近日,國內首個全視頻(pin)集中(zhong)控制、煤(mei)礦(kuang)綜采(cai)(cai)(cai)自動(dong)化工(gong)作面——神(shen)(shen)華神(shen)(shen)東煤(mei)炭集團石(shi)圪臺煤(mei)礦(kuang)31202—2綜采(cai)(cai)(cai)工(gong)作面,成功(gong)實現了工(gong)作面視頻(pin)畫面拼接和采(cai)(cai)(cai)煤(mei)機、支架、移變等關鍵(jian)設備的遠程(cheng)控制。
為了實現工(gong)作(zuo)面(mian)(mian)的(de)(de)(de)動(dong)態全景畫(hua)面(mian)(mian)效果,石圪臺(tai)(tai)煤(mei)礦、設備管(guan)理(li)中(zhong)心與北京天地瑪珂(ke)電液控(kong)制系統(tong)有(you)限公司的(de)(de)(de)技術(shu)人(ren)員共同攜手(shou),合力攻(gong)關,在考慮(lv)到工(gong)作(zuo)面(mian)(mian)長度和(he)視(shi)頻像素要求的(de)(de)(de)基礎(chu)上,綜(zong)合分析(xi)工(gong)作(zuo)面(mian)(mian)防(fang)爆(bao)攝像頭的(de)(de)(de)安裝密度,并借助高(gao)清(qing)視(shi)頻圖像處理(li)技術(shu),成(cheng)功(gong)破解(jie)了工(gong)作(zuo)面(mian)(mian)動(dong)態畫(hua)面(mian)(mian)拼接(jie)難題。“經過(guo)升級后的(de)(de)(de)視(shi)頻系統(tong),成(cheng)像分辨率(lv)達到了720×576。現在,我們可以通過(guo)實時(shi)畫(hua)面(mian)(mian),在控(kong)制臺(tai)(tai)進(jin)行跟機(ji)(ji)、記憶兩種模式(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)(de)切(qie)換作(zuo)業,在地質構造及煤(mei)層穩定的(de)(de)(de)前提下,切(qie)換至記憶模式(shi)(shi)進(jin)行自動(dong)化生(sheng)產,一個小班能割5刀煤(mei),采(cai)煤(mei)機(ji)(ji)每分鐘可推進(jin)4至5米(mi)。如遇特(te)殊構造帶或來壓情況,我們便切(qie)換至跟機(ji)(ji)模式(shi)(shi),進(jin)行人(ren)工(gong)干(gan)預(yu),及時(shi)甩壓。”石圪臺(tai)(tai)煤(mei)礦綜(zong)采(cai)一隊技術(shu)員許玉偉(wei)說(shuo)道。
為了開通采(cai)(cai)煤機、支(zhi)架(jia)等(deng)(deng)核心設(she)(she)備(bei)的控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)權限(xian),神(shen)東與(yu)久益環球(中(zhong)(zhong)國)投(tou)資有限(xian)公司等(deng)(deng)廠(chang)(chang)家(jia)多次溝(gou)通協(xie)商,最(zui)終(zhong),久益環球(中(zhong)(zhong)國)投(tou)資有限(xian)公司等(deng)(deng)廠(chang)(chang)家(jia)同意開通采(cai)(cai)煤機、支(zhi)架(jia)等(deng)(deng)設(she)(she)備(bei)的遠(yuan)程控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)權限(xian)。關鍵(jian)(jian)性設(she)(she)備(bei)遠(yuan)程控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)權限(xian)一經開通,技術人(ren)員(yuan)便(bian)對集中(zhong)(zhong)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系統(tong)各類數(shu)(shu)據進行了細化分類整(zheng)(zheng)合,重新整(zheng)(zheng)合后,集中(zhong)(zhong)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系統(tong)數(shu)(shu)據顯示(shi)越來越細化,且更具(ju)實(shi)(shi)用(yong)性。現(xian)在,工(gong)作人(ren)員(yuan)可(ke)在控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)臺實(shi)(shi)時(shi)獲取工(gong)作面壓(ya)力分布情況,采(cai)(cai)煤機、支(zhi)架(jia)、三(san)機等(deng)(deng)設(she)(she)備(bei)的運(yun)行狀況以(yi)及(ji)設(she)(she)備(bei)的電流、溫度等(deng)(deng)數(shu)(shu)據。同時(shi),可(ke)以(yi)對采(cai)(cai)煤機、支(zhi)架(jia)、移(yi)變等(deng)(deng)設(she)(she)備(bei)進行數(shu)(shu)據整(zheng)(zheng)定(ding)、一鍵(jian)(jian)啟停等(deng)(deng)功能操作。
