國電科學技術研究院一科技成果獲電力科技進步一等獎

  日前(qian),國電(dian)科(ke)學技術(shu)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)院申報的(de)科(ke)技項目“基于熱能梯級利用(yong)原理的(de)熱電(dian)聯(lian)產(chan)供熱技術(shu)優化研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)與應(ying)用(yong)”榮獲2014年中國電(dian)力(li)科(ke)技進步一等獎,獲得了中國電(dian)機(ji)工程學會頒(ban)發的(de)證書。

  電(dian)科院(yuan)高(gao)度(du)重(zhong)視火(huo)電(dian)機(ji)組節(jie)(jie)(jie)能(neng)(neng)(neng)工作,研發(fa)(fa)了(le)大量的(de)(de)(de)主(zhu)輔(fu)機(ji)節(jie)(jie)(jie)能(neng)(neng)(neng)技術,并得(de)到了(le)廣泛應用(yong),取得(de)了(le)顯著節(jie)(jie)(jie)能(neng)(neng)(neng)效益。其中“提高(gao)火(huo)電(dian)機(ji)組低(di)負(fu)荷運(yun)行(xing)經濟(ji)性(xing)”研究(jiu)成(cheng)果在多臺機(ji)組上得(de)到了(le)應用(yong),在行(xing)業(ye)內產生了(le)較(jiao)大影響。根據國家節(jie)(jie)(jie)能(neng)(neng)(neng)環保的(de)(de)(de)迫切需求(qiu),2010年(nian)以來電(dian)科院(yuan)致力于熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)電(dian)聯(lian)產高(gao)效供(gong)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)方式方面的(de)(de)(de)研究(jiu)。針(zhen)對(dui)不(bu)同(tong)的(de)(de)(de)外(wai)部供(gong)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)環境(jing),結合各類型機(ji)組的(de)(de)(de)設計特(te)性(xing),提出了(le)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)能(neng)(neng)(neng)深(shen)度(du)梯級(ji)利用(yong)的(de)(de)(de)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)網首站改造技術,研制設計了(le)余熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)回收熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)能(neng)(neng)(neng)分級(ji)的(de)(de)(de)加熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)系(xi)統(tong),實現能(neng)(neng)(neng)量分級(ji)優化、混合加熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)、廢熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)回收。同(tong)時提出的(de)(de)(de)拖(tuo)動(dong)與采暖(nuan)多用(yong)途(tu)動(dong)力供(gong)暖(nuan)系(xi)統(tong)達到了(le)國際領先水平,解(jie)決(jue)了(le)長期連(lian)(lian)續運(yun)行(xing)的(de)(de)(de)主(zhu)要輔(fu)機(ji)汽(qi)動(dong)驅動(dong)小汽(qi)輪(lun)機(ji)的(de)(de)(de)余熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)供(gong)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)只能(neng)(neng)(neng)適(shi)(shi)應連(lian)(lian)續穩(wen)定的(de)(de)(de)工業(ye)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)負(fu)荷、不(bu)適(shi)(shi)應只有季節(jie)(jie)(jie)性(xing)需求(qiu)的(de)(de)(de)采暖(nuan)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)負(fu)荷難題。系(xi)統(tong)配套(tao)設計開(kai)發(fa)(fa)的(de)(de)(de)寬背(bei)壓、雙用(yong)途(tu)凝汽(qi)器(qi),運(yun)行(xing)端差可(ke)達到2℃以下,實現低(di)溫熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)網加熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)功(gong)能(neng)(neng)(neng)。

  在國(guo)(guo)(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)集團的(de)(de)推(tui)動下(xia)(xia),該項目先(xian)后(hou)在國(guo)(guo)(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)濮陽(yang)熱(re)(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)廠(chang)(chang)200兆瓦(wa)(wa)(wa)濕冷機(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)、國(guo)(guo)(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)榆(yu)次熱(re)(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)廠(chang)(chang)330兆瓦(wa)(wa)(wa)空冷機(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)、國(guo)(guo)(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)滎(ying)陽(yang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)廠(chang)(chang)600兆瓦(wa)(wa)(wa)超(chao)臨界(jie)機(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)和國(guo)(guo)(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)吉(ji)(ji)林熱(re)(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)廠(chang)(chang)200兆瓦(wa)(wa)(wa)濕冷機(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)上完成(cheng)了工程示范。國(guo)(guo)(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)濮陽(yang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)廠(chang)(chang)通過雙(shuang)抽可調(diao)工業(ye)抽汽和純凝/背(bei)(bei)壓切換技術改造(zao),煤耗水平達到國(guo)(guo)(guo)內200兆瓦(wa)(wa)(wa)等(deng)級機(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)最好水平;國(guo)(guo)(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)榆(yu)次電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)廠(chang)(chang)完成(cheng)空冷機(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)高背(bei)(bei)壓供(gong)(gong)(gong)熱(re)(re)改造(zao)后(hou),供(gong)(gong)(gong)熱(re)(re)期單臺(tai)機(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)煤耗下(xia)(xia)降(jiang)55克(ke)/千(qian)瓦(wa)(wa)(wa)時(shi)(shi)(shi);滎(ying)陽(yang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)廠(chang)(chang)進行(xing)引(yin)風(feng)機(ji)(ji)(ji)汽動與供(gong)(gong)(gong)熱(re)(re)聯合改造(zao)后(hou),在廠(chang)(chang)用(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)大幅下(xia)(xia)降(jiang)的(de)(de)同時(shi)(shi)(shi),實現了純凝工況下(xia)(xia)煤耗下(xia)(xia)降(jiang)0.7克(ke)/千(qian)瓦(wa)(wa)(wa)時(shi)(shi)(shi),顛覆了以往對汽動引(yin)風(feng)機(ji)(ji)(ji)改造(zao)項目“經濟不節能(neng)”的(de)(de)認識;吉(ji)(ji)林熱(re)(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)廠(chang)(chang)通過濕冷機(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)低位能(neng)供(gong)(gong)(gong)熱(re)(re)改造(zao),機(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)年供(gong)(gong)(gong)熱(re)(re)能(neng)力增加(jia)120萬吉(ji)(ji)焦,供(gong)(gong)(gong)熱(re)(re)高峰(feng)期機(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)煤耗下(xia)(xia)降(jiang)106克(ke)/千(qian)瓦(wa)(wa)(wa)時(shi)(shi)(shi)。

  該項目的研(yan)發和應用(yong),把(ba)我國(guo)熱電聯產技(ji)術水平(ping)提升到一個新(xin)的高度,將帶動國(guo)內供熱技(ji)術改造進入一個新(xin)的時期。該項技(ji)術應用(yong)推廣(guang)后(hou),每年可以形成上(shang)億(yi)噸標煤的節(jie)能量,將為國(guo)家節(jie)能減排(pai)做出卓越貢獻。
