日前(qian),由南方電網(wang)公司(si)承擔(dan)的(de)國家863計劃(hua)“智(zhi)能電網(wang)關(guan)鍵技術研發(一(yi)期)”項目課題——“靈活互(hu)動的(de)智(zhi)能用電關(guan)鍵技術研究”、“基于物聯網(wang)技術的(de)輸(shu)變電設備智(zhi)能監測與全壽命周期管理”通(tong)過國家科技部驗收(shou)。
“靈(ling)活(huo)互(hu)(hu)動的(de)智(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)用(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)關鍵(jian)技(ji)術(shu)研究(jiu)”課(ke)題完(wan)成了“靈(ling)活(huo)互(hu)(hu)動的(de)智(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)用(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)體(ti)系(xi)(xi)(xi)架構及(ji)高級量(liang)測(ce)關鍵(jian)技(ji)術(shu)”、“需求響應理(li)論及(ji)支撐(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)技(ji)術(shu)”、“智(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)用(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)支撐(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)設備(bei)和平臺”三個(ge)關鍵(jian)技(ji)術(shu)研究(jiu),制定了系(xi)(xi)(xi)列智(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)用(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)技(ji)術(shu)標準和規(gui)范,研制了智(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)表(biao)(biao)、智(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)交互(hu)(hu)終端、智(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)空調等支撐(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)設備(bei),開發(fa)了靈(ling)活(huo)互(hu)(hu)動的(de)智(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)用(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)技(ji)術(shu)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統。開展(zhan)了智(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)用(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)示范工(gong)程并(bing)投入實際(ji)運(yun)行,總計智(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)用(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)戶(hu)(hu)數10256戶(hu)(hu),采取模擬(ni)分時電(dian)(dian)(dian)價和參與(yu)削峰激(ji)勵等措施,開展(zhan)了示范用(yong)(yong)戶(hu)(hu)互(hu)(hu)動試驗。課(ke)題申請發(fa)明(ming)專(zhuan)利(li)27項(xiang),實用(yong)(yong)新(xin)型專(zhuan)利(li)4項(xiang),獲得軟件著作權10項(xiang),發(fa)表(biao)(biao)論文42篇。
“基(ji)于物聯網(wang)技術(shu)的(de)輸(shu)(shu)變(bian)電(dian)(dian)設(she)備(bei)(bei)智能監測與全(quan)壽命(ming)(ming)周期(qi)管理”課(ke)題構建了(le)輸(shu)(shu)變(bian)電(dian)(dian)設(she)備(bei)(bei)物聯網(wang),設(she)計了(le)輸(shu)(shu)變(bian)電(dian)(dian)設(she)備(bei)(bei)物聯網(wang)構架,研(yan)制了(le)輸(shu)(shu)變(bian)電(dian)(dian)設(she)備(bei)(bei)一體化智能監測裝置,開(kai)發了(le)輸(shu)(shu)變(bian)電(dian)(dian)設(she)備(bei)(bei)全(quan)壽命(ming)(ming)周期(qi)管理系統。依托課(ke)題研(yan)究(jiu)成(cheng)果,公(gong)司在云南4個(ge)州市供(gong)電(dian)(dian)局實(shi)現了(le)基(ji)于物聯網(wang)的(de)輸(shu)(shu)變(bian)電(dian)(dian)設(she)備(bei)(bei)示范(fan)應(ying)用,接入了(le)12個(ge)110-500千(qian)伏(fu)變(bian)電(dian)(dian)站、1個(ge)±800千(qian)伏(fu)換流站、3條輸(shu)(shu)電(dian)(dian)線路,有效降低了(le)設(she)備(bei)(bei)維(wei)修(xiu)成(cheng)本。課(ke)題累計形成(cheng)37項(xiang)技術(shu)規范(fan)和研(yan)究(jiu)報告(gao),申請發明專利38項(xiang),已授權2項(xiang),編(bian)制國(guo)家、行業標準草案(an)4項(xiang)。
