6月4日,國內(nei)最高落差抽水蓄能電(dian)站——吉林敦化抽水蓄能電(dian)站1號機組投(tou)產發電(dian),較原(yuan)計劃(hua)提(ti)前26天。
吉(ji)林(lin)敦化(hua)抽水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)蓄能(neng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)位于吉(ji)林(lin)省敦化(hua)市北部,最高揚程(cheng)達到712米,是國(guo)(guo)內(nei)首(shou)座700米級水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)位高差抽水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)蓄能(neng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)。該(gai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)安裝4臺單(dan)機(ji)容量35萬(wan)(wan)千(qian)瓦可逆式水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)泵水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)輪發電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)動機(ji)組(zu),總裝機(ji)容量140萬(wan)(wan)千(qian)瓦,年設計發電(dian)(dian)(dian)量為23.42億(yi)千(qian)瓦時,抽水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)量31.23億(yi)千(qian)瓦時,以500千(qian)伏出線接入(ru)吉(ji)林(lin)電(dian)(dian)(dian)網。中國(guo)(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)建所屬北京院設計,水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)六(liu)局(ju)(ju)、水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)十一局(ju)(ju)、水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)十四局(ju)(ju)、水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)十六(liu)局(ju)(ju)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)建建筑公司承(cheng)建了上下水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)庫大(da)壩、引水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)系統、通風(feng)兼出線洞、交(jiao)通洞、自流排水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)洞、地下廠房及(ji)尾水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)系統、機(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)安裝等工程(cheng)。

敦化(hua)電站的(de)(de)建(jian)設(she)及投產,創(chuang)造了國內(nei)抽(chou)水(shui)蓄能(neng)電站工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)建(jian)設(she)的(de)(de)多項紀錄。其中,大壩(ba)主(zhu)體工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)在施工(gong)(gong)建(jian)設(she)中,嚴(yan)控原材(cai)料質(zhi)量關,優選(xuan)骨(gu)料級配,精(jing)心(xin)開(kai)展(zhan)配合(he)比試驗,嚴(yan)格控制瀝青混凝土溫度和密實度,成功建(jian)設(she)了嚴(yan)寒地區抽(chou)水(shui)蓄能(neng)電站首個瀝青混凝土心(xin)墻堆石(shi)壩(ba),大壩(ba)建(jian)設(she)質(zhi)量優秀,下水(shui)庫蓄水(shui)后大壩(ba)滲漏(lou)量僅(jin)為7升每秒。
據悉,吉(ji)林敦化抽(chou)水蓄能電(dian)站是(shi)吉(ji)林省“十(shi)二五(wu)”規劃建設(she)的(de)重點項目,是(shi)目前東(dong)北地區最(zui)大(da)、吉(ji)林省首(shou)座純抽(chou)水蓄能電(dian)站,也是(shi)延邊州(zhou)投資(zi)最(zui)大(da)的(de)單體工(gong)程。該電(dian)站建成(cheng)后,將有效緩解東(dong)北地區電(dian)網(wang)調節能力不足(zu)問題,充分發揮電(dian)力供應和調峰填(tian)谷作用,為東(dong)北電(dian)網(wang)安全穩定運行和促(cu)進新(xin)能源消納提供了更加堅(jian)強的(de)保障。
