9月(yue)27日(ri)上午9時(shi),中國電(dian)建所屬華東院(yuan)參與設計,水(shui)電(dian)五局、七局、十(shi)四局、四局、六局等參與施工的成都軌(gui)道交通(tong)18號(hao)線開通(tong)儀式順利舉行。
成(cheng)都地鐵18號線采用(yong)PPP模式投資建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she),由中國(guo)電建(jian)(jian)和成(cheng)都軌(gui)(gui)道集(ji)團成(cheng)立SPV公司負責項目投資、建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)、運(yun)營管理工(gong)(gong)作。項目聯通成(cheng)都市主城區、天府新區、東(dong)部新區及天府國(guo)際機場,是(shi)國(guo)內第(di)一(yi)條時(shi)速140km/h的市域軌(gui)(gui)道交(jiao)通兼機場線工(gong)(gong)程,也是(shi)國(guo)內首(shou)條集(ji)機場快線和市域線功能為一(yi)體(ti)的復(fu)合線路,對整體(ti)優化“東(dong)進”交(jiao)通網絡布局具(ju)有重要意(yi)義。
項目一(yi)(yi)二期工程全(quan)長(chang)約69.3千(qian)米,共設車(che)站(zhan)13座(zuo)(zuo)、車(che)輛段(duan)1座(zuo)(zuo)、主變(bian)電所3座(zuo)(zuo)、控(kong)制中心1座(zuo)(zuo)。首開(kai)段(duan)包括9座(zuo)(zuo)藝(yi)術車(che)站(zhan),以“世(shi)界窗口·魅力川蜀”為主題,采(cai)用(yong)空(kong)間(jian)一(yi)(yi)體化打造手法(fa),對天花、墻面(mian)、柱面(mian)、地面(mian)空(kong)間(jian)進行整體構思,營造出(chu)流暢、舒適的建(jian)筑(zhu)裝(zhuang)飾藝(yi)術氛(fen)圍,將(jiang)自(zi)然與(yu)(yu)城市軌(gui)道交通相(xiang)融合,體現蓉城人民的包容與(yu)(yu)豁達。

同時,中國電建(jian)所屬單(dan)位基(ji)于(yu)軌(gui)(gui)道(dao)交(jiao)通(tong)(tong)18號線(xian)業務,以使用(yong)(yong)(yong)方需求(qiu)為導向,以目標控(kong)制為核心,立足(zu)軌(gui)(gui)道(dao)交(jiao)通(tong)(tong)業務實際(ji)需求(qiu),依托公司《軌(gui)(gui)道(dao)交(jiao)通(tong)(tong)BIM全生命周期集成管理系統及應用(yong)(yong)(yong)》重(zhong)大科技專(zhuan)項(xiang)(xiang),提出在軌(gui)(gui)道(dao)交(jiao)通(tong)(tong)18號線(xian)進行BIM全生命周期技術應用(yong)(yong)(yong);借助BIM技術,從設(she)計(ji)、施(shi)工(gong)(gong)階段切入,搭(da)建(jian)適用(yong)(yong)(yong)于(yu)成都市軌(gui)(gui)道(dao)交(jiao)通(tong)(tong)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)建(jian)設(she)管理平臺、開展設(she)計(ji)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)一(yi)(yi)體(ti)化(hua)(hua)技術應用(yong)(yong)(yong),以優化(hua)(hua)設(she)計(ji)、提高方案合理性、有效把(ba)控(kong)項(xiang)(xiang)目實施(shi)成本、進度、質量(liang)、安全為目標,最終實現實物(wu)資(zi)產(chan)和(he)全信息(xi)數字化(hua)(hua)虛(xu)擬(ni)資(zi)產(chan)的(de)整體(ti)移交(jiao),為成都軌(gui)(gui)道(dao)交(jiao)通(tong)(tong)18號線(xian)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)的(de)運營提供完備的(de)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)設(she)計(ji)、施(shi)工(gong)(gong)、安裝全過程(cheng)的(de)數字化(hua)(hua)基(ji)礎,以“技術進步(bu)、管理創新”將(jiang)成都軌(gui)(gui)道(dao)交(jiao)通(tong)(tong)18號線(xian)打造成國內第一(yi)(yi)條全生命周期BIM技術應用(yong)(yong)(yong)典型(xing)示范工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)。
成(cheng)都18號線是(shi)國內首(shou)條采用交流25kV架空懸掛接觸網供(gong)電、首(shou)條采用市域快線A型車(che)制式的(de)線路,項目建設中遇到諸多挑(tiao)戰。作為(wei)(wei)主要設計參(can)與單位,華東院依托(tuo)在軌道(dao)(dao)交通領域的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程經驗(yan),參(can)與提(ti)出快速軌道(dao)(dao)交通空氣(qi)動力學、車(che)輛、供(gong)電、運(yun)營(ying)等(deng)系統方案,攻(gong)克(ke)了砂(sha)卵石地(di)層大直徑盾(dun)構、高瓦(wa)(wa)斯隧道(dao)(dao)暗挖(wa)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)及運(yun)營(ying)等(deng)一系列技術難題(ti),并為(wei)(wei)國內城市軌道(dao)(dao)交通第一條高瓦(wa)(wa)斯長隧道(dao)(dao)——龍泉山隧道(dao)(dao)、太平隧道(dao)(dao),以及合江車(che)輛段等(deng)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程提(ti)供(gong)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)安(an)全(quan)監測服(fu)務,有力保障了職責內各工(gong)(gong)(gong)程的(de)安(an)全(quan)順利實施(shi)(shi)(shi)。
