海內(nei)外重大(da)工程(cheng)接連中標落地、施工現場大(da)干如火(huo)如荼、查安全除隱患不斷(duan)深入(ru),隨著春天的(de)到來(lai),中國鐵建各(ge)(ge)單(dan)位全面復工復產,在生產經營(ying)各(ge)(ge)領(ling)域(yu)掀起“大(da)干熱潮”。
下好經營先手棋
日前,鐵(tie)建國(guo)際中(zhong)標阿根廷(ting)米特雷貨(huo)運鐵(tie)路阿爾維爾連接線項(xiang)目。該(gai)項(xiang)目是中(zhong)國(guo)鐵(tie)建在阿根廷(ting)簽約的首個現匯項(xiang)目,位于阿根廷(ting)圣(sheng)(sheng)達(da)菲(fei)省羅(luo)薩(sa)里奧市羅(luo)薩(sa)里奧港(gang)區,建成后(hou)將與圣(sheng)(sheng)馬(ma)丁(ding)貨(huo)運鐵(tie)路改造(zao)項(xiang)目相連,并極(ji)大地縮短羅(luo)薩(sa)里奧港(gang)貨(huo)物中(zhong)轉時間,提升港(gang)口物流效(xiao)率,降低運輸成本(ben),促(cu)進當地經(jing)(jing)濟發展。春節后(hou),中(zhong)國(guo)鐵(tie)建召開年初(chu)系列會議,部署經(jing)(jing)營(ying)工(gong)作,持(chi)續優(you)化國(guo)內“五(wu)位一體(ti)”和(he)海外“3+5+N”經(jing)(jing)營(ying)體(ti)系,健全完善協同經(jing)(jing)營(ying)機制,取得了經(jing)(jing)營(ying)工(gong)作開門紅(hong)。

吹響生產沖鋒號
“生(sheng)產端效率效益(yi)代表著企業核心競爭力(li),要(yao)進一(yi)步加快發展智慧(hui)建(jian)造(zao),推行(xing)精益(yi)化管理(li),降低生(sheng)產要(yao)素成(cheng)(cheng)本,加強(qiang)重(zhong)難點(dian)項目管控,增強(qiang)創譽創效能力(li)。”這是中(zhong)國(guo)鐵建(jian)在年初(chu)系列會議上達成(cheng)(cheng)的(de)共識。中(zhong)國(guo)鐵建(jian)以(yi)智慧(hui)建(jian)造(zao)促升級,以(yi)精益(yi)管理(li)增效益(yi),重(zhong)點(dian)重(zhong)抓穩(wen)生(sheng)產,各個(ge)區域(yu)領域(yu)迎來(lai)重(zhong)要(yao)突破(po)。
近(jin)日,滬渝蓉(rong)高(gao)鐵(tie)(tie)五峰至恩(en)施(shi)(shi)段(duan)開(kai)工建設(she)(she),由鐵(tie)(tie)四院承擔的國家(jia)重點研發計(ji)劃項目《陸路(lu)(lu)交通基礎設(she)(she)施(shi)(shi)智(zhi)能(neng)化設(she)(she)計(ji)共(gong)性關鍵(jian)技(ji)(ji)術》北斗星(xing)基增強系統在該項目應用(yong)。這(zhe)是(shi)北斗星(xing)基定位技(ji)(ji)術首次應用(yong)于鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)(lu)智(zhi)能(neng)勘測領(ling)域。該技(ji)(ji)術可解決復雜山區沿線路(lu)(lu)段(duan)大范圍連(lian)續定位難(nan)題,進(jin)一步(bu)提(ti)高(gao)鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)(lu)勘測效(xiao)率與技(ji)(ji)術水平。
在南沙中(zhong)國鐵建環球中(zhong)心(xin)(xin)1號(hao)(hao)樓,“YOGO外賣機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)器(qi)(qi)(qi)人(ren)”正式“上崗”。如今(jin)的(de)中(zhong)國鐵建環球中(zhong)心(xin)(xin)1號(hao)(hao)樓相當于一個物聯網系統,在引入(ru)智能機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)器(qi)(qi)(qi)人(ren)后,工(gong)作人(ren)員對樓棟內(nei)(nei)的(de)閘機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)梯(ti)(ti)等都進(jin)(jin)行了改造。當機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)器(qi)(qi)(qi)人(ren)準備(bei)搭(da)乘(cheng)(cheng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)梯(ti)(ti)時,會(hui)(hui)自動向(xiang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)梯(ti)(ti)內(nei)(nei)的(de)通信模塊發(fa)送呼叫(jiao)信息,云端平(ping)臺(tai)隨即發(fa)送指令告(gao)訴(su)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)器(qi)(qi