)京,途經天(tian)津、河北(bei)(bei)、山(shan)東、江蘇、安徽、浙江、福(fu)建(jian)(jian),終點(dian)在臺(tai)灣省(sheng)臺(tai)北(bei)(bei)市,全(quan)長2030公里。福(fu)建(jian)(jian)段建(jian)(jian)成(cheng)通(tong)車后,將成(cheng)為(wei)海峽西岸經濟區與長三角、珠三角緊密聯系的(de)便捷公路(lu)(lu)通(tong)道(dao);同時也是增強國防(fang)交通(tong)保障能力(li),完善(shan)國家和(he)區域高速(su)(su)公路(lu)(lu)網(wang)(wang),為(wei)國家實施的(de)“一路(lu)(lu)一帶”戰略中(zhong),陸路(lu)(lu)連接“21世紀海上絲綢之路(lu)(lu)”建(jian)(jian)設(she),具有十(shi)分重要(yao)(yao)的(de)意義。
京臺高速公路建甌至閩侯(hou)段全長(chang)152公里。其中(zhong)由(you)中(zhong)國鐵建十一局四(si)公司(si)擔負施工的5標(biao)牛(niu)巖山隧道(dao)左洞(dong)長(chang)9252延米(mi),右洞(dong)長(chang)達9198延米(mi)。該隧道(dao)地(di)質(zhi)條件復雜,隧道(dao)位于13條斷層帶及(ji)節(jie)理(li)裂隙帶,圍巖大(da)部分以VI級(ji)至V級(ji)為主(zhu),圍巖破碎、完(wan)整性差,地(di)下暗河(he)、溶洞(dong)交替出現,涌水(shui)量大(da),是全線頭號重(zhong)難點(dian)控制(zhi)性工程。
由于(yu)沒有(you)斜井等輔助通(tong)道,只能單向掘(jue)進,對洞(dong)內通(tong)風(feng)要求極(ji)高。項目(mu)(mu)部在福建(jian)省公(gong)路施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)領域首次采用(yong)豎井通(tong)風(feng),還成功(gong)地采用(yong)了(le)(le)(le)巷道式通(tong)風(feng),大大改善(shan)了(le)(le)(le)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)人施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作業環境,保(bao)障了(le)(le)(le)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)人健康,提(ti)高了(le)(le)(le)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作效(xiao)率。項目(mu)(mu)部采用(yong)了(le)(le)(le)視頻監控(kong)和(he)隧道作業人員定位系(xi)統(tong),隨時掌握了(le)(le)(le)進、出洞(dong)人員數量和(he)位置,使施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)全(quan)過程(cheng)得(de)到監督,為隧道施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)安(an)全(quan)提(ti)供了(le)(le)(le)有(you)力(li)保(bao)障。項目(mu)(mu)部運(yun)用(yong)了(le)(le)(le)新奧法(fa)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),即 “管超(chao)前(qian)、弱爆破、短開(kai)挖、嚴(yan)注漿、快(kuai)封閉、強支護(hu)、快(kuai)封閉、勤測量”。在施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)過程(cheng)中,用(yong)地質超(chao)前(qian)預報和(he)監控(kong)量測,用(yong)臺階分部法(fa)開(kai)挖,采用(yong)微震松動爆破和(he)光面控(kong)制爆破,確(que)保(bao)了(le)(le)(le)隧道施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)安(an)全(quan)、優質、快(kuai)速和(he)環保(bao)。
