【兩會好聲音】全國政協委員孫永才:加快推動時速600公里高速磁浮試驗和運用

“為(wei)搶占(zhan)世界技(ji)術制(zhi)高(gao)點,支(zhi)撐(cheng)科技(ji)強國(guo)戰略,迫切需要對時速600公里(li)高(gao)速磁浮系統進行高(gao)速性能(neng)驗證和商業化運用(yong)。”全國(guo)政協委(wei)員,中(zhong)國(guo)中(zhong)車黨委(wei)書記、董事(shi)長孫永才表示(shi)。
圍繞科技創新(xin)和交(jiao)(jiao)通運輸,今年兩會(hui),他帶(dai)來了兩個(ge)提案(an),一是(shi)加快(kuai)推動時速600公(gong)里高速磁浮試(shi)驗和運用,二是(shi)制定軌道(dao)交(jiao)(jiao)通系統互聯互通標準(zhun)。
2021年(nian),由中(zhong)(zhong)國中(zhong)(zhong)車(che)研制,具有完全(quan)自主知識產(chan)權的世界首套(tao)設計時速600公里的高(gao)速磁(ci)浮(fu)交(jiao)通系統在青島(dao)成功下線(xian),這(zhe)標志著我國掌握了高(gao)速磁(ci)浮(fu)成套(tao)技術和工程化(hua)能力(li)。
孫永才表示,為(wei)加快推進產業鏈升級和(he)現代化建設(she),支撐科技強(qiang)國(guo)、交通強(qiang)國(guo)戰(zhan)略(lve),迫切需要(yao)對時速600公(gong)里高(gao)速磁浮系統進行(xing)高(gao)速性能驗(yan)證和(he)商業化運用(yong)。
孫(sun)永才建議,由(you)國家(jia)有關部(bu)委(wei)牽頭,在上海高(gao)速(su)磁浮(fu)線(xian)利用夜間開展時(shi)速(su)500公里以(yi)下的高(gao)速(su)性能(neng)實驗(yan),并(bing)統籌推動時(shi)速(su)600公里高(gao)速(su)磁浮(fu)商業(ye)運用線(xian)建設。
時(shi)速(su)(su)(su)600公里(li)高(gao)(gao)速(su)(su)(su)磁浮填補了航(hang)空和輪(lun)軌高(gao)(gao)鐵之間的速(su)(su)(su)度(du)(du)空白,有助于形成航(hang)空、高(gao)(gao)鐵、高(gao)(gao)速(su)(su)(su)磁浮和城市交通速(su)(su)(su)度(du)(du)梯度(du)(du)層級完(wan)善、高(gao)(gao)效、靈(ling)活便(bian)捷(jie)的多維(wei)立體交通構架,豐(feng)富我國(guo)交通運(yun)輸速(su)(su)(su)度(du)(du)譜系,提高(gao)(gao)軌道交通科技自(zi)主(zhu)創新能力。
另(ling)外,為解決我國軌道交通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)和(he)運(yun)(yun)用管(guan)理技(ji)術(shu)(shu)“硬聯(lian)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)”“軟聯(lian)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)”,尤其是城市(shi)軌道交通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)線路之間沒有實現(xian)(xian)互(hu)(hu)聯(lian)互(hu)(hu)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)帶來的諸多(duo)問題,孫永才建(jian)議(yi),國家有關部委和(he)企業研(yan)究制(zhi)(zhi)定不同(tong)模式軌道交通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)建(jian)設、設施與系(xi)(xi)統(tong)的互(hu)(hu)聯(lian)互(hu)(hu)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)標準,提(ti)升各類資源利用效率,提(ti)高交通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)整體運(yun)(yun)營效能(neng),實現(xian)(xian)便(bian)捷交通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)、智(zhi)能(neng)交通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)和(he)“零換(huan)乘”;同(tong)時,相關部委研(yan)究制(zhi)(zhi)定不同(tong)模式軌道交通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)運(yun)(yun)營管(guan)理技(ji)術(shu)(shu)的互(hu)(hu)聯(lian)互(hu)(hu)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)標準和(he)軌道車輛制(zhi)(zhi)式的標準體系(xi)(xi),實現(xian)(xian)智(zhi)能(neng)交通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)、綠色(se)交通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)、智(zhi)慧出行。
