12月25日,中國(guo)鐵(tie)(tie)建所屬鐵(tie)(tie)四(si)院(yuan)總體(ti)設計的國(guo)內(nei)首條(tiao)穿海地(di)鐵(tie)(tie)——廈(sha)(sha)(sha)門地(di)鐵(tie)(tie)2號線(xian)通車運(yun)營(ying)。這也(ye)是(shi)廈(sha)(sha)(sha)門地(di)鐵(tie)(tie)繼1號線(xian)后開通的第二條(tiao)地(di)鐵(tie)(tie)線(xian)路,標志(zhi)著廈(sha)(sha)(sha)門地(di)鐵(tie)(tie)從單線(xian)到雙(shuang)線(xian),真正進入(ru)“換乘時(shi)代”。
廈門(men)地鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)2號線由中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)建(jian)所屬中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)十(shi)一(yi)局(ju)(ju)、中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)十(shi)二局(ju)(ju)、中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)建(jian)大(da)橋局(ju)(ju)、中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)十(shi)四局(ju)(ju)、中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)十(shi)六局(ju)(ju)、中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)十(shi)七(qi)局(ju)(ju)、中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)十(shi)八局(ju)(ju)、中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)二十(shi)二局(ju)(ju)和(he)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)建(jian)設(she)參建(jian),全長(chang)41.6公里,全線為地下線,設(she)32座車(che)站(zhan)。開通后(hou),從位于島內(nei)東渡的郵輪中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心站(zhan)到海滄灣公園站(zhan),穿過全長(chang)2784米的海底隧(sui)道,僅需3分鐘。
在(zai)海底(di)隧道(dao)施工中(zhong),建設者采用(yong)了(le)多項新技術、新工藝(yi),包括海上孤石爆破及注漿、全程超前探孔探水(shui)、高水(shui)壓(ya)破碎巖層衡盾(dun)(dun)泥(ni)(ni)輔助泥(ni)(ni)水(shui)盾(dun)(dun)構帶壓(ya)換刀(dao)、承壓(ya)水(shui)環境下巖石裂隙注漿堵(du)水(shui)技術等。
針對地(di)下土建(jian)施(shi)工(gong)中(zhong)涉及的(de)十幾種復雜地(di)層,建(jian)設者對爆(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)方(fang)案進(jin)行(xing)改進(jin)優(you)化,在基坑爆(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)中(zhong)采(cai)用淺孔、數碼電子雷(lei)管及多段(duan)位毫秒(miao)延期松動控制爆(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po),降低爆(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)振動效應(ying),減(jian)少爆(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)對周(zhou)圍(wei)建(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)物的(de)影響。同時,他們還首次將BIM+3D打印技術應(ying)用到施(shi)工(gong)生產中(zhong),對主體結構、地(di)質環境、周(zhou)邊建(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)物環境進(jin)行(xing)三維模(mo)型(xing)模(mo)擬,并進(jin)行(xing)施(shi)工(gong)模(mo)擬、優(you)化,選(xuan)擇出最優(you)施(shi)工(gong)方(fang)案。