)(qi)人(ren),判(pan)斷最(zui)優乘(cheng)(cheng)梯(ti)(ti)路線,而機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)器(qi)(qi)(qi)人(ren)配備(bei)的(de)攝(she)像頭、傳感(gan)器(qi)(qi)(qi),則(ze)會(hui)(hui)根據電(dian)(dian)(dian)梯(ti)(ti)內(nei)(nei)人(ren)數,綜合決(jue)策(ce)是否要搭(da)乘(cheng)(cheng)這臺(tai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)梯(ti)(ti),在等待電(dian)(dian)(dian)梯(ti)(ti)到位開門后進(jin)(jin)入(ru)。而對于在中(zhong)國鐵建環球中(zhong)心(xin)(xin)1號(hao)(hao)樓的(de)上班族來說,跟機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)器(qi)(qi)(qi)人(ren)一起擠電(dian)(dian)(dian)梯(ti)(ti)、享受機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)器(qi)(qi)(qi)人(ren)在樓宇中(zhong)提供(gong)各種(zhong)服務的(de)人(ren)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)共融生活場景,以后也將成(cheng)為常態。
中國鐵(tie)建緊盯重點區域、重大(da)工(gong)程、重要節點,推進現場(chang)施工(gong)順(shun)利(li)進行。
日前(qian),在中鐵(tie)十四(si)局承(cheng)建(jian)的南(nan)玉鐵(tie)路控制性工(gong)程六律邕江(jiang)特大橋施(shi)工(gong)現場,亞洲在用承(cheng)重最大、施(shi)工(gong)節段最長的懸臂(bei)灌(guan)注造橋機正在進(jin)行跨越江(jiang)面(mian)施(shi)工(gong)。100余名建(jian)設者分工(gong)配合,駕駛著這個(ge)(ge)“巨無霸”穩步推進(jin)現場施(shi)工(gong)。這是中國(guo)鐵(tie)建(jian)搶抓施(shi)工(gong)黃金期,推進(jin)在建(jian)項目全面(mian)大干的一個(ge)(ge)縮(suo)影(ying)。
2月14日,隨(sui)著火車一(yi)聲(sheng)鳴笛(di),首列滿載144根從波蘭進口的(de)120米(mi)長軌的(de)火車,順利到(dao)達塞爾(er)維亞歷史上第一(yi)座(zuo)鋪軌基(ji)地(di)(di)——中鐵十一(yi)局薩耶羅沃鋪軌基(ji)地(di)(di),標志著該(gai)鋪軌基(ji)地(di)(di)正式進入存軌階段,為后(hou)續鋪軌施工創造了有利條件。
2月16日,經過(guo)40余名工(gong)(gong)人(ren)3天3夜的緊張(zhang)組裝調(diao)試,山東省目前直徑最小(xiao)盾構機“沂(yi)蒙一號”正式(shi)始發(fa)穿(chuan)越祊河段(duan),由中鐵十五局(ju)承建(jian)(jian)的山東國能費縣熱(re)源長輸供熱(re)管網(wang)工(gong)(gong)程“腸梗阻”即(ji)將攻克。該項目建(jian)(jian)成后,通過(guo)大(da)溫差技術實現熱(re)源高效傳(chuan)輸,可(ke)向臨沂(yi)北部(bu)城區(qu)提供最大(da)供熱(re)能力約3000萬(wan)平方(fang)米,徹底解決(jue)城區(qu)集中供熱(re)熱(re)源不足難題。
2月(yue)21日,中鐵十四(si)局參(can)與建設的廣澳(ao)區鐵路(lu)取得階段性進(jin)展(zhan),用于該鐵路(lu)汕(shan)頭海(hai)灣隧道(dao)的“鮀(tuo)島號”盾構機(ji)下線(xian),將挑戰穿越該隧道(dao)地層11處斷裂帶。
此外,在北(bei)疆(jiang)雪國,中(zhong)國鐵建(jian)大(da)橋局(ju)(ju)承(cheng)建(jian)的(de)黑(hei)河公(gong)路口岸(an)聯(lian)檢設(she)施工(gong)程(cheng)正式(shi)實行(xing)運輸工(gong)具雙(shuang)向(xiang)通關。在秦嶺(ling)深處,中(zhong)鐵十一局(ju)(ju)承(cheng)建(jian)的(de)天竺山一號隧(sui)道已累(lei)計掘進(jin)突破(po)4100米大(da)關。建(jian)設(she)者(zhe)在進(jin)口、出口相向(xiang)掘進(jin)的(de)基(ji)礎上(shang),于隧(sui)道中(zhong)間增設(she)斜井,全力加快施工(gong)進(jin)度。在海(hai)南(nan),中(zhong)鐵十二局(ju)(ju)承(cheng)建(jian)的(de)海(hai)南(nan)東寨港(三江灣(wan))生態修復項目火(huo)熱開工(gong)……中(zhong)國鐵建(jian)的(de)勞動號子響徹大(da)江南(nan)北(bei),神(shen)州大(da)地(di)上(shang),上(shang)演著火(huo)熱的(de)大(da)干景(jing)象。
搶耕安全責任田
