2019年12月27日,隨著中(zhong)(zhong)老(lao)鐵(tie)(tie)路森村二(er)號隧道(dao)橫洞口一(yi)聲轟鳴聲響起,由中(zhong)(zhong)國電建承建的(de)中(zhong)(zhong)老(lao)鐵(tie)(tie)路全線最(zui)長隧道(dao)貫通儀式(shi)隆重舉行,標志著中(zhong)(zhong)老(lao)鐵(tie)(tie)路工(gong)程全面進入(ru)收尾階段(duan),工(gong)程建設(she)進入(ru)站后施工(gong)階段(duan)。
森村二號(hao)隧道(dao)位(wei)于老撾瑯勃拉邦省(sheng)和(he)(he)萬象(xiang)省(sheng)之間的無人(ren)區,全長9384米,是全線最長的隧道(dao),也是全線的控制性工(gong)(gong)(gong)程。該隧道(dao)地(di)(di)處大山深處的原始(shi)森林,地(di)(di)形陡峭,地(di)(di)質復雜(za),地(di)(di)下水(shui)資源豐富,這給現(xian)場(chang)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)和(he)(he)物資運輸帶來了極(ji)大的困(kun)難。中(zhong)國電(dian)建攻堅克(ke)難,采用“進口+出(chu)口+橫洞+斜井”四(si)個(ge)工(gong)(gong)(gong)區六個(ge)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作面同時開(kai)挖(wa)模式進行共同施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)。
據了(le)解,工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)自(zi)2017年3月15日開工(gong)(gong)(gong)以(yi)來,中國(guo)電建發(fa)揮了(le)在老撾二(er)十余年深耕細作(zuo)的(de)(de)資源優勢(shi)和工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)建設能力(li),以(yi)“建精品工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng),鑄廉潔之路”為(wei)核心,精心組織施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong),加強施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)管(guan)理(li)。嚴(yan)格落實(shi)機械化、工(gong)(gong)(gong)廠(chang)化、信息化、專業化管(guan)理(li)要求,強化現場安全(quan)(quan)質(zhi)量管(guan)控(kong)、廣泛使用隧道(dao)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)成套工(gong)(gong)(gong)裝、大力(li)開展科技攻關、積極推廣“四新”技術應用、狠抓工(gong)(gong)(gong)序管(guan)理(li);并采用“短進(jin)(jin)尺、弱爆(bao)破、強支護(hu)、勤量測、快封閉”的(de)(de)方法,確保施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)生(sheng)產優質(zhi)安全(quan)(quan)推進(jin)(jin),創下月掘進(jin)(jin)245.8米的(de)(de)全(quan)(quan)線(xian)最高進(jin)(jin)度,為(wei)勝利貫(guan)通(tong)打下了(le)堅實(shi)基礎。
中國電建積(ji)極(ji)落實(shi)習近平總書(shu)記“將中老(lao)鐵(tie)路項(xiang)目建成(cheng)‘一(yi)帶一(yi)路’、中老(lao)友誼(yi)標志性(xing)工(gong)程(cheng)”的號召,森村二(er)號隧道比(bi)原計劃工(gong)期提前7個月順利貫通,這既(ji)是貫徹落實(shi)老(lao)中公司旱(han)季(ji)大(da)干動員大(da)會的成(cheng)果,也是2019年中老(lao)鐵(tie)路土建決(jue)戰決(jue)勝年取得的又一(yi)重大(da)突破,為2021年底(di)中老(lao)鐵(tie)路通車奠定了堅實(shi)基礎(chu)。

中(zhong)老(lao)(lao)鐵路(lu)(lu)是(shi)中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)“一(yi)(yi)帶一(yi)(yi)路(lu)(lu)”倡議與老(lao)(lao)撾(zhua)(zhua)“變陸鎖國(guo)(guo)(guo)為(wei)陸聯國(guo)(guo)(guo)”戰略對(dui)接項目,北起中(zhong)老(lao)(lao)邊境口岸磨憨/磨丁,南至老(lao)(lao)撾(zhua)(zhua)首都萬象,線(xian)路(lu)(lu)總(zong)長414.33公里,是(shi)老(lao)(lao)撾(zhua)(zhua)政府高(gao)度關(guan)注的“一(yi)(yi)號工程(cheng)”。該鐵路(lu)(lu)全部采用中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)管理標準和技術標準建設,為(wei)單線(xian)一(yi)(yi)級(ji)鐵路(lu)(lu),設計(ji)時(shi)速160公里/小時(shi)。這條承載著兩國(guo)(guo)(guo)最高(gao)決策者的囑托(tuo)與期待(dai)的鐵路(lu)(lu),具有重要的政治和經(jing)濟意義,是(shi)新時(shi)代傳統(tong)友(you)(you)誼新象征。它將提升(sheng)老(lao)(lao)撾(zhua)(zhua)基(ji)礎設施建設水平,進(jin)一(yi)(yi)步推(tui)動中(zhong)老(lao)(lao)兩國(guo)(guo)(guo)民心相通,是(shi)中(zhong)老(lao)(lao)兩國(guo)(guo)(guo)之間的友(you)(you)誼之路(lu)(lu)、廉潔(jie)之路(lu)(lu)、幸福(fu)之路(lu)(lu)。