一年春作(zuo)手,萬事行為(wei)先。新年伊始,中(zhong)國鐵(tie)建各(ge)單位認真規劃全年安(an)全生產工(gong)(gong)作(zuo),開展好安(an)全生產開工(gong)(gong)“第一課”,確保新的一年現場(chang)施工(gong)(gong)起步開局順利(li),切實(shi)做到復(fu)工(gong)(gong)復(fu)產“不負春”。

在“北緯一(yi)度(du)”的(de)海濱之城(cheng),馬來(lai)西(xi)亞新山加(jia)冕廣場(chang)項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)團隊通過精心策劃,密切(qie)組織協調,已經早早復工(gong)(gong)復產。該項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)是(shi)中鐵建(jian)設(she)在馬來(lai)西(xi)亞的(de)第二個超高層項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu),是(shi)當地地標建(jian)筑,位于(yu)“一(yi)帶一(yi)路”沿線的(de)重要節(jie)點之上,目(mu)前正(zheng)處于(yu)幕墻(qiang)、裝修、機電(dian)(dian)調試收(shou)(shou)尾階段,即將迎(ying)來(lai)竣工(gong)(gong)驗收(shou)(shou)。為了保證(zheng)完美收(shou)(shou)官,項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)管理(li)人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)加(jia)強施(shi)工(gong)(gong)過程(cheng)監督和指(zhi)導,緊盯關(guan)鍵(jian)環節(jie),開足馬力進(jin)行工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)建(jian)設(she)。“從事電(dian)(dian)工(gong)(gong)作業,需要佩戴絕(jue)緣手套(tao)、穿絕(jue)緣鞋,斷電(dian)(dian)后進(jin)行作業……”每天在工(gong)(gong)人(ren)(ren)進(jin)入施(shi)工(gong)(gong)現場(chang)前,項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)都會常態化開展安全教(jiao)育,確保所(suo)有工(gong)(gong)人(ren)(ren)接受(shou)“全覆蓋、無死角”的(de)安全教(jiao)育培訓,持續提高安全意(yi)識。
在中鐵十四(si)局鹽豐快速通道(二(er)期)工(gong)程項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu),項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)檢查(cha)專班剛(gang)(gang)剛(gang)(gang)完(wan)成(cheng)對全(quan)(quan)(quan)線的(de)(de)安全(quan)(quan)(quan)大檢查(cha)。他們在復產(chan)之初積極開展(zhan)安全(quan)(quan)(quan)教育培(pei)訓(xun),提(ti)升管(guan)(guan)理(li)人員(yuan)新(xin)年安全(quan)(quan)(quan)生產(chan)精(jing)氣神,對項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)現場的(de)(de)安全(quan)(quan)(quan)隱患及時進行全(quan)(quan)(quan)面查(cha)找并一一銷號,解(jie)決現場施工(gong)的(de)(de)“后(hou)顧之憂(you)”。據悉,該項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)剛(gang)(gang)剛(gang)(gang)獲評2022年江(jiang)蘇省公路(lu)水運(yun)工(gong)程平安工(gong)地建設省級“示范工(gong)地”,這也為(wei)項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)全(quan)(quan)(quan)體人員(yuan)注(zhu)入了新(xin)年抓生產(chan)管(guan)(guan)安全(quan)(quan)(quan)的(de)(de)嶄新(xin)動力。“目(mu)(mu)(mu)前(qian),項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)正在全(quan)(quan)(quan)力進行橋(qiao)面系鋪(pu)裝和護欄施工(gong),力爭在10月(yue)完(wan)成(cheng)全(quan)(quan)(quan)面建設。”該項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)負責人表(biao)示。
此外,中國鐵建(jian)各單(dan)位還(huan)通過開展安全(quan)演練(lian)、安全(quan)督導組進(jin)工(gong)地等形式,不斷把安全(quan)工(gong)作盯緊做實,為現場(chang)施(shi)工(gong)保(bao)駕護航。
